I'm actually using green crabs in this video but if I ever wanted to rake for fleas I'd go to any beach in long island on the south shore and there's a ton. The sand flea population has been somewhat decimated in monmouth county so you need to rake for a long time to get a decent amount. I've also purchased fleas at a tackle store near barnegat light but I can't remember the name
