Your beds look amazing! I am lucky that I have a cyclone fence around 2 edges of my beds, but they are on a property where there are many sightings of brown snakes, so I am running a Strainer wire around the boundary and attaching shadecloth to it to fully enclose it. The bottom of the shadecloth folds out aling the ground about 20cm and is pegged down hard every 30cm by u shaped garden stakes with plastic bases (found on Temu) to make sure no dangernoodles find their way underneath.
Great to see you feeling better, Phaedra. So good, your weedless beds! After me saying to you, 1 year's seed, 7 years weed, l obviously didnt put my money where my mouth is because l have been struggling so much keeping on top of the weeds! 🙄 Also, l noticed someone said it could be low vitamin D making you feel low. We all cover up so much these days that it's common to not get enough from the sun.
Oooh, your garden is looking lovely. All that hard work weeding is paying off. Your ranuncs are so close. Mine have just started flowering and I’m loving it. I’d love to know how the gas weed burner thingy goes if you end up getting one.
The Winter months was so unkind to many of my plants and some have started to grow again. The only problem I have are possums as they have destroyed so many of my pot plants. I'm so happy as I got Seaside daisy and I'm going to but them in hanging pots.
It's rainy and cold here today but as soon as I see your thumbnails it makes me want to get out there and get things done.
Garden looks cute.
Good to hear you're getting out in nature as well.
I enjoyed the music.
What a lovely place you have, loved the kookaburras commentary.

Spring and allergies ❤
That was a heart for commiserating. Not for the love of allergies 😂
