I feel like the end should add things for ALL types of players. New redstone blocks for the redstoners. New weapons/mobs for the fighters and tons of new building blocks and items for builders. This way EVERYONE is happy. And EVERYONE would want to go to the end
i want the end update because the only point of the end is getting an elytra and shulker boxes. maybe an enderman xp farm. after that you basically never return to it, as there is nothing to do there
the end in my opinion called that cause its END game. so they should add more than the city's and go beyond that just like the neather. the neather was so bland and lame with only lava, fortress, and 4 types of blocks. so they can absolutely do it
The one problem I have with the end mods, is they make the dimension... too busy? I don't want the mono-biome blandness of the current one... But it should retain some of that eerie, "dead/barren" world vibes. Pockets of "end life" in the sea of void. A contrast to the overworld/nether.
yeah thats how I feel too. just the other night I was thinking what I would do for an End Update and I would rather keep how empty and barren the End is, but maybe hint to the "lore" of Minecraft with old structures, similar to what theyve done with the overworld. me and a friend have thought of a really cool idea of ways to more personally interact with Endermen but ngl I think that idea is best for a mod rather than vanilla. I do really like your idea of pockets of life in the void, maybe creatures similar to the dragon and shulkers, floating algae type organisms similar to chorus plants, there is so much we can do while still keeping the lifeless empty wasteland that the End currently has. all the mods out there trying their hand at improving the End completely misses the mark on the dead and corrupted feel of the dimension, and busying up the place like a Nether Update 2.0. the Nether already has an alien hot furnace type feel to it, maybe something to contrast that hot feeling with a cold empty feeling. could be underwhelming to some but thats sort of what the End is known for at this point, I want to lean into that!
@@Maxwellchaos7439 I saw a mod while researching for this that had crashed end ships, could be a really cool way of maintaining the end's abandoned feel. I like the cold feeling idea too, that would complete the vibe for the end. :D
@Maxwellchaos7439 I completely agree! Even tho minecraft said that they "do not want to make lore so they can leave it to the players imagination" we all damn know that whatever lore they add these days (wich idk if its just me but it feels like they are starting to forget to add lore details to the newer updates) they are obviously still leaning on the "a anchiant civilization created a horror (warden and/or wither or possibly both?) And so they travelled to the end to run but got trapped there" idea, everything else can be part of the players imagination but what they could do is maybe (just like how they are with the newer updates) tweak the end to make it feel...newer,cultured,continued,they should update the end to have a small culture of sorts because we know the enderman were ONCE people,so maybe make them start making little three block huts made of ends tone (nothing special kinda like a new players dirt house wich I feel like is a nice circle around type meaning to it because they are just gaining there human parts again) and the crashed ships of your idea are also cool, maybe make the enderman grab material from the ships and there for the ships crah?
The one thing I really want to see is End vegetation. Obviously not like in mods (sometimes I feel they forget that their 'trees', in practice giant obominations of wood, need to be cuttable), but more similar to Echoing Void. Because the End's theme is NOT only emptiness, but *corruption* . Just look - Chorus plants are weird flowers, End cities are upside down asian temples, Warped Forest is currupted version of Crimson Forest. Soundtrack "The End" is a mix of currupted Overworld tracks. Now, extrapolate this theme on everything you get trees which crowns grow downwards, vines falling from the ground to the sky, End mobs with monsterous proportions and etc.
I've been fooling around with an idea for a mod or update for the end, where it starts out barren, and after beating the dragon, the end slowly starts to regrow. The reason the endermen hate endermites is because they're ugly parasites. But if they are allowed to thrive, the parasite can actually help speed up the restoration of the end's natural ecosystem, and endermen and endermites soon enough end up friendly, along with evolving with each other, creating new life forms. And when it is done restoring itself, it looks like the end from dungeons, and endermen in the end can start teleporting all around the dimensions looking at building designs and replicating them in their own structures
So basically the trees in the end would be BELOW the islands? Now that's neat and would probably be a very nice challenge if they add a structure hanging under the islands.
@@maximeleninja4029 not all the time. In Dungeons DLC, there are many variations - some trees do grow from the bottom of islands, some start at the top and curve down, some have their crowns at the top surface, and barks sticking out like spikes. There are also trees with almost no trees, but flowers on the logs themselves.
The thing with an end update is that it would have to maintain the lonely atmosphere. 1 idea to slightly improve it is to make the island density lower, but make them generate in 3 layers so the elytra can have another use.
A good way to that would be sound. Having some sort of very faint whit noise like wind will make it sound like it only you in an entirely barren world. While your moving through the wasted. While any new populated biome with foliage could have more sci Fi music to give a sense of awe but also danger. I feel like a more dynamic music system would be great on the end
I have wanted an End update for years now. I feel like if they’re gonna make one, it’s gonna be HUGE. It is “The End” after all. That’s why I feel like they want to finish everything else before they reach there. They also stated that they want to add a 4th dimension but need to “update” all dimensions first.
if an end update dose come, i would love to see them try to keep the desolate look. i feel like modders addd to much green the end and which it loses the desolate waste land feeling.
100% agree. Endless Biomes is one of my favorite mods which performs this perfectly. It adds very unique shapes and floating pieces which keep the mysterious feel.
kinda like zen in half life which is a game that is over 25 years old the og one was desolate basically like the end with a re color but its remake black mesa turned it into one of the vibrant version with a purple recolor like better end but in a realistic way just search it up in youtube
I found a similar comment yesterday comparing mods to vanilla and yes i agree, but i think so does Mojang. Like in the overworld we still have deserts, badlands and the OG forests, similar to the Nethers original biome being the nether wastes now. And then even the new biomes like the soul sand valley and basalt deltas which actually make it feel more desolate.
I think a restructuring of the end progression would make sense. For example, instead of immediately spawning and going straight to the dragon, maybe you spawn in the outer end wastes and can explore the end cities, and you make your way towards the center of the end to fight the dragon. Then, what I'm thinking is, every stronghold in the overworld correlates to a location of an end entrance dungeon, and upon defeating the dragon, the 20 closest end dungeons will have an end gateway generated to return to them, including the one you entered through. This essentially adds a system of fast travel from the end as a hub. Finally, the portal that opens upon killing the dragon, could instead lead to a new "deep end" dimension, which is where most of the actual new parts are. The original end would be largely unchanged aside from a progression change, and the elytra being moved to this new sub-dimension, but this one would have largely the same theming as the end, but without the damage left behind supposedly by warfare in the surface level end. The last dragon was protecting the gateway to the last sanctuary where other biomes and ecosystems exist. That way it satisfies people who believe the end should remain barren, while making the progression feel more like a satisfying final gauntlet, making traversing the end cities for other loot be more efficient once defeating the dragon, giving new biomes and life to it, AND adding extra lore to the purpose and existence of the dragon.
