Hello teacher....every restoration is really unmissable....it would be nice....if you upload a PDF file to see the calculations, measurements and data to carry out those mastery you do...thanks for such good videos. ..!....Thank you
I was a little worried about installing the blade after reading a couple of reviews. But it was amazingly easy. Took about 1 minute. Works great th-cam.com/users/postUgkxjpBI8OOeUXib_iT7UomCrQ-uauwZJ62c . Cuts easily and is perfect for pocket cuts I needed to make for replacing some old deck boards.
I guess with all the heavy equipment that I don't have like a bench top drill, lathe machine and hydraulic press I guess it's cheaper to buy a cordless circular saw. Though I really enjoy watching this video. I'm a hobbyists woodworker not an industrial mechanic or machinist. I just love using power tools.
Turned out to be a success. I'm a bit concerned about the connection between the gear where the saw blade is attached and to the small engine. There is no connector or a stable strong connection. That with time will be actually loose and in the end it should be welded.
Teacher, This is a great work. I am bowled over by your work done in methodical manner. I have a doubt: I couldn't see it fully.. have you used a Power core 775 motor in this machine? Please reply.
Good video as usual, although I love when you rewind the coil to use it with DC current ( even if I still don't understand how you know which wire gauge to use and how many turns you have to do ! ), instead of replace the motor with a DC one ;) Thank you for your work :) PS : are you Japanese, chinese or from another country ? ( Sorry I can't read the characters on the stickers )
It's not hard to identify which characters are from which country "viet, jap, china, korean" I thought he was Japanese because most of the tools are tools made in Japan, but someone said that he's from Vietnam? Lol

Do you need circuit borad in power tool that manufacturers put? I have dead 12v circuit board and motor in 12v circular saw. I would like to replace only motor and trash the circuit board.
What was the point of disassembling the rotor when it wasn't going to be used on the project? It can't be copper recovery since the value there was is too little to bother with.
Congratulations great idea, Fantastic job, I personaly prefer restore things to be work great again like it was before, but sometimes ,,,, u know better, good job mate ☺ I watch this with passion, good luck, 😉Btw, nice video edition, great to see it, have a patronite maybe???
I love the content and appreciate the work, but i dont understand why you went through the trouble of undoing the entirety of the winding of the old motor, only to replace it with a new one?
I am sorry if I am not true, but in my opinion, the conversion using such DC motor is questionable, as the torque depends not only on the motor´s wattage (much lower than the original 110v motor), but also depends on the diameter (and lenght) of internal rotor inside the motor. Since the new rotor is almost 4 times smaller in diameter and lenght than the original one, and you keep the gear ratio, I think the final torque will be useless for cutting. I have not seen the "battery pack" during the demo cuts although I was interested on it.
It turned out great, but I should have tested the cut on light and hard wood when it was on 110v. and after that changed to 20v. To know if it has the same torque, the same force. Here's the tip.👏👏🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Good restore

Another quality conversion but those exposed wires from the battery look like trouble.

Wow very amazingly restore work sir every part by part detail showed thanks a lot 👍😊👌.
Good paint job
Keep using this paint in other builds
From start to finish, how long do these restorations take on average? Couple of hours or days?

A wonderful work. An inspiration for me try out. Also my belated Wishes for A Very Happy New Year 🎊🎉 2023.
Are you lucky when the new motor fits into the old armature like a glove or do you do some previous research and try to find a matching one?
I congratulate you on the incredible transformation, I do have doubts about the motor that works at 12 volts, is it easy to get?
Good video mate. Keep going. 👍

отличная работа !!!но боюсь акум отвалится при первом падении
Doesn't need a welding or pins between motor and gear axis?
I worry about wear out
1:08 wow 😱 i want these box with stuff too 🤪
bold and impressive. original brushed motor setup was about 3/4hp. on the dc motor i do wish we knew hp or watts or torque @ 20V
parabéns gostei da ideia. Dificil encontrar os acessórios.

What do you use to lubricate the drill? What kind of lubricant is this?
К сожалению я не могу назвать это идеально выполненной работой
You seem to have stopped the mesmerizing activity of rewinding the motor, any particular reason?

Есть не большое сомнение, что моторчик(очень похож по мощности как у шуруповёрта) сможет работать под нагрузкой
Хорошо помечено
Nice job good work
Thank you! Cheers!
muito show o trabalho ✌
if the motor can be such small for a saw, how come the modern saw from each brand still having a size motor?
What is the brand and model of the white impact screwdriver used in the beginning on the video?
Great job ❤
Thank you! 😄
отличная работа..вот только без платы bms аккумулятор разрядится в ноль..надо ставить всегда плату контроля напряжения..
I love the content and appreciate the work, but i dont understand why you went through the trouble of undoing the entirety of the winding of the old motor, only to replace it with a new one?
I never read your code, what is that?
Haven't seen you workinh bolts driver AC100v _switch to DC21v?
Exposed wires in the final product? For all the effort put into this, I'm surprised.
請問噴的那是什麼顏色的漆,look so good❤
So you cannot just wire the cords to a battery, you have to modifiy the motor somehow?
that motor fit! 👍
Is the torque the same? The power differs significantly, 775 is only about 100W, but the original motor was 650W.
The torque isn't the same.

Great video. Could you do one with a cloth iron, turning it from cord to cordless, please?

The old MAKITA has a new life.
Yes, it is.
I always wondered where to use 9mm socket. Not 10 not 13, 9 for a main bolt for the main blade. Interesting!
You must have great skill because for me, pressing the old shaft onto the new motor, never works. It always comes loose.
