First time on this channel but loved the interview! Some good insight from some experience runners. I use to love running it was so peaceful and relaxing for me to listen to music and just go out and run. Its been a while since I dont that but I should start it up again soon. It was cool to hear about how he got into running. Running to work got him there faster than the bus thats crazy lol