I think a good reason for why fans want this update is because it would give players a much better reason to go and explore the world to find strongholds to kill the dragon. The entire purpose of the dimension currently comes down to 2 things: Blocks and items. The Elytra, dragons breath and shulker shells are exclusive to the dimension, and so are the blocks. Ender pearls are also easy to farm in this dimension meaning once players have obtained all of the things they want from it, they only need their Endermen farms for pearls and Xp. I think the update should definitely overhaul the dimension, but also strongholds and the way you find them. Strongholds definitely need more uses I feel.
A *big* thing the End needs is verticality. The End at the moment has *no* reason to even *have* the Elytra, save for the gaps. But whoever built those ships clearly could move them. Flying ships exist, so Elytra weren't needed that much. I want to see an End Update make the Outer End stretch from Y= -64 to Y = 319. It should make full use of the empty space. I don't mean I want it fully filled, but rather I want islands to have varying Y-levels. Right now they all sit around Y60.
I'd like an End Update because the End Islands are bland. It'd be cool if there were challenges for more experienced players with high risk, high reward with possible OP enchantments impossible outside the structure. Maybe we could get Unbreaking IV or V for clearing a dungeon filled with dangerous End creatures that hit hard. Also, well done on 10K!
Since Minecraft is a SANDBOX game mainly, my wager on an End Update would be more blocks (extra creativity), possibly new tools (speed things up for building), and possibly some cool ideas (Perhaps an abandoned end city? Crumbling under time. Or a village perhaps crumbling with only endermen walking the streets.)
Also, I do agree the eerie style of the end should be kept. But we can also make it fun and exciting as well! (Again, take my examples of ideas for abandoned end cities and towns) less mobs (I wouldn’t say 3 is enough but more then 5 would be overkill for a quiet.. bare but capturing a sense of eerieness. The endermen staring you down, the shulkers, once protectors are now seemingly rogue, and the endermites being unintelligible. Combined with whatever cool mob would be added would give the end the eerieness it was going for, but still satisfying the players for new mobs, creativity, and challenge.
"What do I want from the End update? A way to make it to the End dimension areas in PEACEFUL mode (creative mode doesn't have that same movement vibe, so to speak). for exploration and making it to stuff without the stresses of combat/violence, and a way to make various stuff without enchantments (because enchantment is offensive to some religions). At least the Nether dimension areas are basically lower crust to upper mantle like in earth science / geology / planetology, with lava lakes representing a border between crust and mantle farther down into a planet like Earth.
I feel as though if Mojang added even HALF of Miecraft Dungeons mobs / items (eg new bows and some of the artefacts), it would be the greatest update ever. RIP iceologer. I still play MC dungeons btw. If anybody could maybe mod the game (add first person please!!) then please do.
@@Pizzathing ik man, thats why I said if anybody could mod the game to add this, not "mojang add this" I'm still clinging to the glory days of MC dugeons man 😭😭😭😭😭
I think an end update would be the perfect gateway to some split progression. There could be a new ore that doesn't replace netherite, but instead does something netherite doesn't do (eg. speed boost). Its armor would be weaker in both durability and damage protection so players would have to choose which they value more.
Think in the case of an update they should add a new end ore set on the level of netherite. So players with diamond gear could have a choice whether to branch off to netherite or end ore. This end stuff could have other passive, like how netherite decreases knockback the end stuff could make u slightly faster
I have a few ideas, biome wise when it comes to the end and how to keep its desolate, lonely feel to it, here is the five I came up with: Cinder slopes: a biome mainly made with endylium (yes, I know, very creative), particularly Igneous endylium, this is basically grass for it, it has a tree called the igneous tree, unlike most trees, you can't cut it with an axe, you have to use a pickaxe (iron particularly), and also it bursts into lava if you mine it with the wrong tool, the wood would act like petrified wood, but a little more dangerous, they usually generate very sparsely, it also has flame weeds, which is a decorative block, mob wise I think the blastlings from MCD could suit it here, it also had fire wyrms, which are a neutral serpent creature, base on wyrms, which are serpentine dragons. It also have a new material called Rubylite, which are a pinkish red gems, there are several uses, first and foremost, they are used in enhancements, which are upgrades of enchantments, they are also used to make a new weapon called the rubylite staff, a very powerful weapon, they are also a netherite alternative, the full armor set gives you regen and strength, and tools are also there, they are faster than gold, but they have a similar amount of durability as netherite, but they much more accessible to enchantments and even enhancements compared to gold and netherite, rubylite gear is the same tier as netherite gear, but there is a catch here, rubylite can be use to upgrade elytras, they can become rubylite elytras, which have a red color to most of its appearance, mainly the large bar like structures among the membrane, this is even noticable on elytras with a cape on, change it slightly, it also give the elytra more durability, rubyite can be found in many end biomes, and is quite easy to spot too. but they very, very, very, very rarely spawn in the overworld ( and when I mean by rare, I mean it is even rarer than emeralds, possibly even more rare than deepslate emerald, as its y levers range from 8 to -20) , if you want a bulk amount of it you'll need to go to the end, as they are much more common there. to upgrade a diamond tool to a rubylite tool, you need a rubylite upgrade smithing template, and just like netherite, it is hard to get as the generate in end city chests, 50% of the time. Voidless reach: a very mountainous biome with a lot of danger, there are mobs called screechers, which are flying mobs that use their screech to disorientate the player, they them grab the player and drop the player from a high distance, they aren't a threat if you have an elytra though. Watchlings are common here. there is a type of stone called voidstone, it can be used in a multitude of building blocks, there is also a blaze/breeze like mob called the voidlings Chorus forests: these biomes will look almost like the current end biomes, but there is more to it, chorus can be smelted into popped chorus friut, but smelting it further you get a shattered chorus fruit, it can be use to create a new set of Purpur blocks, such as chiseled blocks, doors, and trapdoors, as well as fences. there is a purple colored endylium called violet endylium, there is also end berries, which comes from bushes, there is end goop as well (as in the purple end lava, also from MCD), there is also a new flying mob called ender flyers, they are pterodactyle like and appearence and are passive mobs, they can also be tamed and sit on your shoulders like parrots, I do have and idea for them but not sure to how it would be implemented, there are also enderman, watchlings, blastlings and snarelings, also end cities have been updated to be more dangerous, as they now have endersents. end wild: basically the end wilds from MCD, lots of strange vegetation (most from MCD), it can host many of the end mobs, enderman, blastlings, snarelings, watchlings, enderscent, Ect. but there are ender drakes, which are dragon like, and terrorbeaks, which are strange, Chocobo-like creatures look like ostrichs, but have a dragon like head with a beak, it almost resembles a cockatrice, they're tambable, and also drops food. the end wilds have a new ore called caserite, a new ore to make some decorative blocks. Glowing grottos: this is the rarest end biome, they are so rare, young might have to go well over thousands of blocks to find one, they have a type of tree call grotto trees, they also have some flowers, such as glowing azures, they have a type of endylium called warped endylium (yes I said warped as it is in fact were warped nylium came from) there is also warped trees as well, enderman, enderscent, and watchlings are common here. there are also a society of people called shamans and mystics, they are neutral and function as the villager/piglins of the end, and you can trade caserite for valuable stuff, such as enchantment books, enchanted gear, and even pieces to the staff. they spawn in shaman temples, there are a mix of shamans, mystics, and their children as well, which either can grow up to be a shaman or mystic, you also can take them and bring them back to your base, and they will grow up, if your apprentice is more an attack based user, they'll become a mystic, but if they are more of a supporting role, they'll become shamans, apprentices you raise will be loyal to you and only you, and if you gather enough of them, you'll have plenty of them use as your army, as they will see you as their leader/ ruler, and you will also need to make houses and cities for them, the shaman has a green colored cloak, while the mystic has a purple and gold cloaks. (also fun fact, the mystics design are based on the dark magicians from Yu-Gi-Oh!) I know this is a wall of text, but these are most of my ideas, I know Mojang probably know what vision they want the end to be, but whatever we get, I hope it is fun and engaging for all players.
