Nice truck . I have given some thought to doing some towing twins at some point . I have a 95 4x4 that I done a g56 conversion from the automatic which I hated from day one . I never liked my brakes either . So I retired now and have some free time to do what I want . The brake I installed a hydroboost system even though some of the fellows on the forum said O that want help . Well it did . I all ready had the one ton rear wheel cylinders, new drums shoes , ect ect . Night and day different. My brother installed a rear diff in his 98 that had disc and he said it was better now so add that to the list . I like to add twins but I need another drain in my pan and head studs . Hey thanks for the question. It is vacuum and i recently got it all sorted out, had out of round drums even thought they were new. Stops like its supposed to now.
Hey, great question. Honestly, they are my least favorite.. However they arent too bad if you know the common issues. I prefer a 12 valve or a common rail.
@@dbfabworks5320 ya I had an 01 for 8 years vp44 went bad. I should have put a p7100 on it but I just replaced it and more problems came behind it. But as you said with yours it never left me stranded
Hey Thanks! To be honest it leaks the same amount all the time, but I recently found the timing cover bolts were loosening up and that was 90% of the leaks. Boost doesnt seem to affect the leaks.
@@dbfabworks5320 Thanks for the reply 👍 My truck doesn't leak unless I'm beating on it, compounds are my goal, was wondering if more boost pressure would make it leak more. It's been frustrating trying to get the leaks taken care of and all cleaned up

Hey, Thanks for the comment and I was told that piston came from a massive diesel engine powered water pump. Not sure much else about it honestly.
How’s the trans hold up?Is it just a stock nv or did you get it built somewhere? Mines getting built right now.
What size of turbine housing did you use on the s369?
