In this video, I tried to implement few techniques to make the best brisket ever.Starting with a dry brine then used Chuds foil boat and goldee's rest method .the final result was the best brisket I have ever cooked.enjoy👍🏽 - บันเทิง

I live the foil boat method. Since I seen Chud use it I switched from wrapping in butcher paper to the foil boat method. Looks good

I like that foil boat idea. I use a webber kettle and snake and sometimes the bottom can get a little dry
💯💯 it helps keep it moist and speed up the cook without loosing the bark
Delicious brisket my friend!!! 👍🏻. What kind of Warmer do you have. Looks small and cool
it's made by FWE And it sits on table in my back porch.can be put on casters as well

Can't hear your voice. Brisket looks great.
Heard him fine
I think my audio is fine....tried it on many devices
Can you tell me what model your warmer is and how many briskets it'll hold?
FWC it can hold up to 8 brisket
What brand food warmer is that ? Thanks
FWE
Do you prefer dry brined brisket over overnight with rub?
I think dry brine serve a purpose ... apply rub overnight has zero impact on texture or flavor...again just IMO
@@BackyardWarrior I’m going to try your Dry Brine then Rub method next brisket. Our Costco in Altamonte Springs has stopped carrying Prime brisket. Have to get from Sam’s
Another great cook - did you dry brine with table salt or kosher salt - thank you !
kosher salt, I use Diamond Crystal