FINALLY someone mentioned the Echoing Void DLC in a video about the end update 🥹. One more evidence though, the first monster sound in Disc 5 is not the warden, it is literally the idle sound of the endersent officially in Minecraft proper 😳
the ends theme being a corrupt version of the overworld should be a more hostile envirnment. maybe corrupted versiouns of normal mobs but they are more hostile and deadly
I think an Arid Desert biome for the End would be nice. The Soul Sand Valley feels less like a desert, and more like a “death valley”, so an ecosystem inside an alien-like desert would be a cool setting. Also, something for End Basing would be cool. I hope they won’t add an upgrade for Netherite, because I feel like some things shouldn’t be tanked w/ protection 4 (and also because that would add more smithing templates)
Netherite should stay the top tier of armor, I think. Maybe an end armor type could include additional powers to the armor, like a higher gravity level or something? Thanks for watching ! :D
The reason I want an End update is similar to what you said in the video, it hasn't changed in years while both the overworld and nether have gotten big overhauls
getting more uses for existing stuff like curses would be cool, relating to the end anyways. something that makes end city loot more useful without changing the loottable
If they ever do the end update, they should also expand on more of the mystical aspects of the. Sure enchantments are nice but I feel it would be a nice end game challenge
When I played minecraft a few years ago I never seen a more lazy and incompetent dev team than mojang. Waiting a year for 1 update that adds a mob nobody likes, a few blocks, and a underdelivered yipee doo. Havnt touched this game in years so I dont know if mojang got their sheesh together, but thats a pretty good start for them to do before touching the end PS great video, I can see you hitting 100k subs pretty fast. Keep up the work
To be honest, I think the dev team are still in that exact place. Considering they have Microsoft's funding for these updates, I think they could be doing a little more than what they are.. And thanks for those kind words, 100k would sure be something! Means a lot :D
I think its important they take their time with an End update, because it could be like a "part 2" to minecraft. The nether feels more like a dungeon you have to go into and get out from, but the end could be a whole new world to conquer like the overworld
I do think that with the next few updates Mojang is going to start adding some of the mobs that lost the mob vote, since they’ve seemingly been trying to make the community aware that they can be added at some point in the future, just not yet Edit: and maybe throw one or two of these mobs into and End update hmm
To me my favorite part of Minecraft is the exploration and recently I got bored of vanilla Minecraft exploration because there is nothing behind it, no insensitive to go out and explore the world so I took to mods, like BetterEnd, Terralith, and BetterNether all these different terrain generation mods, but also mods that add artifacts and stuff where you have to go out and fight these hard bosses to collect their items to craft and then start the journey home which is something vanilla Minecraft just doesn’t do. I want an end update because I want to see how Mojang can give a breath of fresh air to the End which is notorious for being dry, depressing, lifeless, and has no wonder in it.
Main reason i want an end update is out of purely the overall lack of end game content. If they're going to update the end, the final destination of the game that's also going to grant players more end game items and content. In the end there's two game play altering items that are useful. First would be Dragon's breath for lingering potions which are cool I suppose. Second would be the Elytra, the strongest mobility item in the entire game trumping every other method of transportation. Some optional mini bosses would be a lot of fun for players.
A new structure the outer end needs is city / temple hanging below the void (like the western air temple from avatar the last airbender). It would be a chance to explore and take risks for new items. Maybe the lore is dragon or enderman based, or even related to new mobs. The possibilities are never ending. I would also like to see a floating continent that can hold Potentially hold multiple new biomes
The thing I loved the most about the Nether update is how alien it felt, and I hope they really take that feeling to the extreme with the End update. The dimension clearly has a very empty and corrupted atmosphere, so I feel like a more alienated route could expand on that
@@Raider4ever1 TL;DR It's unoriginal and uninspired. Please keep things original and unique, in all its ways. Find something better cause it just turns every dimension into a copy paste of each other with a different skin. Vegetation _could_ work but it gotta be some weird alien like stuff to keep its alien desolate atmosphere. I prefer a sense of uniqueness to the end + trees snd vegetation seem really really uninspired to me on top of that unless it's like what i mentioned above, since everybody can come up with the idea in under 10 seconds. It's somewhat the same thing with the nether update how people were spamming muh netherboat which is equally uninspired and unoriginal in design and i'm glad Mojang still put it in the update as response to it's high demand but with a more original twist aka a goofy mob instead. I think the nether as is right now that said is at the very edge in terms of acceptable overworld similarities imo in order to still feel unique enough, to draw a parallel/comparison for a possible good end update imo. Though the end has always felt even more alien to me than the Nether ever did so i'm more inclined to prefer even less overworld similarities. I've seen many mods where their end updates turned the end into an overworld reskin with a void, or killed of the desolate lonely vibe (trees e.g. can too kill this btw) of it which is an argueble loss imo, it kills the dimension's personality leaving only its look as sole differentiator/'personality', while i believe better ideas are able to be found that kill its personality far less or not at all (or hell could lean into it more in a way that's fun) in both unique gameplay & atmosphere + look
@@superhappygamer1162 You just made me revisit this entire comment section and i'm glad to see now that there are many more like us who feel the same way! Now i'm actually getting interested in an End update with some of the ideas that've been popping up in the comments, whilst before the memories of overcrowded endmods did the opposite for me. Go End update!?! To add on my previous comment tho, when i say trees i pretty much imply forests with that or atleast frequent trees that are going to crowd the place, a single one very occassionally (still alien af) could be fine; but an entirely new unique thing would still be cooler & a higher quality idea imo and more fitting
I’d totally love end shards to be added and not a form of life, but an expansion into stone types in the form of pillars instead of trees. New golem types that use materials that can only be found in the end, but utilize that slow crystallized growth that can make amethyst even more useful to people who don’t touch redstone
Long shot here. But Mojang has give us “the egg”. It’s used for nothing but decoration at this time. What if you could use the Egg to create something. That pertains to the End. I think having more dragons would be great. Also Mojang has used the April Fools update to later release things in to the full game. So with the stuff we got in the potato update. I think it would be cool to have those grappling hooks to get around The End.
