4 lemons
300 ml lemon juice
150 grams of sugar
10 grams of vanilla sugar
40 g cornstarch
cooling down
500 ml cream

I would zest 2 of the lemons and add to the sugar mixing well. Then zest another or both of the remaining and sprinkle on top of the mousse. Looks yummy and I'll try it.

Remember to reduce your sugar and corn starch. Especially the corn starch. If not it's going to be extremely thick...

But the video is far too long. We do not have to watch every drop of lemon juice being squeezed. It can be cut short. Same with all the other processes.. They too could be shortened.

@@nowirehangers2815 I am not whining about it. I am saying that to excessively long having to look at a product being mixed , does not add to the knowledge of HOW the product is made. Some people do not have the time to be waiting for the next phase of the recipe and it does not add anything of importance.

You may want to try to grate lemon zest from rinds instead of chocolate.
I agree. Lemon zest would bring out the lemon and be a much better visual, for me at least.

En lugar de nata se puede hacer con menos azúcar y mezclarle luego merengue italiano ( o ambas cosas) También quedaría más rico con un poco de ralladura antes de cocinarla.

The second I watch all four lemons being cut, I know that this is a person who doesn’t understand editing.
Maybe she wanted to demonstrate that she is doing it in real time, and that it takes 5 minutes. Which it doesn't. And also later on there is some time skip while making the chantilly (Thankfully!!!!) And even with the skips the video was more than 5 minutes. I wish they stopped with the ridiculous titles.
I thought we were going to see them cut and juice 4 lemons then grab a 5th to use get the zest from. Saw that in another video (not sure if it's the same creator). I didn't understand why they wouldn't just use the zest from one of the lemons they juiced, lol...

I tried this recipe... it is not a five min recipe but it does turn out well. topped w sweet fruit. I added one T pow sugar to the
'custard' part before combining w the whipped cream. But it definitely takes more than five mins. But worth it.
