For some reason, I still have files (available online only) on the Onedrive website despite having deleted them from my Windows 8.1 computer yet I am only able to view the Onedrive files on my computer if I am connected to a network. Would you know why this happens?

I'm thinking about switching to Google. I just had everything on onedrive, so I didn't want to. They have drag and drop organization for photos, so I almost left for that reason, but I discovered I could organize onedrive photos by numbering them, and this convinced me to stay.
