Those sand bags at the entrance door answered my question as to where does the rain water go when cascading down the beautiful driveway.
Great location, incredible view out of the entry way. But unfortunately this home has one major flaw which the builder really should've caught. It's a house clearly designed for entertainment with a one of the best views, yet the entertainment area that can see the view is just that small kitchen and tiny family room. The main indoor entertainment space is in the basement with low ceilings and zero views....Seriously?
I think that's gonna be a major deal obstacle for any buyer looking for a house like this at this price point.

Its an interesting house, but strikes me as impractical and a inefficient use of space, the traffic flow is also kind of strange , but someone will call it home.

would have been nice to see the garages and see if they are connected to the main resident.
Garages would’ve been nice! Had limited time to walkthrough. Maybe in the future I can do just a garage tour there!

For a home of this caliber the master bath and closet are way too small. What were they thinking?
