Hanji dr saab sat shri akal ji. 4:19 i have one question, If acording to our height we need 2000 calories, we are having almost 1500 calories per day, but we burn nearby 1000. In diet our protein intake almost perfect then what results will we see.
Theoretically it will create a large caloric deficit and sould produce fat loss at a better rate but practically our body will drop NEAT (more in my Metabolism video) and the actual deficit will be lesser than 1500... Thank You for this question
