Thanks, FernDa Goat. It worked! I have spent hours over 2 days trying to find a way of sorting this. Yours is the first that worked within 5 minutes (without restarting my PC). I added 'Everyone' to Security>permissions just by typing the word in the box as shown (capital E, etc in the box and then opened up One Drive (right click on bottom task bar symbol) then clicked on each of the "You do not have permission" files which had the blue circular "recycling" symbol beside it; right clicked and shared access (Read/Write) with Everyone (as opposed to Owner). I wonder if all this occurred because I transferred my main hard disk drive (Windows 10) to a new computer (Windows 11) which had 2 other drives fitted, and because I now have several user accounts (administrator and default) in both windows versions.
