I know the struggle. I am building an '87 GMC V3500 CC dually with a '95 P-pump Cummins/NV4500/NP205 and am faced with a variety of first-drive "opportunities". Easy to become discouraged, but remember this: horsepower is how fast you hit the wall...torque is how far you push it. Keep pushing and well done, Sir.
@@barnyardbuildz The center section can be clocked any spot you want, you just need to make sure the clocking pins have been removed or you are stock with how its clocked in the stock 3rd gen application
@@barnyardbuildz No worries! Didn't want to see you cook your fresh turbo. I build/sell mod holsets and s300's and they ain't cheap to replace like good used stock turbos! Whats the spec on yours, 60/67?
Literally just found your channel, really enjoyed the video, look forward to seeing more ! 🙏🇦🇺

@@MrWinger303 I know the feeling worth it though definitely more power and faster spool
Did that freshly rebuilt turbo even have a chance to gain oil pressure before you hit the throttle?
If no one has said anything, ditch that factory exhaust manifold before it shrinks on you and rips your manifold mounting ears off
@@dustin959 yes
You need to reclock the center section or you're going to run into oiling issues and cook you're turbo.