I have wanted a end update ever since 1.16 a end update is perfect not like o a staff or new boss fight no just what they did with the nether i feel all the dimensions is like easy-overworld Medium-nether hard-end i feel it is the end of the game after you beat the ender dragon i feel that they should just do what they did for the nether update but harder mobs nothing else This is all i need for tthe end update •new biomes (3 or 4) •new ore (1 only for armour and weopons and upgraded the elytra) •new mobs that are very strong •new ambients for the end Thats all nothing else nothing new basically we need a end update
If they were to update the end something I really hope they reference again and again is the phrase "To The End" or "To The Beginning' which are phrases referenced a few times in Minecraft Dungeons, in the opening cutscene to the End DLC I think its the Heart Of Ender saying this : "To The Beginning" before the 6 Endersents rise out of the portal. Then its later referenced again after defeating the Vengeful Heart Of Ender a soundtrack called "To The Beginning" plays. "To The End" is referenced as the achievement you get after entering the end portal and then if you were to look at the names of the soundtracks there are 3 different tracks called "To" "The" "End" It's this constant re-occurring phrase that has been living in the back of my mind rent free cause I find it to be so fascinating. I really hope they do something like this in an End Update cause god that phrase gives me the chills.
What we need in the end update: Many more biomes (possibly as much as the nether) New ore (might be better than netherite or possibly the same) called enderite. More island More types of endermen, maybe not just endermen but also many more end creatures A new mob to get around the end, might be an alternative to the strider (possibly being able to walk over the void or even teleport) lead by some sort of new end mushroom or chorus fruit. More close islands so you dont have to bridge hundreds of blocks Maybe a new end liquid alternative to water since endermen cant stay on water These are all predictions so they probably arent gonna come out
I think we need an end update and we need some form of making ore progression more difficult. Something like NovaWostra's stronghold & end castle mods for their dungeons and taverns mod does a good job at overhauling end related structures, and then there just needs a big incentive and a way to make going to the end more challenging than it is currently. Also while 1.21 had 1 structure that was pretty much done with the first snapshots, there were a lot of tweaks under the hood with things like data driven enchantments, a whole bunch of datapack changes and some worldgen changes that could make an end update easier to make.
There isn't a way to make ore progression difficult without making the fanbase angry since people LOVE to hate on Mojang whenever they breathe. You'd either need to make the size of diamond veins limited to a very small amount, or remove them from certain loot tables. We saw how people reacted to the trade rebalance experiment.
one of the other reasons many ppl want the end update is because of a possible new dimension when the ancient city portal was added, many were talking about how there could be a possible fourth dimension. one of the game creators (i think it was kingbdogz not sure) however announced that there will be no new dimension until all of the current ones are fully updated. that's another reason why people really want the end to be updated
What if they made the outer end islands be like the distortion world in pokemon? Like gravity shifting, upside down waterfalls, trees that are really spiny and spiky,
The reason why I want an end update is because I want more to build my knowledge from. Like I’ve always seen the fact that the end was originally gonna be like the overworld and I made it like in the lore it got struck by darkness. And I wanna see life that survived that darkness and became one with it. And since the nether added life to its barren wasteland, the end has to do so as well.
End update is maybe bit hard to do, because End is supposed to look so middle of nothing and rough and literally feel like this is the end of this adventure. But i might have got an idea which is, very distant end islands that might also have rough ecosystem, but much more versatile than the island where Ender dragon lives and those where End cities are. Islands are endless and they have regionally generated biomes. There could be like for example four biomes that can generate to islands randomly. They would be places that even Enderman didn't know about and that isn't that lonely dimension that was let to belive. Update would keep original islands normal, but outer there would be these endless islands. (I hope my commet was clear enough)
I really want to see a new type of ore, stronger than netherite. I also want to see new alien like foods that give you special affects. And a new ender boss which gives you a special sword. And a few more biomes.
There are a few reasons other than it deserves one from my part. 1: The concept of different biomes in the end would be amazing. It may bring some lore to legends and the new game on how the new biomes and probably new structures may show. 2: If we get new materials or a material better then Netherite, then it better be worth exploring for. Which is why a certain biome is the end should be very rare which contains that ore. 3: new mobs, new plants, new trees, new recipes. Would bring so much vibrance to the game. Making End Bases more interesting. 4: of we can get an end stronghold or something of the scale of a twilight forest esc castle. Then that would definitely give the End even more worth to explore.
From 1.22 onwards this is what I hope will happen, plus these are suggestions so I'm curious as to what the comments think of this... 1.22 - End update 1.23 - End update part 2 1.24 - Caverns and Mysteries (1.24 would bring back the farlands and would act kind of like a fourth dimension for the game) 1.25 - Oceans Update (This update would add realistic splashes and wakes for boats plus more realistic swimming and waterfalls) 1.26 - Take to the sky (Increase the height limit from 320 to 450) 1.27 - The Void Update (This update would add a dimension that's only accessible from the end and it would include a new ore which would be more durable but also as strong as Netherite. This ore you may ask would be called Void Essence and because of the increased durability, void guardians would spawn and try and take you out. The Void is a dimension that is extremely hostile to anybody that enters it so he careful...) I wonder how the comments will think of this...
I like the ideas a lot. I feel like a update all about tweaks is needed at some point for water splashes, effects, hight limit, and even updating all of the old mobs' animations.
If you haven't noticed, Mojang is cleary trying to improve every boring part of the game. 1.13 made oceans and water in general way more entertaining, 1.14 was a general texture overhaul with the village system completely changed. 1.15 added bees and made the overworld a bit nicer at least in my opinion, 1.16 made Nether actually good and so on. My theory is, Mojang will make an End update, but only after they are completely done with the other parts of the game.
100%. I'm seeing a lot of other comments like this, could be the last update they do? Having said that, they want to add a 4th dimension, but only after the current ones are fully updated and complete.
one idea I had for the end is to remove the phantom from the overworld and make it end exclusive. it is really annoying during general gameplay but could provide some additional challenge to what should be the games hardest dimension. it also has that end look already so it would fit right in.
The end update would be great if they don’t add too much greens, my ideas are adding weird islands, more rooms for end city’s, and adding the end rod torture device
I see the end as the "space" in minecraft, and most of outer space is nothing, but, they could add extra "biomes" aka more types of floatng islands, barren of life, but made of diferent new construction blocks, just like the planets in space
I honestly feel like how they could implement a new update with a whole new variety of mobs and vegetation is to use a special block or seeds with a very small chance to spawn in end city chests. Why, well Minecraft Dungeons is sort of like a prequel to the base game. As MatPat theorized (Miss him), the End used to be thriving with the multiple life forms as seen in Minecraft Dungeons, but over time, it soon fell into a endless desert like abandonment. So having a mechanism to bring back the vegetation the end once had would be pretty nice.
