    The harder thing about this is that when your a teen your parents think that your starving yourself and force you to eat 2 platefuls of food so it's so much harder to do some of these things as a teen

    tip #11 for my smokers... only go for sativa strains, these will not make your appetite spike up like an indica would and you will have much more energy to walk and dance through the day !

    Who would thumbs this video down??? This video was so helpful. I wrote down all the steps. I decided I want to lose a few pounds by my birthday in three weeks. I was going to try to eat more raw foods and sleep more. This fits in perfectly!!! I love all the smoothies on this channel and the app!

    I remember for a while when i was super busy with school and such, all I ate was raw fruit for breakfast and lunch. Dinner was usually rice and veggies. Two weeks later, i was down 12 pounds. Didn't hardcore exercise that much, just ate healthy and walked around a bit more :)

      Yes! I had a job in a mall that had a Whole Foods. I would just get the salad bar for dinner and lost weight and realized it was because I had raw food for dinner. Amazing!!

    Agree on the water! I started last winter to try drinking 2 liters of water a day, and now I drink at least 4 liters a day. Most of the time even 6. And it really worked. Along with a healthier diet and like you said more fruits and veggies.

    Good job Rawvana! most of these tips I currently follow but I'm having a hard time letting go of my convenience vegan foods and I know they are making me retain so much water .       This is my problem. Like Amy's frozen entrees. All organic veggies and such. So tasty!!! I don't use a microwave at home by at work, I can bring a frozen entrees and it's instant lunch!

    The calculation for figuring out water consumption in the human body is :- the weight in kilograms ÷ 0.024 which gives an answer in millilitres,in my case is 120÷0.024=5000 mLs which means that I need to drink a minimum of 5 litres of water per day.
    Note in 2005 I went on a diet when I weighed 140 kilograms & I walked for 10 kilometres per day,the minimum body weight I could get down to is 120 kilograms,it plateaued out meaning after 2 months I kept walking 10 kilometres per day & I couldn't lose any more weight.
    My main goal at the moment is to lose my love handles & reach 90 kilograms.

    I tell my friends& colleagues to drink a lot of water..... It amazes me that how many people don't drink enough water& don't think that's important ...my boss told me she drinks 1-2cups water a day while drinking3-4 cups coffee😣 I just can't imagine how they survive like that whilst they can't imagine how it's possible to drink liters& liters of water.....

      yes. ive started to suspect that much western sickness is do to chronic dehydration. 4 to 6 liters per day, depending on weight and gender.

    I used to do this thing I called the swap I would replace chips with my homemade spinach chips by just baking little pieces of spinach and I would put carrots and broccoli when I'm doing my homework cuz I'm in high school and I get stressed and when I get stressed I eat I know weird but I do and it was so hard to stop putting junk food beside me and I would just feel gross

    I was wondering how drinking lemon and lime alkalize the body? Lemon and juice have a pH of around 2, how can adding an acid to your body cause it to become alkaline?

    You said eliminate junk food for 1 week meaning if u eat junk food for the next week onwards it will be rebound weight gain so one should eliminate it as long as possible if possible forever not just 1 week

    Hello there. I really want to give the smoothie day a try... Since I've never fasted before, I first want to try drinking only smoothies for a day and see how that goes... my only question is about quantity. How many smoothies should a person drink in one day? How big is each smoothie? I want to "cleanse" but I don't want to be hungry and miserable if you know what I mean. I have smoothies in the morning and I feel fine and satisfied but I'm not sure about smoothies the whole day. Hope you can help me out here. thanks in advance

    A liter of water is way too much for most people. You can "drown" your organs by overhydrating. The amount of water anyone needs is based on your body weight. It is not eight glasses nor a liter or whatever. Talk to your doctor before overhydrating. FYI, your bladder can get weaker as you age.

      +Yuval xo thats tough. i would gladly let my friends come to my place to make this stuff. my best suggestion is save up for a used or referberished vitamix blender. they can be cheaper if they are used or referberished

      Maybe just eat all of the stuff (spinach, bananas, kale, apple, mango, whatever other fruits and vegetables you feel like you'd enjoy in a green smoothie (just lots and lots of greens for sure) and just eat them raw that day? Won't be 100% the same results you'd get from smoothies or juice but it will still help you debloat so you should still be able to see some difference
