I just watched your Banana Chia Pudding 2023 video, and I must say, the information you provided was excellent! Your explanation was clear and easy to understand, and the recipes you shared were so simple to make. I tried making it, and not only did I love it, but my mom also enjoyed it a lot. I'll definitely be sharing this fantastic recipe with others who are looking for delicious and healthy options. Speaking from my personal experience, I made it with True Elements chia seeds, and it turned out amazing. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful recipe!
@@Lulu-kt6gr Since you omitted yogurt, did you add more milk? If not, that’s probably why, there was not enough liquid for the seeds to absorb and gel.

Why did mine not gel? I did everything except I used maple syrup instead of honey.
Did you leave it long enough to absorb the liquids? At least 3-4 hrs, but overnight is best.
@@nenaswellnesscorner5453 yes overnight. I didn’t add yogurt though. Wonder if that’s it?

Chia seeds to be smashed to get its benifits
Is this true? I know it’s true of flax seeds.
@@Lulu-kt6gr no, it is not valid. Research shows that we can absorb beneficial ingredients, so no need to be smashed.