If I had to guess they only will do an end update once they’ve gone over everything else first and give every overworld biome an update here’s a quick tracker off the top my head Plains-x Forest-x Desert-x Badlands-x Tiga-✅ Savana-x Hills-✅ Jungle-x Swamp-✅ Ocean-✅ Birch forest-x Dark forest-x After they are updated they will probably feel more inclined to do an end update and after that we may get another dimension!
Just the idea of having floating islands in Minecraft would be great. The end is full of em. And it would be pretty interesting to get purple wood in the game as well. It fits perfectly in the end
What i want in the end update An End Game teleportation device thats an alternative to enderpearls. A sort of rocket elytra propellor that you can filled with FireworkRockets, WindChargers or anything that could propel you. It’d cool to be able to use wind charges as a alternative to firework rockets.
End should have a feeling of emptiness. However an end update could be good if they made 75% of the outer islands empty and 25% flourishing like the nether update.
My reason for wanting an end update is incredibly simple. Dungeons Parity. Dungeons has SO many things that should just be in Minecraft. Also it still just has nothing really to offer.
They already matched our expactations with "Echoing Voids". The end there is so full of life, from plants to a new liquid to mobs - they can easilly port at least 50% of it to Vanilla and everyone would be pleased.....
I disagree with the idea that the end is "too empty" and that that's the main problem. The end is bland, but the erie feeling should be preserved. The nether still has a similar dreadful feeling to before 1.16 even though it's updated and has more life. I think that finding the balance between making the end entertaining and keeping the creepy, disturbing feel will be difficult for Mojang. In addition, I think Java players are a bit out-of-touch as far as the dragon fight. The dragon is much better at damaging the player in bedrock, and fighting it on an ipad or controller is pretty difficult I would imagine.
On the one hand I get what your saying about the ends eerie nature, but on the other hand if most players had to chose between an ominous wasteland, or a dimension with slightly more life and things to do, I think they would chose the later. Also, as a controller player, the ender dragon is still ridiculously easy.
@@imbadatvideogames9770 YEAH I'm just super bad at minecraft. I've only killed the dragon myself once and honestly I shouldn't speak on the end. Most Java players are surprised when fighting the ender dragon on bedrock, though.
@MostIySilent Yeah, also I've known this guy personally for a while now (I cowrote this video lol) and from what I remember, he started on controller too. But I do definitely see your point about the end remaining barron though, I'm sure they could strike a balance.
@@MostIySilent I agree. The end is very intentionally a wasteland. However, I don’t think this means the end can’t be updated. Some sparse foliage, ender man variants, differently shaped and sized islands, or another stone variation wouldn’t really hurt the empty aesthetic. Or maybe there could be biomes and life inside the islands, who knows. I do think that mods like better end to a bit too far though, at most there should be one wood type in the end and it should probably spawn in a sparse, almost Savannah like biome. Nor should the trees be very big.
I personally would describe the end as a ailen landscape that creeps you out for how different it feels from other areas in the game. The nether is creepy because of its sheer danger and hostility The end is creepy for not being outright hostile but instead awfully calm and ailen. The only other biomes that matches this kind of unsettling vibe is the deep dark, but the difference is the deep dark always has that undertone of immanent danger. Best way to update the end is to definitely ad more varied biomes that are mostly calm. Most mobs added would not be hostile with only a few hostile mobs restricted to rare structures and biomes. If plants are made more plentiful then they should try to make them as ailen as possible like for example having all end threes resemble larger versions of chorus plants to keep some kind of consistency between biomes without making it feel to samey.
I want an end update BECAUSE of minecraft dungeons, I feel like the end feels so exciting there, especially with some of the blocks that are effected with reverse gravity, that would be so fun for building and machines
I do not want an end update because it would just make things no doubt more difficult, time consuming, tedious and annoying. Anything that makes getting an Elytra harder or that makes it more rare or makes traveling the dimensions harder is a NO. I honestly haven't liked the recent updates. Like the Warden. Hate it so much. Thankfully there's a game rule to not have 'em spawning. Tricky Trials and the mace, new mobs and so on... Loot tables, it's just all so bad. Not to even mention the village trade experiment... 🤮 And it's annoying because there's also some good in every update. But at the same time they always find ways to ruin things. And that's what will happen to End too. They will do something ridiculous. No doubt some flying mobs that will aggro you miles away. Yeah, have fun bridging to the next island 200 blocks away with those things around. Imagine having permanent phantoms there. That what you want? Yeah, me neither. But if it's done right and the End remains mostly peaceful, it could be a good thing. Make it easier to travel in and add some biomes with new resources. Doesn't need much more than that. And no new mobs unless passive/harmless/useful. I know this is an unpopular opinion, but everyone imagine what they want it to be. Nobody thinks what it could be INSTEAD. So when it finally happens, (and it will) nobody will be happy because their expectations were different and sky high regardless.
If we do get an End Update, I do hope it goes for the horror and mysterious route, adding in mobs with new mechanics that add in more horror and mystery into the End dimension (similar to the Warden perhaps where it had unique mechanics and were a major threat and added a lot of tension and horror)
I've said it before, but with the recent changes to the core features, they could do amazing things with the End. Having multiple biomes stack vertically, for example, would allow for multiple levels of different kinds of islands, all the way up to the limit and all the way down to the void in the end. And they could be a real challenge to get to if you don't have an elytra.
A layered end is one of the most popular ideas in these comments, i'm finding. It would definitely add a new challenge, and purpose for the elytra! Thanks for watching :D
Hopefully after 1.22 if it’s a end update, 1.23 could be a biome update, updating the biomes that have yet to have the previous lost votes like the meerakat and the Palm tree , ostrich, termite and boabob etc… and the crab and penguin etc…
I hope they take the echoing void path, because while you said they are disconnected, they take place in the same timeline, dungeons takes place after minecraft, the orb of dominance existed in Legends so that means the heart of ender was around during the beginning, not to mention how much its emphasised that the end was always the beginning, everything started from there. It would tie up the lore of the game if they make it the same as echoing void
Having an end update would be great for the game but super hard to implement. The End itself isn't like the nether where upon updating you can just load new terrain(if you want to enhance the boss fight which many people want). The end update, to be feasible, would have to override pre-existing chunk data that could lead to major corruption to ones end dimension. We see how they prevented this last time in 1.9 by making the new portal take you 1000+ blocks away as to circumvent any errors. Other than that I think an End update would be awesome!
