Your process was amazingly fast. We were married January 2023 Filed May 7 2023. Cleared USCIS May 2024. DQ at NVC June 2024. Waiting 3 months for an interview. 16 months so far. Plus another 6 weeks if we were notified of an interview tomorrow.
thank you for sharing your timeline :) My PD is March 1 and currently being reviewed. We are patiently waiting for our time. My hubby is also from UP Michigan, may I know which city you’re staying? Would be nice to know some Filipina when I get there💕
Very interesting! My wife and I were married in the Philippines in January 2023, we filed our I-130 petition before you did, and we are still waiting... and our petition was supposedly being processed in Nebraska with a faster processing time than Texas... 🤔 Last September we were within a month of receiving a decision, when without explanation USCIS added 10 more months to our estimated time to receive a decision. Thanks to your video, I plan on writing to our Senator and asking him to look into this matter, and maybe something can be done to expedite our case. We are very happy for you and your husband, but your case seems to have been processed in a very short amount of time compared to our own and others we are aware of, so we are very happy to hear of your case and hopefully it can help get some attention for why other cases are taking as long as they are.

@@vilmathomas6420 Thank you for that clarification! Congratulations on your marriage and arrival in the US! We still have a problem in that we originally started out with a 10 and half month estimated time for a decision for our I-130 petition, but we have since been pushed back to almost 18 months... anyway, we will still write a letter to our Senator and see why we've been pushed back with no explanation. Thanks for the video, and taking the time to help others! 👍
We started to file a petition last December 2022 and got approved by the USCIS last October 2023 And got documentary qualified last april 2024. And now were waiting the schedule of medical and Interview i hope it happen soon. Nakak stress mag isip kung kailan maka recieved ng email from them.
Good pm. Maam ask ko lng po if need ko p ba mag change status s lahat ng valid id's and passport ko before mag apply ng visa ang husband ko maam? Thank you po
Hello po, good day. My husband and I applied for CR1 visa too, and it got accepted and DQ by NVC last Dec 7,2023. May I ask po what is CFO?, and do I need to attend the seminar pa po?
@janethvergara4670 ..Hi may i know when was your interview schedule? I’m assuming you are already in the US..I’m just wondering when i would get mine coz i got DQ feb 16 and still no interview schedule.
