Hi, Definitely Alcohol Intermediary Method can be use to make infused oils..The measurement will be 1 oz of dried flower 1/2 oz of alcohol for 8 oz of carrier oil..But this method is suggested for dried flowers and herbs not for fresh flowers..

You can use carrier oil of your choice...I prefer home made coconut oil..you can use olive oil too..That depends on you..Flowers should be completely out of moisture so drying out is must..

@@RoS-ng1ny to be honest i did try few times and got unpleasant results , i would recommend to use them fresh but not wet like make sure there is no water droplets on petals , but crush the flowers little bed so they marinate well with the oil

Making infused oil without carrier is not possible..If you wish to store for longer time, dry the flowers before adding.. If dried flowers are used you can store for more than a year..
