- The State Of Dota 2 - The game is at a pretty rough spot , can sometimes feel stale with the meta heroes and also a ton of toxic players making there way into games without any punishment , the system needs to be changed so that these toxic players can be in low priority much faster , they ruin our games and we end up loosing MMR because of it , we need a new system in dota 2 that can limit this , what do you guys think ?

I don't mind milking the "absolute state of this game" content, but do you really have to give the most hollow arguments and talk in circles about the same thing for minutes on end just for the 8min vid ad revenue? You've got a good mic, nice gameplay and editing skills. Just flesh out some of the things you're saying before you taint your work with them
Ad revenue has never been important , I just used personal examples from my games and will continue to improve my videos to put out the best content possible , thanks for the feedback 😁
Just so you know, you can complete Crownfall while only playing 1 hero, you can trade in your tokens at the trader near the start so it's really not as bad as it seems.

I think Valve sort of pushing you to try other heroes is great overall, with the crownfall token. Thats how i tried playing lone druid and ended up enjoying it enough that hes part of my roster of heroes now. Helps keep the game from getting stale. And you wont get matched up to the same heroes over n over.
I feel like the toxicity on one hand and milking from valve on the other is what is slowly killing this game for past few years now.
I just play my game, don't flame anybody, usually don't talk to anybody that much, but people are really mean over stupid things.
I was once flamed the whole game for playing weaver without boots. Even though I had enough items to make impact to the game, it wasn't my cleanest game but I had positive KDR and was making my impact.
Literally yesterday i was flamed playing on 3d position dragon knight. I was left alone in the lane and died 4 times to 3-4 enemy heroes in the span of 10 minutes. I bought midas and shadow blade to be able to survive and initiate. After that I bought assault cuirass and silver edge against phantom assassin. And then I bought dagger to initiate even better. And the team was saying that I played as carry (by the way my carry was legion commander, but hey, I didn't flame him for that), and that I was supposed to be tanking. I had over 3k hit points and 40 armour, how tanky they wanted me to be?
Maybe it looks like I'm just crying here, but my point is that many guys in my place would stop playing, start griffing or just play worse than they could because of all the flame they receive. I think that if your teammate is playing honestly, making his impact in the game then you just leave him alone. I don't ever report for bad play, for example, because everybody can have bad games. One game your the MVP, another game you start with 0/4/0. If the person isn't actively and intentionally ruining leave him alone and at best try and give him suggestions without flaming him. Not every game can be won and that is the fact that people can't get sometimes. If I lose a hard fought game where we were just outplayed I enjoy it, too. But most game are lost because people just can't take a loss and start spewing venom everywhere around instead of just trying to play their best.
I just started playing dota 2 a few months ago, and I am liking the idea of trying out new heroes out of my comfort zone with the tokens. But my lobbies have been people saying they are playing PoS 3 then pick a support or a carry then the game spirals out of control because of the draft.
That’s dota for you , people most of the time don’t pick acording to their role
Eversince this Crownfall update drop my win rate dropped because either my mid or off is losing so hard in the laning stage i could not carry the game since it just ends in 30 mins usually they get so much map control then my team just disconnect. I came from SEA server we never give up even if we were down 0-20 i dont mind the toxicity but people give up so easily here in NA idk why and sometimes i have a bad game as well but yeah this new update had a lot of returning players and new ones. Some people do win trading too and this patch is like midlane patch so if mid loses hard then they most likely gonna snowball its so hard to win this patch. Just a lot of random bullshit
EHHHHHHHH WRONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. When I play with my friends who have like 1000 games I get apes like your speaking of. When I play alone, (Roughly 6-7k games) and am at 12k score I dont get idiots like that. It really just a you problem. Also you CAN trade tokens for the battlepass so you dont need to play a slithering char. per se. The games changed changed so much and your asking for changes? Like you said sniper and clinks are problems? I don't even see them they just get deleted in my games... What rank are you?

below 9k behavior games are absolute grief 9/10 games. literally unplayable. thats on 3k, 4k and 5.5k (yes i do have smurfs). I get beaten on 3k more than on 5k because my 3k acc is 7k behavior and my 5k acc is 9k behavior. my 4k acc is 10k behavior and i get free wins constantly. mmr no longer matters in this game its all about who griefs the most and what valve decides for you.
Yeah if you get a decent team who doesn’t grief your chances of winning sky rocket 🚀 even if the enemy team is much better they have a griefer it’s a hard game

Can't remember the last time I encountered these problems on EU servers.
There are people calling you an idiot for making bad calls et.c. But never really see people give up and afk fountain unless the game literally is 2 - 36 or something like that.
Probably been playing ~100 games since Crownfall came out, usually in party of 2-5 with very wide range of skill (Guardian - Immortal). Played all game mods and don't notice that high of a difference in behaviour. Slightly more toxicity in ranked.
Same on EU servers. Compared to SEA servers, EU is like a civilization compared to a tribe.

Yeah I think playing with high ping is better than playing NA currently
I have to say, this update brought me & my friendgroup back into the game. Not as much toxicity as I had earlier. Zero to a few smurfs and genuinely more dedicated people with better communications. On the flipside, had people who raged heavily after 3/4 minutes aswell, but no AFK'ers yet.
My games have been wayyy different , feeding in almost every single match , intentionally feeding because we all have bad games where we die a lot but still are trying our best to

game is really bad right now...ranked takes 10 min to get a game, but crap ton in unranked and turbo. Seems this new dog shit system has dumped all the players into LP. Report system is always a death to any game. I'm surprised this game is still kicking.
It’s got better in the new patch but the wait times are still quite long , and yes lots of players in low priority
Pff if people troll they should be banned for a few days. There should be harder punishment for doing toxic stupid shit.

I just finished a game where 3 of them where below 600 matches in guardian 2-4.
That’s still pretty decent , I mean like legend rank with 300 games played , that’s 100% a Smurf
