Refreshed & Rejuvenated for a Big Double Day! S01 E06: 5 Weeks Until Para World Championships

  • This weeks video is showing you what a typical double day of training looks like with gym in the AM and then track in the PM.
    The focus in the gym is on potentiation preparing us for our track session as well as reducing the range of motion to allow us to keep a heavy stimulus while allowing us to freshen up to be fast on the bike.
    Track was 3 standing starts. 1 x 1/4 lap, 1 x 1/2 lap & 1 full lap plus 2 MAC250's working on our rate of acceleration and hitting speeds well over 70km/h!!
    Apologies for their audio in the gym! The music was super loud.
