an awesome demonstration chef. a question if i may - why didn't you remove the seeds from the zucchini? it will make some space inside the vegetable and the seeds are quite watery and tasteless anyway. is there any specific reason to keep the seeds in this recipe?

I totally agree with you, I thought he was going to hollow out the zuchinni flesh from the courgette and put the stuffing inside (replace the flesh with the stuffing),. Its not stuffed courgette !! Don't mind the 2morons who abuse you they are just parasites !

Yes you can as the written recipe suggest. I wanted to keep them whole since these zucchinis are quite small ;)

"Stuffed" implies you are putting something inside. This isn't really stuffed Zucchini it more Zucchini topped with a stuffing
