    1) Shrimp zucchini pancake
    12-13 shrimp
    1 zucchini
    half an onion
    chives
    2 eggs
    2T whole wheat flour (regular flour can be used)
    1t fish sauce
    some pepper
    An appropriate amount of cooking oil
    an appropriate amount of salt
    2) Super simple marinade
    1 tsp water
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp vinegar
    1 tsp honey

      @@hazel.kitchen ㅠㅠ 산지에서 싱싱하고 좋은 새우 받아 볼려고 주문 했는데 배송이 늦춰져서 담주에 와요…오늘은 슬픈 호박전만 먹었어요 컬리에서 호박 주문할때 알새우 같이 살걸 후회중이예요ㅠㅠ

    저는 속재료에 물이 왜 생길까요 ㅠㅠ 생각보다 모양잡기가 어렵네요 😅

      재료손질할때 모든 재료에 물기를 가능한 많이 제거하고, 애호박도 소금에 절인 후 물기를 제거한 후 사용해보세요~ 밀가루나 전분을 더 많이 넣으면 물기는 잡히나,, 맛이 좀 떨어지더라구요😅
