What a well-designed home. The floor plan is great. It really takes advantage of the lot and provides lake views from so many different spots in the house.
30 mill it will be just the land for starters. If this was in LA. I mean, if your land or house is near the water, that by itself worths millions. Remember, location location location... So, if this house were to be in some beach in California, I'm pretty sure the price would start from 75 mill.

This is why I’m moving out of L.A, 1.5 million in Los Angeles buys you a 4x4 metal box and a mini fridge, while 1.5 million in let’s say Phoenix, buys you a modern house with a 1.5 acre lot and a golf course.

People buying such a house usually have their own staff/butler in the home and employ several people just to keep everything inside and outside the house neat and tidy! A single person working full time could never even come close to even keeping the house clean. Only keeping the outside, garden, pool, fassade, etc. in a presentable shape would probably mean 1 or 2 employes almost full-time. Then all the inside, all mirrors, glas surfaces, keeping dust of all the crevaces and overhanging structures inside the building... A LOT of work. My guess would be 4 - 5 people more or less regularly working in/on and around the house!
