Awwwwww okay...so you pull going back not forward. That's probably what I've been doing wrong....the water is dirty but not like it should be. Im bout to try this now. THANK YOOOOU
When cleaning my grandmas house so we can move into it, my mom was thinking about renting a rug doctor but I told her the hoover has the same results without spending much money and I wasn’t wrong
I used to have one of these. Worked great until the brushes quit working so basically it was worthless. Tried to fix it but they never worked so I just ended up tossing it
Better than the user manual, thanks

What solution you use?

i'ts like the bissel big green
Not exactly, the Big Green is more of the size of a Rug Doctor (meaning it's an industrial sized carpet cleaner), and this is more compact.
Yea it sounds like it but it’s not
How loud is it?
I thought was supposed to pull the trigger when go forward to let the shampoo out and release when going back for the suction mode.
@OneDayAfterAnother That's Brilliant! I hate leaving the solution also
Thank you!

Keep in mind, the brushes are actually suction driven, so you might have had a suction block somewhere that was restricting suction on it.
Does it work on wood floor ? Or it’s just for carpet use
Carpets only.
Good Job Thanks, Now I Go Out And Buy.