I really loved better end because of how "alive" the end looked I get that its supposed to be a dead dimension and stuff, but honestly i think it also fits it. Its full of 'alien' and fantasy mobs, and the biomes are absolutely extraordinary
The fact that the minecraft dungeons echoing end update is exactly what I and mostly other people wanted. It is a real blueprint for Mojang to make an end update
This will most likely never happen, but just as the Warden added horror to the caves, what if they added some more horror to this barren land? I would like an endless ocean at the bottom of the world. Imagine falling into a sea below with a creature lurking beneath, slowly rising to kill you in one hit
They should add dangerous wandering mobs that venture towards a specific point. Similar to encountering a fallout monster in a desolate desert spotting it through the fog
if there will be an end update anytime soon, i want them to NEVER CHANGE the stronghold locating system and dragon fight and location and the way you get the elytra (unless you get it after killing the ender dragon), i'm so pissed off to what happened to the nether because they didn't add stuff, they made a complete overhaul to it, even though the same happened to 1.18 but it's not so bad, i would like to see new mobs, structures, biomes and potentially a new boss as long as they don't interact/ruin with the stronghold locating system and dragon fight and location and the way you get the elytra.
I want an end update because i want an update that actually changes something you’ll notice more often than an underground structure or a few biomes that you’ll find 4000 blocks away from spawn
I think one thing that the End Update should be is that it emphasises that the dragon fight is not the end of your game. Too many players kinda quit after fighting the dragon and maybe if there are activities and tasks in the game that are locked behind the dragon fight, this might make "post game" content that more enjoyable.
100% agree with you. I feel like this is a bit problem when people get that urge to start a new world, but give up in a week. If there is more to do, it keeps people excited and playing for longer. Thanks for watching! :D
You can already set your respawn point in the end so you can technically build a base there. Only issue is that if you make a setup where you start in the end you can’t really make do. The problems lay with the facts that: 1- Need glowstone to activate the respawn anchor. (Let alone getting a respawn anchor in the end.) 2- infinity farmable blocks like wood or cobble. (Important for bridging to the main island to escape the end.) 3- Only food is the one which teleports you randomly. Point is end base building and survival is easy but requires lots of transporting of otherworldly materials. The big thing is maintaining a large supply of glowstone so that you can always respawn in the end. Besides that bringing some water, lava, saplings and crops will cover most all of your needs for a permanent stay. Additionally with the new update using chunk loaders it’s now possible to some extent to have farms in different dimensions while you sit in the end. Your biggest problem would be getting the resources necessary to pull of the long term end stay. You can setup an end base within an hour of playing the game, assuming you maximize your time to do all that you need.
Im hoping the potential End Update will have plants from the Warped forest since they have a higher spawn rate for Endermen, impliying that the Warped forest has a form of link to the End
I just think the end is very like, boring compared to the rest of the world, we get updates for the nether and the overworld, but the end is just so easy to get to, the ender dragon fight is boring since its so easy and he only has 2 attacks (one of which barely even works most of the time) and it just looks plain, there needs to be vegetation or something, obviously im not talking about some HUGE scale forest or something, just vegetation in the end, and then biomes in the end dimension where you get elytra, possibly even some mobs other then endermen, or endermen that are different?
I feel like the end being mostly empty is a good thing. The majority of Minecraft Players have never beat the game in survival, so any new stuff will essentially be locked away from players who haven’t beat the game, and peaceful players as well. It might also rush players to beat the game if they want to find new stuff themselves instead of online. And while the end may be mostly empty, what it does have is very cool. It’s one structure, has more loot than most other structures, possibly elytras, shulker boxes, dragon heads, a new kind of block, an exclusive mob, and a challenge which most other structures don’t compare.
I personally quite like how desolate and lifeless the end feels, it’s like another world or a horribly future for the universe which is exactly how I think it should be. And I think the next end update can be a good in between of these two ideas. I don’t think it should be brimming with life at every turn like the better end mod, but ruined structures and withered trees can add new things to explore while keeping the lifeless feel alive
I agree with this! Some more exploration and a couple of smaller biomes and structures would do the trick. Mods add too much I feel, but they could 100% find some balance there. Thanks for watchin! :D
I think they should add some sort of guarded structure that’s rarer than end city’s where you have a chance to get items to open the portal in ancient cities. That’s definitely too much for one update but if they did something similar to 1.17 and 1.18 I think it would be really cool
Tbh I would actually like to have an End update cause hear me out cause Caves got a massive update change and then the nether and aquatic. The last time the End ever got an update was back then they added the Elytra and the End city so it wouldn’t hurt to have the end update, just look at Minecraft Dungeons on how the made the end look soo amazing I honestly believe that the End deserves one.
Yes! Me and a couple of friends are attempting to create our end boss update as a follow up, we're thinking a portal too that leads to a more advanced, challenging part of the end! Thanks for watching :D
Why do you want an End Update? Hope you enjoyed!
I feel like the end should add things for ALL types of players. New redstone blocks for the redstoners. New weapons/mobs for the fighters and tons of new building blocks and items for builders. This way EVERYONE is happy. And EVERYONE would want to go to the end
i want the end update because the only point of the end is getting an elytra and shulker boxes. maybe an enderman xp farm. after that you basically never return to it, as there is nothing to do there
For better challenges, better loot, weapon, ore, wood, enemies or even a boss
@@DELTARUNEFAN1997how bout the explorers, casuals and speed runners
the end in my opinion called that cause its END game. so they should add more than the city's and go beyond that just like the neather. the neather was so bland and lame with only lava, fortress, and 4 types of blocks. so they can absolutely do it
The one problem I have with the end mods, is they make the dimension... too busy?
I don't want the mono-biome blandness of the current one... But it should retain some of that eerie, "dead/barren" world vibes.
Pockets of "end life" in the sea of void. A contrast to the overworld/nether.
The Endless Biomes mod does this really well
yeah thats how I feel too. just the other night I was thinking what I would do for an End Update and I would rather keep how empty and barren the End is, but maybe hint to the "lore" of Minecraft with old structures, similar to what theyve done with the overworld. me and a friend have thought of a really cool idea of ways to more personally interact with Endermen but ngl I think that idea is best for a mod rather than vanilla.
This an approach like Minecraft dungeons and would be cool to see
The one thing I really want to see is End vegetation.
I definitely agree with you. Dungeons reallt got the end right
I've been fooling around with an idea for a mod or update for the end, where it starts out barren, and after beating the dragon, the end slowly starts to regrow.
Agree
The islands should have some plants between them, so you can parkour between islands instead of playing SkyWars
@@notme8232that's a great idea!
@@notme8232 no, because it's the difficulty of this dimension and it will scrap the feeling of lonelyness of the end
@@notme8232no, that removes the whole point
I have wanted an End update for years now.
I feel like if they’re gonna make one, it’s gonna be HUGE. It is “The End” after all. That’s why I feel like they want to finish everything else before they reach there.
They also stated that they want to add a 4th dimension but need to “update” all dimensions first.
And we all know where the portal is going to be put for that fourth dimension.

100% agree. Endless Biomes is one of my favorite mods which performs this perfectly. It adds very unique shapes and floating pieces which keep the mysterious feel.
kinda like zen in half life which is a game that is over 25 years old
the og one was desolate basically like the end with a re color but its remake black mesa
turned it into one of the vibrant version with a purple recolor like better end but in a realistic way
just search it up in youtube
I found a similar comment yesterday comparing mods to vanilla and yes i agree, but i think so does Mojang.
