i have made the paste before and it can keep at the back of the fridge for months and itll taste excatly the same and wont ruin.

Do you refrigerate it right after making it?

This is real deal. I love the fact that you didn't waste any of the date. Most of videos i watch waste the dates by filtering it. Thank you for sharing.

You're welcome! I don't like wasting food either. I do my best to use all the leftovers in the same or other recipes. Thanks for your support and for the comment.

Whenever I see a recipe that calls for letting something soak overnight I never know if I am supposed to put it in the refrigerator while it soaks or not.

Great question! Room temperature water is typically sufficient for soaking, but if you prefer, you can also soak them in the fridge, especially in a warm climate, or if you plan to soak them for a more extended period.

Better alternative to granulated white sugar, if you don't have sugar cane to juice.

I wonder if this would taste good in tea vs. honey?

I hear some people like the date syrup in their tea. I usually like mine without sweeteners, but my taste buds are a little bit boring maybe and I'm more a savory tooth person haha😀. Let me know if it worked for you. Thanks for visiting!

Hello Everyone. Thank you for the Wonderful Tips. If the recipe calls for 1 cup of Sugar....How do you replace it using the Madjool Paste? Or for Any Recipe measurements including the Syrup Replacement? Can a Baker or Any other Professional Answer My Question??? Thank You!

Use a 1:1 ratio when subbing date paste for granulated sugar. the only thing to take into account if sometimes date paste can change the texture a little bit, for example in cookies. It can make everything more cake-like texture. It takes a little of experimentations when you are replacing ingredients in recipes (especially with the consistency and texture). I hope this helps.
