I totally agreed with Dr Navdeep Singh. I have been living in Canada for last 20 years and situations have been getting worse day by day. It can be easily proven by so many factual information. I'm totally health freak person who walks 8 km a day & perform my yoga on regular basis but its only my self motivation otherwise work culture in Canada is so stressful and also every single person in household works to just get minimal lifestyle. Work is priority to pay bills to survive but health priority is Zero and You see people around you who is struggling. You wanna help them but they don't even have any time to manage. Fresh produce are sooooooooooooooo expensive so people rather buy pizza, burger or canned food which is cheaper. Indian people are so lucky.