Like in the overworld we still have deserts, badlands and the OG forests, similar to the Nethers original biome being the nether wastes now.
And then even the new biomes like the soul sand valley and basalt deltas which actually make it feel more desolate.
nullscape does the emptiness really well
@@salmonhippo9824 Not as much as I expect from a end update
Yeahh almost as if the dragon was the last hope for a once thriving dimension, protecting it from any players. I like it!
@@Chazyyyboi maybe the ancient builders were destroying the echosytem of the end
You summarized this perfectly. The end for sure needs more uses
@@Chazyyyboi Thanks!

Yep, they need to keep that same isolated feeling, while making it more exciting and challenging for players who want more. Thanks for watching! :D

I think an end update would be the perfect gateway to some split progression. There could be a new ore that doesn't replace netherite, but instead does something netherite doesn't do (eg. speed boost). Its armor would be weaker in both durability and damage protection so players would have to choose which they value more.
I could see that happening, after the really unique potion effects they added in 1.21
Think in the case of an update they should add a new end ore set on the level of netherite. So players with diamond gear could have a choice whether to branch off to netherite or end ore. This end stuff could have other passive, like how netherite decreases knockback the end stuff could make u slightly faster
“If the end isnt updated by next year, im dropping a diss track”
Bros boutta pull a kendrick 😂
I have a few ideas, biome wise when it comes to the end and how to keep its desolate, lonely feel to it, here is the five I came up with:
Cinder slopes: a biome mainly made with endylium (yes, I know, very creative), particularly Igneous endylium, this is basically grass for it, it has a tree called the igneous tree, unlike most trees, you can't cut it with an axe, you have to use a pickaxe (iron particularly), and also it bursts into lava if you mine it with the wrong tool, the wood would act like petrified wood, but a little more dangerous, they usually generate very sparsely, it also has flame weeds, which is a decorative block, mob wise I think the blastlings from MCD could suit it here, it also had fire wyrms, which are a neutral serpent creature, base on wyrms, which are serpentine dragons.
Watchlings are common here. there is a type of stone called voidstone, it can be used in a multitude of building blocks, there is also a blaze/breeze like mob called the voidlings
Chorus forests: these biomes will look almost like the current end biomes, but there is more to it, chorus can be smelted into popped chorus friut, but smelting it further you get a shattered chorus fruit, it can be use to create a new set of Purpur blocks, such as chiseled blocks, doors, and trapdoors, as well as fences. there is a purple colored endylium called violet endylium, there is also end berries, which comes from bushes, there is end goop as well (as in the purple end lava, also from MCD), there is also a new flying mob called ender flyers, they are pterodactyle like and appearence and are passive mobs, they can also be tamed and sit on your shoulders like parrots, I do have and idea for them but not sure to how it would be implemented, there are also enderman, watchlings, blastlings and snarelings, also end cities have been updated to be more dangerous, as they now have endersents.
end wild: basically the end wilds from MCD, lots of strange vegetation (most from MCD), it can host many of the end mobs, enderman, blastlings, snarelings, watchlings, enderscent, Ect. but there are ender drakes, which are dragon like, and terrorbeaks, which are strange, Chocobo-like creatures look like ostrichs, but have a dragon like head with a beak, it almost resembles a cockatrice, they're tambable, and also drops food. the end wilds have a new ore called caserite, a new ore to make some decorative blocks.
(also fun fact, the mystics design are based on the dark magicians from Yu-Gi-Oh!)
I know this is a wall of text, but these are most of my ideas, I know Mojang probably know what vision they want the end to be, but whatever we get, I hope it is fun and engaging for all players.
Wow! This is dedication right here, super cool ideas I'd love to see in the game. Hey Mojang, take notes!
FINALLY someone mentioned the Echoing Void DLC in a video about the end update 🥹. One more evidence though, the first monster sound in Disc 5 is not the warden, it is literally the idle sound of the endersent officially in Minecraft proper 😳
That's very interesting, thanks for sharing those insights :)
the ends theme being a corrupt version of the overworld should be a more hostile envirnment. maybe corrupted versiouns of normal mobs but they are more hostile and deadly
They need to at LEAST add crashed end ships
Havnt touched this game in years so I dont know if mojang got their sheesh together, but thats a pretty good start for them to do before touching the end
PS great video, I can see you hitting 100k subs pretty fast.
I do think that with the next few updates Mojang is going to start adding some of the mobs that lost the mob vote, since they’ve seemingly been trying to make the community aware that they can be added at some point in the future, just not yet
Edit: and maybe throw one or two of these mobs into and End update hmm
8:21 better get that Diss Track started in production because I don't think we will get an End update by then
😭i regret saying that lol
The dimension clearly has a very empty and corrupted atmosphere, so I feel like a more alienated route could expand on that
Yeah please no fucking trees or vegetation as if its overworld 2.0
Gotta find something more inspired, creative and alien
@@TheActionTourist ender trees/vegetation would be amazing wdym
@@Raider4ever1 TL;DR It's unoriginal and uninspired. Please keep things original and unique, in all its ways. Find something better
cause it just turns every dimension into a copy paste of each other with a different skin.
@@TheActionTouristTHANK YOU! I have always been against End trees, and you just explained exactly why.
I want a mushroom biome update now that biome hasn't been touched in A LONG TIME
To make a bigger connection between Minecraft dungeons, Minecraft and legends.
Yea those grappling hooks would be a great addition to the end..
the egg is used alongside end crystals to respawn the ender dragon
I have wanted a end update ever since 1.16 a end update is perfect not like o a staff or new boss fight no just what they did with the nether i feel all the dimensions is like easy-overworld
Medium-nether hard-end i feel it is the end of the game after you beat the ender dragon i feel that they should just do what they did for the nether update but harder mobs nothing else
This is all i need for tthe end update
•new biomes (3 or 4)
•new ore (1 only for armour and weopons and upgraded the elytra)
•new mobs that are very strong
•new ambients for the end
Thats all nothing else nothing new basically we need a end update
I never knew that, thanks for sharing!
If they drop the end update in 2025 then 2025 will truly be a memorable year
u forgat a comma at the end of the first 2025 :)
It will be
@@Catlegobuilder have you forgotten then they have a movie in production??
@@zanish4404 that movie will probably fail faster than minecraft legends
@masonpugh1148 and if it doesn't?
What we need in the end update:
Many more biomes (possibly as much as the nether)
New ore (might be better than netherite or possibly the same) called enderite.
More island
More types of endermen, maybe not just endermen but also many more end creatures
A new mob to get around the end, might be an alternative to the strider (possibly being able to walk over the void or even teleport) lead by some sort of new end mushroom or chorus fruit.
