I'm new to Dremels, but this thing has been great. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxfPgcZ5_Cl0HDUKkMJAKde11YKQZVgMoR The variable speed is awesome and the cordless aspect makes it so easy to work with. I am constantly finding uses for it that make tasks easier. Recently I put in a new deadbolt on one of our doors. I knew I had to enlarge the hold where the deadbolt goes into the door frame. At first I thought I would have to get a big router and figure out how to use it for that, but then I rermembered we have the dremel. I was able to enlarge the hole almost as easy as if I was drawing with a pen. It's also great for grinding our dog's nails done and so many other household tasks.
I have rebuilt so many power tools like that and for way less than half the cost of a new tool, you end up with a perfectly working and functioning power tool. And the second you use any power tool, it becomes USED anyways. Not hard to refurbish them and they look near new as well. One thing I can suggest is, when you have corroded plug prongs, instead of sanding them, stick them in some vinegar and salt for a few minutes and they will clean up perfectly. However than wash them off with a baking soda solution to neutralize the vinegar... Thumbs Up!
Beautiful restoration ! an old part brought to life again. Congrats from Germany
Разобрал, почистил, собрал, заработало! Ай, шайтан! Чтобы у меня так все вещи ремонтировались.
Thanks for helping me reduce my stress.
Nice restoration. The only exception is when you replaced the power cord plug. The wire ends were soldered and put into the screw terminals. I have found in the past I have done that and the wires pull out. I would cut those soldered wires and just use bare copper strands. The screw terminals grip the copper strands better than a smooth soldered wire.
Лучше использовать прессклещи. Crimper.
Always a pleasure to watch a master at work, congratulations from UK.

Good job as always 👌
Ive never seen someone restore a relatively new tool like that. Most people would let it be track for at least 40 more years before considering it antique. Very nice!
For him, nothing is impossible, he will fix everything :)
Useful ideas to return old things to new ones

That armature looks like it was really high quality, to be honest

Very nice but what was the reason one of the carbon brush was shorter than the other one
good
I think this is the first time or at least in a long time when you have changed carbon brushes.

Concrete vibrated?
This looks like a Canadian spec tool... 120 V with French and English warnings... how'd it get to Japan?

I need to upgrade 32.4v nicad to 8s 18650 can it be done.

Should have used the proper molydisulphide grease.
Of course DeWalt grease is yellow! And Milwaukee grease is red!

Please restore your own makita screw driver hahaha
What it’s the spray for the plastic parts?
It is flat clear.
why did the brushes wear so unevenly?
Are you from Japan?
It doesn't seem to be very fast or am i wrong?
Seemed more like maintenance rather than restoration.
👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️🌹
Hola amigo que grasa le pusiste
Wonderful - but please show the materials you use! Epoxy doesn't need explanation... detergent... maybe/maybe not... the glue you used... cannot tell if super glue or something else.
