Cheap High Country Seat Upgrade for Squarebodys Pt 1.
In this video, we're finally diving into a long-awaited in High Country seat swap for a modern, more comfortable interior! We’re showing you how we’re installing power and heated/cooled seats, upgrading the back seat for more storage space, and adding some serious convenience to the truck. Not only will these seats improve the comfort and functionality of the truck, but they’ll also give the interior a much-needed modern touch.

@@Sqaurebodycamper they are lux magnetic rock lights honestly brighter than my KC Cyclones I have on my K5 obviously with the magnetic part easier install. They use the magnet to help dissipate heat so they can feed it more power

nothing wrong with what you're doing but all those custom parts can be a blessing and curse if you have a break down.
@@blueovalfan23 agreed I was very conscious of that when building about 98%-99% of the parts on here are off the shelf and can be bought from any parts store most of the custom parts are solid no wear parts. You just have to remember if you sourced them from a Ford, Cummins or Chevy.

You could figure out when that tree lived using dendrochronology.

@ 88 k5 has the square lights but I’ll peek around thanks everything on summit looks like it need to be modified I’m just looking for something that will bolt up I just wanna see at night not another prodject lol

Maybe it’s in a different video but it would be interesting to hear more about the LS swap and review of the adapter you used. Is there anything you would do differently with the LS swap? Very nice blazer!

How are you selling all this stuff? I can't sell parts for the life of me and you've got buyers for a frame and two transmissions?! I feel like we're getting "wife math" in this video cause after hearing that you sold a frame for $1500 I can't hardly believe anything else. Also, your running tally didn't include cost of disposal for the RV. Now I know I'm getting wife math.
Post on marketplace and know what you have price accordingly and if you get an offer that’s close take it. 2nd I did include the price of RV disposal. I paid asking price for the motor 3k and for that we had a deal that he pulled the motor and threw away the rv at his buddies junkyard. Definitely beats any new truck in cool factor and price, but I’m sure you’re aware that the capabilities of this truck with a 12 valve won’t touch one of the new one-tons from the big three on the lots today.

I USED TO USE A CROSS CUT SAW IN THE 70'S. AND THERE STILL USED TODAY. SO MAYBE A LITTLE MORE RESEARCH.

Purple power leaves a film on certain metals (aluminum) and it will fogg any painted items. I do not recommend purple power. Use spray nine. Safe for pets and kids also dosent leave a film or residue.

@barnyardbuildz not even speaking painting wise im saying overall in general. Watch out what you use purple power on. Spray nine is better in everyway and isent as harsh if it comes in contact with skin or any delicate surfaces

I have ax cut logs that I got from a job site. That was used for an old bridge abutment. 200 years ago, the logs are in really good shape. I don't know what to do with them help.
@@KerryCole-n9d find a local saw mill and have them sawed. I did 1 1/2” thick so I can have them planed for tables and the sorts where are you locsted

I was with a construction crew And we were tearing down a 125-year-old bridge to put a new one in. We were digging the footers for the new bridge and pulled these up from the bottom.

Cross cut saws were used well into the 20th century. Especially in smaller, less logged areas of the country.

@ probably my favorite interior upgrade. Only wish the GMT 800 seats flipped up instead into the floor since they are more comfortable
