I made this delicious cake yesterday..I did only 1/2 of sugar. .and it was delicious. The only issue i had was even the cake cooked, it did not brown after 90 minutes of baking at 320 perhaps my oven is not as hot as yours..but I will make it again.

But what went wrong chef ? Should I use less semolina next time ?
