    Summary:
    1. Argan Oil: The omega fatty acids in argan oil help to strengthen tissues in your skin which can help in wrinkle prevention. A study found that women who applied argan oil to their skin and consumed it improved their skin’s ability to retain water. When your skin retains water, it reduces signs of aging. Researchers further determined that it wasn’t just skin-deep, but actual deep cell-level change.
    2. Rosehip Seed Oil: This oil may sound a little weird but it can work wonders for treating wrinkles and premature aging. It has a high content of essential fatty acids that are perfect for a dehydrated skin, especially to moisturize and plump up the thin skin around your eyes. Rosehip Seed Oil can get easily absorbed by your skin which is a bonus. It’s very beneficial for mature and acne-prone skin. It is also a rich source of vitamin C, with a lot of antioxidants that help fight wrinkle-causing free radicals and even out pigmentation. To fight wrinkles, apply the oil in the morning and night. At night, allow it to absorb and apply a second time to tackle stubborn, deep wrinkles.
    3. Pomegranate Oil: Pomegranate oil stimulates skin cell production and defends against free radicals, helping to decrease the effects of aging. It also contains healthy pro-estrogens to smooth your skin’s surface, and antioxidants to stimulate collagen production, firming and plumping the skin.
    4. Rose oil: Rose oil is packed with vitamins and antioxidants to thoroughly replenish aging skin. The antioxidants stimulate collagen production in your skin, and can also inhibit the effects of free radicals. For these reasons, rose oil can give your skin a youthful appearance in the short term, and help to prevent the formation of deep wrinkles and fine lines in the future.

Here in SURINAME 🇸🇷 I use Dabur Amla hair oil and Amana oil for my hair. Maripa oil for the hair and skin, Maripa are from palm 🌴 trees that grows in South America. Rose oil and Sandalwood essential oil are also on my list. When I was in my teens I used real cacao butter for my face, but I did not use it on acne and in the sun. I look much younger than my age. But being beautiful does not only come from the outside, but also from the inside. Take care of your body, eat healthy, stay positive in all circumstances.
Stress, sickness, sadness and bad social circumstance play a big role in our biological age.
    Thank you bestie 🥰🇸🇷

Exactly... 4 things do more work on your face than any oils or creams can ever do... Proper sleep, drinking water, managing stress, and good genes... the good news is, you can work on 3 out of the 4... obviously nutritions and exercise etc, but you never see their impact as swift and deep as stress or lack of sleep or not drinking enough water

St John’s Wort + Olive oil is used as a hair oil in south/east Turkiye, along the Mediterranean and Aegean. While I was here, my friend did my hair and used the oil mix that his grandmother makes. I could not believe how amazing it made my hair feel, and my hair is incredibly dry and has been my entire life. We all knew olive oil is epically good for you-but now I swear by St John’s Wort too. It is also used here for wound healing.

I was surprised to see sea buckthorn oil on your list! It's my secret weapon for cystic (!!!!) acne. I have applied it directly, but it will stain skin a bit temporarily. Due to my acne-prone skin, I only choose oils with a comedogenic rating of 0 or 1. Almost every oil on this list is a noncomedogenic option which is great because you're not being advised in a way that creates additional problems. Sensitive skin folks should always-always-always spot test & wait a day or two before trying a new oil. Great list. 🤟

I am already trying certain oils for my hair, and have begun also to use it in my skin care routine.... (if cleansing my face on weekends can be called "a routine") I have a long way to go yet though. And only few negative argues I could come up with for oils, is they make the hair look greasy, if not washed out properly enough, or being a long time about penetrating the skin in my face

I use Castor Oil on my whole body. It is very thick and hard to smooth over my skin, but it works wonders on my old skin, I am 70 yrs old. I was never one to take good care of my skin, so I am just learning about how important it is. But the Castor Oil works so well for my Psoriasis, it literally made it go away, within 3 weeks. I know the price is not nearly as high for Castor Oil as it is for Olive Oil or the others mentioned in the description above.
Castor Oil is good for more than just one thing, and has been used as a massage oil, and for a hot pack to loosen muscles too. Jethro Kloss from Back To Eden, and Edgar Cayce also promoted the use of Castor Oil for bodies.

@Rahul Gaikwad I learned about this from the people I wrote about in my last comment and it has really helped my psoriasis along with making my skin feel so much nicer and the "crepey" skin isn't as noticeable as it was before using it.
Have a wonderful day!!! Thank you for the comment too.

@@saminaYyasmin I have read it will help to grow hair on your body/head, but when I shave my legs, I always put Castor Oil on them afterwards because it slows the growth down. I would depending on which oil it is. All oils are clearly not the same. Some are greasy and some don't absorb well. I have used olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, none of which I liked. I didn't find any of them real absorbant. I've also used cacay, marula, sea buckthorn oil and emu oil. I haven't seen any good benefit from any of them. I would try sea buckthorne oil more if it weren't orange. It stains your bedding and clothes. But Vit E oil is absorbant and it makes my skin look nice. It has no healing properties to the skin but it promotes collagen production. I don't use it on eyelids though. It makes your eyes feel tight and dry when you wake up in the morning.

Also make my own hair oil and hair spray. Lots of information is available online so do your own research and adjust the oils based on your needs. Just make sure you are getting high quality, organic and GMO products. I get my Essential Oils from Young Living.

IF You Add Vitamin E, Carrot And Your Chia Seeds IS VERY HELPFUL To KEEP Wrinkles AWAY!!!!! Also With The Oil’s That I Have Listed Above And Add Jojoba Oil You Can Use For Your Hair, Eyebrows And Eyelashes... Your Hair WILL GROW REALLY QUICKLY...At Least It TRULY HELPED My Hair. I Think Everyone Who Is Interested In Using Virgin Oils Should Invest In A Book That Goes Into Detail Of What Certain Oils Do(Are For) And Which Oils You Can Blend Together For Your Skincare & For Your Hair!!!!! It Should Also Inform Anyone Who Would Like To Make Their Own Masks And What Certain Masks Are For. You Can Purchase One Or More From Amazon... They Even Have The Oils And Certain Other Ingredients That You Can Mix Together For Whatever You Wish To Use Them For.
I, Myself ABSOLUTELY LOVE Using Oils And Mixing Different Oils And Or Other Ingredients(Like Coconut) Together For My Face, Neck, Eyebrows, Eyelashes, My Hair And My Body... When Giving Yourself A Facial Try Using A Facial Steamer, This Helps Open Your Pores(I Would Only Do This For Dry Skin & Do NOT Do This Everyday)... Your Skin WILL THANK YOU 🤗💕🤗
