I remember watching you “go go go” before. I’m glad you’re on the mend. I watch YT for help learning things but I also have a few channels where I enjoy the person themselves and hearing about their lives. Yours is one. ❤

I love any video you want to put out, I can watch or listen while I garden, and it's all relatable 😊

Thanks so much for this honest sharing! I’m just at the stage of raising money to start a flower farm so this was so good to hear now so I can plan wisely. Such a great reminder to keep connected to God in all we do with prayer and time to listen to Him - so valuable.
I will keep you in my prayers. ❤

We are not born to be slaves to the system. Good on you for going against the grain and doing your own thing. Much love

Hi Phaedra, thank you for sharing. I can’t even explain how much this video resonates with me!!
I’d love to see you continue to grow flowers. I’m in Nova Scotia, Canada and also have a flower farm. Our seasons are opposite and I’m never at the same stage as you, but watching your content during our winter really helps me for my next growing season.
Even if you grow fewer flowers watching content about techniques, tips, and tricks is invaluable. Your beautiful gardens can be your teaching space?
Always enjoy new videos. Happy to hear you’re on the mend to your joy.❤

firstly - so glad you are on the mend and feeling better. long may it continue! secondly - this was so helpful and insightful. sharing how you've navigated changes and challenges helps so many others see the issues in their own lives more clearly. i'm grateful for that. thank you.

Yes your body IS shutting down to protect itself. And then once your situation becomes safe again it takes a bit to retrain your brain that things are ok again ❤ fortunately lots of good people share how they have recovered and healed

I had burnout from my previous job in the government department. In 2 year i just hated it, i cried, I was even happy to get surgery (I had sergery due to some helth issues) but I treat it like an opportunity to get sick days and have a rest wich is horrible even to think like this and even at the surgery desk before giving me an anastasia they ask what I wanted, and my wish was just to SLEEP! They smiled at me and said "Too easy"😂 So, I am so happy to quit that job after 11 years and change country. I moved to Australia ❤

Hi Phaedra, loved this sit down video. I felt like I was just sitting and listening to my friend talk. I just came in from working in the garden and saw you posted. When you do a normal day vlog, I feel like I can almost here your thoughts ticking over😂
Hope you have a great week. Xx.

Hi Phaedra, I'm so glad that you are on the mend. I was/ or still am in the same boat. Tryed to grow my flowers to teach dyeing wool with fresh flowers, witch I did for 8 years, and then my whole flower garden flooded ths spring for 6 times. I inversted € 700,00 0n flower seeds, plants and tubers, with 5% succes out of it all. Then I desided to teach, for a part, dyeing yarns with mushrooms and lichen, so I ordered mushrooms and lichen for $ 700,00 in the US. I also ordered for € 2000,00 yarns from a mill in the UK for 30 students, but there were 24 students on my list to teach this year, and 22 did not show up, whitout a valuebel reason. BUMMER. I only had 18 students. So in the end this cost me money, and I did not break even. So next year no teaching for me, but I am gonne wright a book about natural dyeing wool, with flowers, mushrooms and lichen and I start knitting again for my 6 grand children, things I did not do the last year.Wish I could come over and give you a BUG HUGGGGG. Take care of yourself, as I will try too ❤❤❤

So interesting, I'm so glad your on the mend. Alot of the symptoms you are explaining like overwhelm to the point of being emotinal, brain fog, sensory overload to people places screens, sounds ect is what it's like having ADHD 😅 I deal with most of these symptoms on the daily and its crippling most days ❤

I'm glad you're feeling better! I'm glad that you're taking better care of yourself and that you got some blood work done because what you're describing is similar to me when my iron level or b12 gets low and I hear it can also be caused by low vit D or thyroid.

Phaedra, I have the greatest empathy for you. I have experienced Burn-Out 3 times in my life, I'm now 72 and just about catching my breath. I love catching up with you on TH-cam and Instagram. If you put out a video or a post - that will be wonderful. If you don't, I will be thinking of you and praying for you and your family. I would like to say that if you only put out a video of you silently pottering / working hard in your garden - that will be wonderful too. ♥

I had brain fog with Covid as well and then even worse last year when I had Cancer (Chemo Brain they call it) - it's never fun but does contribute to burn out for sure!! I'm there now with the end of the season winding down!

I love your testimony that it was a spiritual experience that the Lord God gave you confirmation to start this...I have the same experience!! So glad you are sharing and allowing to be vulnerable, its sharing our hearts that create a relationship w/ people around the world, and especially sharing the trust and faith you have in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, no matter what it looks like or how different it seems from what you've planned it to be!!!

You have a unique situation with partner landscaping. You could instead focus in landscaping plants and he can charge the customers for them for their gardens