More close islands so you dont have to bridge hundreds of blocks
Maybe a new end liquid alternative to water since endermen cant stay on water
These are all predictions so they probably arent gonna come out
Great ideas! Thanks for watching :D
We saw how people reacted to the trade rebalance experiment.
one of the other reasons many ppl want the end update is because of a possible new dimension
when the ancient city portal was added, many were talking about how there could be a possible fourth dimension. one of the game creators (i think it was kingbdogz not sure) however announced that there will be no new dimension until all of the current ones are fully updated. that's another reason why people really want the end to be updated
They need to fix balancing before the end full stop.
I can wait until 2030 then I’ll be disappointed there’s no end update
From 1.22 onwards this is what I hope will happen, plus these are suggestions so I'm curious as to what the comments think of this...
1.22 - End update
1.23 - End update part 2
1.24 - Caverns and Mysteries (1.24 would bring back the farlands and would act kind of like a fourth dimension for the game)
1.25 - Oceans Update (This update would add realistic splashes and wakes for boats plus more realistic swimming and waterfalls)
1.26 - Take to the sky (Increase the height limit from 320 to 450)
1.27 - The Void Update (This update would add a dimension that's only accessible from the end and it would include a new ore which would be more durable but also as strong as Netherite. This ore you may ask would be called Void Essence and because of the increased durability, void guardians would spawn and try and take you out. The Void is a dimension that is extremely hostile to anybody that enters it so he careful...)
I wonder how the comments will think of this...
@@reinbew62 1.15 was bees solely, 1.14 was texture change and villagers
100%. I'm seeing a lot of other comments like this, could be the last update they do? Having said that, they want to add a 4th dimension, but only after the current ones are fully updated and complete.
@@jermified_ Thanks
@@jermified_ 1.15 was lackluster but 1.14 brought alot of new texture changes and made the old boring textures better.
@@HoomanIsHooman69 Yeah, 1.15 was solely just bees, couldve been a 1.14.x version just like how 1.20.5 added wolf armor and armadillos
one idea I had for the end is to remove the phantom from the overworld and make it end exclusive. it is really annoying during general gameplay but could provide some additional challenge to what should be the games hardest dimension. it also has that end look already so it would fit right in.
The game needs more progress I think, more bosses, more materials, while keeping it vanilla
Maybe new ambience or That Like purple auras like 0:01
If I had to guess they only will do an end update once they’ve gone over everything else first and give every overworld biome an update here’s a quick tracker off the top my head
Plains-x
Forest-x
Desert-x
Badlands-x
Tiga-✅
Savana-x
Hills-✅
Jungle-x
Swamp-✅

After they are updated they will probably feel more inclined to do an end update and after that we may get another dimension!
@@hercar20xx5 The swamp didn't really get a update, so still waiting for it
Just the idea of having floating islands in Minecraft would be great. The end is full of em. And it would be pretty interesting to get purple wood in the game as well. It fits perfectly in the end
What i want in the end update
An End Game teleportation device thats an alternative to enderpearls.
Exactly! It's all about balance. Thanks for the comment!
Exactly.. The perfect example for an end update
The nether is creepy because of its sheer danger and hostility
The end is creepy for not being outright hostile but instead awfully calm and ailen.
Exactly, I wonder why they haven't added any of the dungeons content 🤔
Bros smoking a intergalactic conductor💀 (1:45)
can't wait for the diss track
yeah.. i better get started on that 🤦♂️
I do not want an end update because it would just make things no doubt more difficult, time consuming, tedious and annoying.
I think there should be an end village.
Now that would be cool! I wonder what end villagers would look like 🤔 Thanks for watching! :D
This would be a dream come true. I just want anything, ANYTHING for an end update (as long as it doesn't look like a mod ig).
I really loved better end because of how "alive" the end looked
I get that its supposed to be a dead dimension and stuff, but honestly i think it also fits it. Its full of 'alien' and fantasy mobs, and the biomes are absolutely extraordinary
I would really appreciate if they made the ender dragon fight a little harder and also add it like a few mini bosses in the end
Most people are forgetting about the lore aspects. The team already said they aren't allow to add certain updates because of Lore stuff.
Tell me youve watched dr rats dimendion video w/out telling me
Tell me youve watched dr rats dimension video w/out tellling me
I think the farther away from the beginning of the end you get, the more lively it should become
2:39 You really had to do that 💀
if there will be an end update anytime soon, i want them to NEVER CHANGE the stronghold locating system and dragon fight and location and the way you get the elytra (unless you get it after killing the ender dragon), i'm so pissed off to what happened to the nether because they didn't add stuff, they made a complete overhaul to it, even though the same happened to 1.18 but it's not so bad, i would like to see new mobs, structures, biomes and potentially a new boss as long as they don't interact/ruin with the stronghold locating system and dragon fight and location and the way you get the elytra.
I want an end update because i want an update that actually changes something you’ll notice more often than an underground structure or a few biomes that you’ll find 4000 blocks away from spawn
The end update doesn't have to be another caves and cliffs, it just needs a new biome or two and mabey a new structure and or mob
They need to go a lil scary with distorted and glitch looking things, since the end is a reversed and glitched version of the overworld
I want an end update to explore more, and to build a base out there like my nether base and portals
You can already set your respawn point in the end so you can technically build a base there.
Only issue is that if you make a setup where you start in the end you can’t really make do.
The problems lay with the facts that:
1- Need glowstone to activate the respawn anchor. (Let alone getting a respawn anchor in the end.)
2- infinity farmable blocks like wood or cobble. (Important for bridging to the main island to escape the end.)
3- Only food is the one which teleports you randomly.
Im hoping the potential End Update will have plants from the Warped forest since they have a higher spawn rate for Endermen, impliying that the Warped forest has a form of link to the End
i just want a ender dragon fight rework and 2 new biomes and 2 mobs or smth like that.
Honestly i cant think of a better way to end the 15 year anniversary than with the announcement of the single most requested update
Hope we doesn't get that Cave update Condition where it splits into 2 part
I just think the end is very like, boring compared to the rest of the world, we get updates for the nether and the overworld, but the end is just so easy to get to, the ender dragon fight is boring since its so easy and he only has 2 attacks (one of which barely even works most of the time) and it just looks plain, there needs to be vegetation or something, obviously im not talking about some HUGE scale forest or something, just vegetation in the end, and then biomes in the end dimension where you get elytra, possibly even some mobs other then endermen, or endermen that are different?
The Kenadian made a really cool video about an end concept, and I would love to see that in base game
And maybe make it like hidden and you can get maps from ships
Tbh I would actually like to have an End update cause hear me out cause Caves got a massive update change and then the nether and aquatic. The last time the End ever got an update was back then they added the Elytra and the End city so it wouldn’t hurt to have the end update, just look at Minecraft Dungeons on how the made the end look soo amazing I honestly believe that the End deserves one.
I kinda like the end how it is, since it feels barren and empty since it is in the void under the nether and the overworld
The End update should add another portal capable to be made at home to improve the exploration of potential new biomes and structures.
Yes! Me and a couple of friends are attempting to create our end boss update as a follow up, we're thinking a portal too that leads to a more advanced, challenging part of the end! Thanks for watching :D
