If you still want to look into more I would suggest Welcome Home (Sanitarium) or Fade to Black. Though there aren't any official videos for those songs, the beauty of the cellos shine there. It imparts so much depth and soul to the music, which was already top notch.
Nothing Else Matters is easily one of Metallica's top 5 best songs in my opinion. But this version, puts me on another world and puts a lump in my throat every single time I listen to it. And I have listened to it thousands of times. Thank you for reacting to it.

You like cello? MUST check out the brothers that call themselves "Two Cellos." Their covers of AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" and their colab with Steve Vie doing "Highway to Hell" are both out of this world. I never thought that a cello could even remotely sound like that!
