The motor makes a sound but does not turn.
When the machine was disassembled, traces of water intrusion were found, the interior was severely corroded, the aluminum shell was deeply corroded, and the motor stator and rotor bearings were rusted to death.
The internal condition of the gearbox is good, the circuit part is basically complete, and the speed control board is corroded and the wiring is broken.

Nice refurbishing this back to life. However, I don't think the leather was a good idea and will be coming off shortly after it gets used for a while. If you want to make it look better, either just some flat black paint in the leather areas, or everything one color. Thumbs Up!
