This collection from Tudor is a really fun elegant way to play in an understated series
Nice vid. Reminds me that I need to get back into a boat. The blue used is incredible - not the saturated Smurf blue from the original Pelagos. The MT5602 is COSC but not METAS - wish it was METAS as the extra robustness would be nice. This one is my GADA all of my suits stay in the closet.
I'm watching this and thinking my lonely Watchistry Marine Nationale book needs a companion.

I’m not sure it’s Metas certified, isn’t it “just” chronometer certified? I’m pretty sure mine doesn’t say metas anywhere. I have the M.N 23. I do agree with you. It’s a great watch! Love mine.
Mark, like yourself the moment the MN FXD was launched I knew I wanted it for my collection, having owned the MN FXD for more 16 months now it's a watch that I have enjoyed so much that it over took wrist time of other pieces in my collection ,furthermore because of my attachment to the watch , I added the black FXD to the collection which I picked up today! I don't think I can ever emphasise how much I love this watch & the feelings I have towards it!
Thanks for sharing! I wasn't keen on the black bezel variant when it was first released but it's grown on me, and now I can totally understand why you would want both! It's a unicorn design, and one which I think will become a massive hit for Tudor!

The weather looks great, today in indiana ,USA it got to 50 F, very mild so far. Looking forward to summer. I have 2 Tudors, 36 mm Submariner and 36 mm date day. Love the FXD.
Sounds like a perfect Tudor combination, and at 36mm the perfect everyday wear. Summer is on the way for you!

Thanks Keith! I honestly thought it would take 9 months to a year if ever, so I'm very pleased. I need to work out where I want to go with the theme of the channel as it's been a bit scatter-gun so far!
I think the ' scatter-gun ' effect is the reason for the channels success Mark. There are far too many same as same as watch related channels out there and it all gets a bit boring. With Random it's anyone's guess what's coming next ! , so far a winning formula. The age old saying ' if it ain't broke '.

That looks like an amazing place to be. Was hoping to see more of the sea and beach in the video. The watch is great too, but it isnt METAS-certified, it is COSC-certified.

It’s a very nice watch but I gotta have a date window. The practicality trumps the symmetry, if it’s at 3. But 6 o’clock date window is great too and maintains the symmetry. 😊
Love mine. It’s a go 99% of places do 99% of things in today’s world. The fabric straps are perfect for the office. Just things like a very formal event I’d go for a little dress watch. I’ve worn this every day since I got it 6 weeks ago. Can’t keep it off.

I know you're not wanting to fill up with too many watches but I'd be interested to know your thoughts on the Tudor BB chronograph.
To be honest I've never tried it on, but I don't like the proportions of it aesthetically. I preferred the previous generation of heritage chronos, and find the latest iteration a bit too much trying to resemble a chunky version of the Daytona.

I like it but wouldn't buy it personally
