Can we talk about the band for a second? Like, she is amazing but that band is sooo tight! The harmonies are incredible. Ugh, just a group of amazing musicians, including Sara.
I like the natural way she sings, she moves, she looks - she's so real! She really feels the music and that's what makes her so exceptional!!

This stripped-down arrangement is perfection. When you have this kind of talent your band doesn't need auto-tune or a pre-recorded backing track.
You know why I love Sara? Because she's real. She sounds exactly the same live and in music videos.

don't know if anyone else appreciates this, but, it's not just Sara that makes this song (live) absolutely amazing. The timing of her bandmates and her tempo(s), the claps, the drum beats, the interludes of each voices into each other.... quite amazing.
Can I just say, the backing vocals from this bassist are superb. Top notch work.

I am nuts about this performance. It's so garage-y, and I love how unabashedly "homely" she is with sloppy hairdo falling into her face and no frill or fuss, just sensible shoes and keyboard and that KILLER VOICE and affect. I love the clapping guy on the right, and I love the lack of autotune or any studio mopup. This is the real stuff, better than the recording. Love it! Go Sara
Wow, I knew she was talented but holy crap, she sounds just as good if not better than the studio version! I love how they all played off each other and seemed so comfortable together- it really helped build the dynamic of the song. I love the message of this song- it's beautiful from all angles, music video, live performance, and on the radio too! For me, that's real music. :D
