Pure drama and competition with those shows ….now with your shows , OMG you learn to become a better home cook and stop using Uber eats . All your cakes are great …. I don’t like over decorated , icing cakes . I like this video very much because I enjoy simplicity and tasty. The tres les cake I have got to try . Never had it anywhere but friends tell me …IT is to die for !! Very moist they said. I don’t like cakes that are too sweet , so I would say that yogurt cake looks perfect and easy to make , and looks like something we would enjoy very much on a coffee break at home . Will also try your apple tart cause it’s nice option to store bought apple pie that my sister-in-law brings to pot luck dinner. Definitely saving this video in my baked goods folder ! It’s a keeper 😊.

Guys! I know I'm one of the few who doesn't just watch it as a relaxation method, but I've been cooking it all! All the recipes are absolutely working, competent and really tasty and fast. Since I have a short story with the Italian Apple and Pear Cake, it has become my favorite cake ever, it always reminds me to overcome my fear of making cake and of my success.. Really I love it so much. Number two is Flourless Chocolate Cake, It's more delicious than any chocolate cake. Number three is Yogurt Cake, it's so light and fluffy like soft cotton. I've seen a Tres Leches Cake recipe before but never tried it, but now I feel it looks delicious and it's not as difficult to cook as I thought .. so definitely I will try it. All of them are great cake recipes as always yours, Chef Joel🌷

Hi Joel. I love all this recipe though I'm not a big fan of sponge type cake or yogurt...maybe not yet(learning process mode). I like creamy type whether fruits,chocolates,nuts and some vegan-organic stuff you can only buy on selected store or DIY. That's healthier and cheaper, zero calorie and less fat like your recipe here. It's so delicious. I really love it! Thank you Joel and Happy New Year!💗

On the tres leches cake, could you put a piece of parchment paper, same width of the pan, but falling over the sides? Also, how would you make a chocolate tres leches?
