- Join me for a 40 minute CONTINUOUS CARDIO AEROBICS WORKOUT to blast tons of calories and get our sweat on. This is a STEADY STATE routine old school aerobics style. It's all standing (wrist friendly), with low impact and high impact options. We're really going to sweat and challenge our coordination today. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. So let's have some fun and move to the beat!

I took a two week break but am back....had a fantastic workout with aerobic music reminding me of gym days
I took it easy because I had some lower back pain over the weekend. This low impact workout was perfect to get back into working out.
Thank you Chris. Good to have you back. Sounds like you had a great time traveling. Talk about what you ate in two weeks, I spent a week in Belgium, land of waffles, french fries ( and all other things deep fried) and chocolate, I feel you girl, I'm still working on loosing some of it. And, there's nothing wrong with you, girls just want to have fun!

I decided to give one of your cardio dance type videos a try for Tuesday cardio and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t sure if I’d enjoy it but I did! It brought me back to my aerobics class in my high school days. So much fun and great music! Going forward I’ll be sure to try more of these and not skip over. You always say just try it and if I don’t like it there are plenty of options. As always thanks for what you do!!

This is such a fun workout. I wasn’t really feeling like it when I started & figured I’d just go through it & do the low impact option but by the middle of the workout I was doing the high impact moves thanks to Chris’ motivation! This is such a great channel with an amazing instructor!!! Thanks!

Loved the workout! I have to admit though that when you are doing those million repeater knees, I am doing grapevines and step touches--anything to get out of those repeaters! LOL!

I just found your channel about 2 weeks ago and have started doing your workouts every day after work. Love love loving them all! It’s exactly what I needed to kick things up a notch! I’m on a weight loss journey, have lost 37 pounds since October last year and I’m on my final 10, so it’s gotten a little harder to lose. But your videos are something I’m going to continue daily once I get to my goal weight, love the moves, the music and you, Christina, most of all! Definitely going to try a live workout on a day off, can’t wait! Thank you for what you do!
