1/2 tablespoon ground turmeric.
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil.
Vitamin E 2 capsules.

Hay que tener cuidado con la cúrcuma porque pigmenta la piel, y al retirarla con agua tibia pues se reseca la piel y entonces de que sirve la crema.
Hola recuerde que lleva aceite de coco y solo son 30 minutos y sino quiere probar no lo haga
