test drove a m340 and s4 same day, bmw was literally a womens 3 series, 80% plastic, creeks everywhere, poor quality, drove the s4 after and fell in love with the lamborghini intended interior and quality with its amazing sounding engine

These are nice. But if I was looking at an S4 I’d prefer the look of the S5. I drove a 2016 S6 and fell in absolute love with it. That v8, DCT, and everything. The analog gauges are so cool looking in person. The car feels so solid. Good luck in your decision.
Haha I might have to! Still in love with the MK8 Golf R’s and the 8V RS3’s so it’s a toss up between the 3. I also love the B8 Supercharged S4’s so it’ll be a tough decision 🤔
Don't dog the b9 S4. It's better bang for your buck. I went fbo stage 2 E85. I got a tcu tune. I gutted the stock downpipe and lowered it. It beat a Dodge Demon from a 40 roll. And it gapped a stock rs3 by 5 car lengths.
The s4 is awesome! Might look into it for my next car, I really enjoyed the power, the feel, the interior, and the sound. Overall awesome car to drive. Not loving that backup camera though, but I can get used to it haha
That’s actually a good question. I think the s3 will give you more comfort and quiet because it’s a 4 cylinder with a quieter stock exhaust, while the s4 is larger body car with a larger turbo and a 6 cylinder. So I would say s3 is better for comfort and quietness, but that’s if you like shorter based sedans. If you want the space, the s4 is the better option at that point.
I recently sold my B8.5 S4, 2015 black edition. Was looking at the Newer ones 2018 model, just worried i wont have the same loud DSG farts anymore, supercharger whine gone, they sound different also on lower rpm's?
I will say the newer 3.0T’s are not as aggressive sounding as the B8.5’s which stinks but they are still quick and sound pretty good. Needs a good amount of mods to open it up though which is a downside.
It’s a little laggy, but the motor is on point though. The power helps the lag a little bit so it’s not as bad as it could be. Like my 2.0 GTI has a lot of lag even tuned, the 3.0 v6 helps it so tuning it stage 1 would help the s4 out tremendously. But I did feel a little bit going from 2-3
i have a s4 keeping up with g80 m3s which is pretty sad bc a m3 is almost double the price with poorer quality.. audi is really up with porsche and lamborghini
4:40 about those brakes. ive test drove an audi a 6 2014 and the brakes i didint need to press harsd per say but i did have to press all the way in the back. rn i have a car ( beaten) that has a failed brake booster so i know the difference. iits not a booster but i was just wandering is that normal for the a6? i told the owner but i think he doesnt know much about that.
I believe the b9 s4 will be better car than the F series 340i But the G20 m340i will and is better then the S4 Bmw is more performance based than thr Audis but Audis better fit and finish/ slightly better luxury.. Bmw preimum luxury ultimately starts from the 5 series and up Unless brand new3 series Gseries bmw
Only other options would be Audi RS3 or Golf R that would compete with those. I would say G80 BMW M3 but those used are as much as the new S4’s and M340’s lol so it’s hard to add that one in there. I’ve driven a 2017 340i and it was a blast! I would still choose a Golf R over it though any day. Lighter weight, more torque, and nicer interior. Plus less maintenance since it’s a VW. But I will say this. The F30 340 is a beautiful car with plenty of power and pops, plus the B58 is just awesome!
It depends on the price honestly because although 119k isn’t too bad, it is getting kind of high so issues may start to happen within the first 20-40k miles of ownership. If it was well kept and in good looking condition, plus a great price then I would say yes go for it!
It's nice I'm an Audi technician actually have a Q5 2017 and I have a 2016 S4 Premium Plus and I actually like it better than the it's a quick response the lines on the car are better from 2012 to 17 where the best years they're more reliable even in the new ones the older ones are more adorable and they're more reliable than the new ones somebody that works on can tell you that why did to my car as I run Royal Purple Royal Purple so it keeps the temperature cooler in the car for his superchargers in the twin turbo cars just have a K&N air filter in a K&N cabin filter we tested both of them on the dyno and the Kane and filter actually performs better than the intake in a closed in box so it's not necessary just wasting money just by the filter it says you can gain 25 horsepower pain and filter on a Dyno retested in a half a dozen times and we're getting about 8 to 10 HRS a lot for a filter Dino with the racing Royal Purple were gaining 15 horsepower so you could gain up to 25 horsepower just from doing them to mods they actually tell you that the car only has $335 but when you put it on the dyno it is reading 355 just cause of the state regulations but the car is actually doing 355 on the dyno stock so if you do a 3:34 tune are the I Engineer tune it will jump you up to 4:33 horsepower that's all I'm doing to mine once you start tuning in the car you have to do your transmission fluid a lot sooner and your oil changes a lot sooner so the maintenance is more money and you're going to have to do it quicker make sure you have some money put away from the side
I just put the car in dynamic and pulled in third gear without shifting, then once I downshifted it popped very subtly. Deleting the resonator will clear it up like crazy though!

Not even close GLI was built to be front wheel drive. Audi S4 was designed from the start to be rear drive, longitudinal motor placement not transverse. Totally different.
But the S4 Premium Plus is it better car handles better sports package all the way around the spoilers it's already kind of low it's got the bigger tires it's a really nice rims in it it's just a better looking car inside and I'm over there and then we're always working on them you're nothing but problems
Yeah it’s a tough area to floor it because there are corners everywhere, so by instinct I shift quicker so I’m not going 90 before a bend but I’ll give it a try on the next car I drive in that area and hope for the best lol

Define properly 🤔 I’m not sure how other people do it but I think I shift clean. Especially when it comes to a DSG. And shifting at 7-8k each time is fun but not something I always do. 5-6k is perfect for a good pull trying to go about 60 or so

I bought a 2019 S4 late September last year.
Put an IE tune on it on the third day, Stage 1 ECU and Stage 2 TCU.

It had 49k miles and it was a 2018 so not too bad and it looked new still

How do you get the dsg pops from stock what do I need to change for that
