Fujifilm is full of excitement and surprises every time they release a new camera, they always have this advantage or edge which is a culture in Japan. So I think they would release a baby GFX line up sort of like with a fixed lens.

A X80 or XF20 with a 28mm, a sort of Ricoh GRIII competitor with X100 vibes, will be almost as successful as the X100 series nowadays. I would buy for sure (I need a pocketable Fuji, because X100V/VI are not). Great/Interesting video!
Thank you :-) i agree, a good competitor to the Ricoh gr would be a good move for Fujifilm. Would probably get some people back that switched over because of the pocketability.
Definitely! I daily my X70 and I love it, but its longg due an upgrade by now. Unfortunately the x100 series is larger than what I would consider 'pocketable'.
A new X-S1 variant. Fully weather sealed, 18-600mm lens range, a battery grip option for extended back country shooting, and location shooting. Great image stabilization, 4k video output and keep the size similar to my Current X-S1. Don't need super large sensors etc. something like a new 1 inch or 4/3 ish size sensor would be fine in this day and age. My X-S1 still kicks it image quality wise, so something new like this would be an instant buy for me. Basically a x100vi counterpart for long range shooting. I am already looking at getting the x100vi to go along with my X10. So a new X-S2 to go along with my X-S1 would be AWESOME. There are lots of other people in the same mindset. A RX10 iv competitor is needed from fujifilm!
I would like to see an X-E5 and a medium format version of the X100VI. I love my X-T5 and and my GFX100S. I really wish, though, that the GFX100S had an ISO dial instead of the PASM dial.
I think a new version of the gfx50r could be very popular, but maybe the demand just isn’t as high as I think, after all I think a lot of people using the gfx do it for work, instead of as a hobby.
I would rather the next Fuji have the camera be like the Leica dlux, but with the APSC sensor instead of a 4/3 micro sensor. Also, I love the zoom on the Leica, 24-75. F 1.7 -2.8. This would make a perfect street photography camera! But they must have an EVF!
Fuji would like to sell 2 cameras with similar image quality. Let’s call it the x128. Same features largely as the x100vi. 28mm lens and no ovf. It is a reason to have both 28/35 lens. Lower cost and for pro users the images would have same rendering. Many cellphones come with 28mm. It is the gateway into the more expensive x100vi.
I will probably stick with my X-T3 untill Fuji launches the X-T5s ! Sometimes you just don't need 40Mp. Also, it would be great with the 60-600 from sigma
If they can't meet x100vi demand, then the question is if a more affordable version would be more profitable. If they can't meet manufacturing demand for a different camera with a lower margin, then it seems like a waste of time.
I think the reason Leica does it, is because the monochrome versions have better image quality, due to the colorfilter missing. Would be a cool addition to the Fujifilm lineup
I dream that a the new X-T6 and the new X-H3 would be only one camera. Then we'd retain the analog dials but would gain the advantages of the X-HX series.
I wish the xt line was their top of the line product as well, but I also like the fact they introduced the xh line, it’s a cool way of bringing the new pasm dial cameras into the Fujifilm lineup.
I may switch brands before another really exciting Fuji camera arrives. I have an amazing XH2 which is more than enough for most of my current work but I've been waiting for a 50R upgrade for what it feels like more than enough time now. This is just my personal feeling but I haven't been really excited about the new releases for a couple of years now (that I can afford).
