  • Hey ya’ll! I can’t wait to show you how to make Slow Cooker Beef Brisket: iheartrecipes.com/slow-cooker...
I’m going to show you how I make my super tender, mouth watering Slow Cooker Beef Brisket. This recipe is super easy and straightforward. It’s almost impossible to mess this up. I use my homemade bbq rub for my brisket along with apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, and olive oil. I mix the ingredients, and rub it all over the beef brisket, and let it cook overnight in my slow cooker. I then remove the brisket from the slow cooker, and place it in the oven on broil to darken the bark. The outcome is a melt in your mouth- seasoned to perfection- smokey brisket. I kid you not, this brisket is just as good as smoked brisket!
Find the exact measurements here: iheartrecipes.com/slow-cooker...

0:20 - Add barbecue rub to a bowl.
0:26 - Drizzle in extra virgin olive oil.

    0:38 - Mix well.
0:58 - Add the rub to the brisket.
1:05 - Coat all surfaces of the brisket.
1:18 - Spray the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
1:25 - Place the brisket fat side up in the slow cooker.
1:35 - Add any excess rub to the brisket.
1:38 - Cover and cook on low for 12 hours.
1:57 - Place the brisket on a lined cookie sheet.
2:07 - Broil the brisket until crispy.
2:22 - Cover the brisket in foil and let rest.
2:32 - Slice the brisket and serve.

So I put this in the crock pot this morning. I came home and put it under the broiler and let it rest. I am enjoying the best brisket of my life! I only used salt (carnivore diet) and it came out so amazingly delicious. Thank you, my dear, I appreciate you! 😘

Had beef brisket a long time ago at a bar in NYC. I decided to try making it myself. Used your video as a guide and it came out amazing! Only thing I really changed was the rub, I used some premade in a jar, and it was for hamburger! Came out like butters! The broil at the end and the foil wrap, pure genius! Thanks so much for the cooking lesson! I gave a slice to my wife and she gave me the look of approval. My apartment smells fantastic from cooking this all day too!

Okay… I just tried your recipe last night and I had the beef brisket slow-cooking for 12 hours overnight in time for lunch the next day and it was truly amazing. I would definitely make this again. I used store bought applewood dry rub. I added a little bit of coarse pepper and coffee grinds to it. The rub and the liquid smoke was very good. Thank you for this recipe.
