John Gulyas have you seen recent reports a week ago UFO closing in to the Pakistan International Airlines jet over Karachi skies at 35000 feet. Pilots made videos of the object(foo fighters) it's extremely clear video.

Every time a pilot reports a ufo sighting, seems he gets grounded or his reputation is sullied. I wonder how many sightings go unreported because of fear of repercussions. Pretty scary stuff.
David how was he not supposed to see it when the craft was fucking following him. I’m sure government would be competent enough not to test fly secret craft on commercial airline routes.
It seems they were doing more than that. It appears they were trying to determine how far back the wake of the wings extended. It appears they were also trying to sample the exhaust of the jet engines to see the makeup of their particles and how far back they would dissipate. It's funny in a way, but they may have done the research for us. It appears the test showed that the UFOs that sampled the exhaust or wake determined when back about six miles or so. I'm going by the radar reports as stated by John Callahan of the FAA who led the investigation. That seems about right from what I've read from some NASA report on wake turbulence. They were testing a 747s flight performance, in a way.
I used to fly for a Major Airline. I was in a Hotel Elevator in Manhattan around 1990 and a JAL Crew was on the Elevator also, I asked the JAL Captain what he thought about this, he replied in broken English, that he knew this particular Captain well, and added, "if Captain so and so said he saw it...he saw it"

You know altitude/air pressure and stuff can mess you up? Literally what happened to kobe Bryant. Pilot thought they were ascending but it was actually descending into the mountains. Unless a hd video is taken i would say just take it with a grain of salt.
Heard people say the capitain made up the story, has mental health issues.Had a history of making up these stories .If true then why was he allowed to fly? .This is the first time I am seeing this video of the flying object.

About a year ago the New York Times published a statement affirming UFOs were real! That is a distinct reversal of the government's official position. The reason is that further suppression of the truth makes our government look pretty ridiculous; there has been way too much evidence supporting the fact that something unusual is happening!
The interesting bit is, the B-2 Spirit (flying wing) had its first (official) flight just three years after this incident, and even though the UFO aren't described in heavy detail, it's very interesting they're depicted as flying wings here.

That was the US doing! My country, its like the Catholic Church of the middle ages, holding science back with its cult science views. I can speak of this, I am or rather was strictly interested in science from birth til 35. Scientists plus the crackpots as we so called them, have a lot of truth to add to science IF THEYD JUST LISTEN OR GROW A SET OF BA*LS! Unidentified Flying objects, and Acrhaeologically speaking, "Out of place artifact" sometimes called ooparts. Our history can be largely figured out, at least a lot of gaps and new questions will arise IF THEY WOULD JUST LISTEN. They should be fighting eachother to get at these finds, at these discoveries? One of the reasons he got reinstated was that an FAA official named John Callahan hung onto copies of documentation, when the CIA confiscated everything. Callahan had tapes of the radio chatter, photos of the radar at Elmendorf, lots. He's commented several times since: "Who are you going to believe? Your lying eyes, or the government?" Look up James Fox's channel, he has done some really good documentary work on this stuff.

Dr Richard Haines also went to Japan on Mr Kenjo Teriyutis behalf to show him its very common for pilots to report these things, at that time they werent doing it openly anywhere, esp in countries tied to the US! And since WW2 Japan and the US are deeply integrated. Dr Haines had an anonymous way they could report their sighting, NICAP, speaking only to and focusing ONLY on pilots. So he had the data and the reports to show these officials, and they reinstated him. Its always Drs, retired astronauts, retired military, retired NASA employees, etc that are the ones that report these things, its not cooks like they led us to believe. Dr Hynek was a brilliant astronomer. I take his word over Philip Klass any day. After all, he was Mr Blue Book, and said openly it was a sham to lie to the public, "Dont rock the boat, Cool it" as he said. Say it was weather balloons, meteors, planets etc. He was told to lie. Like they all are. In fact RIGHT AFTER THIS EVENT, another plane within days, seen them lights over alaska, a military plane. and the recordings were released through FOIA. The Pilot asked "Is it common to see, those Japan Airline Types up here"? They responded "No, its actually quite rare" A little later, they called the plane to say "when you land the military desk wants you to call them" and the pilot said "Is this regarding those lights",......."Affirmative" They got a lid on this. And try as hard as they can to shut people up. Seems like theres a change happening though! At least, from my POV
@@johnnolan33177 Yah James is a good guy, he did some good work with Leslie Kean on that one. Richard is a real gent, I have not met him but have read a lot of his work. I actually met several of the Phoenix Lights folks at the annual festival in McMinnville a couple years back now.
He got grounded for making unapproved statements to the press. That was pretty common in commercial flying at the time as the companies needed to be out in front of anything, don't forget, this is around the same time that a JAL passenger plane had flown into a mountain with heavy loss of life. The pilot talked to the press before the company had had a chance to interview him and prepare a sensible statement, which would also be an absolute no-no in Japanese society. It also didn't help that the statements he made to the press made him look at the very least slightly unhinged and possibly that he may have been rather impaired during the flight. It was probably only his flying record and record with JAL that stopped him being fired and becoming persona non grata in the aviation world...
His Employers still punished him for sharing with the media what he saw - he didn't fly again until years later. Probably the most amazing thing that could happen to a commercial airline pilot, and he gets demoted.
Wow, this must have been very scary for the crew. I think there always should be a camera on board, to film incidents whenever it's needed. Then you have some actual proof.

When it went directly away into space it was maybe approaching half the speed of light.
Respectfully, Daniel, I disagree. I think the "flying tic-tacs" off the west coast of the US that were confirmed visually by 2 F-18s, F-18 radar, land based radar, and video recorded is the most understated episode in UFO history. These "tic-tacs" simply left the F-18s sitting still in the sky.
I am a retired from the Italian Navy. I was emploied in the Naval Aviation (Seaking manteinance). About 1886 I saw my first UFO when walking with a friend in the evening. Later a new experience inside the military base of Luni (Italy)i in 1990. Nothing happens when I was in flight. But during the moments of rest, chatting with pilots and flight operators, I listened to many stories of UFO sightings that none of them had officially declared for fear of being "put on the ground", working behind a desk.
I mean, if these things actually had running lights, would they really be from another world?...not likely, but I do think there was some sort of "black ops" caper going on....I hate that they censored the Pilot!.I remember now, that back a good 30 years ago, my family witnessed a very strange craft, winding its way down the canyon we were vacationing on...it was so similar to the old Flying Wing craft from years earlier...but jet powered, and fast as hell...later on, I heard that testing was being done in Eastern Washington, on the new Stealth Bomber...it looked very alien!

There are more details of this incident that can be found online. The pilot, who has an impeccable background, stated the unknown craft was the size of an aircraft carrier. It was enormous.
The main object was reported, by the experienced crew, to be the shape of a walnut and 2 football fields wide. You do not even mention it??? This is a well known case with lots of extra info out there, including the images drawn by the captain.
It was supposed to be two air craft carriers in size. Your right, the pilot made drawings and this videos does not look anything like what the pilots saw.
From the pilots perspective that's just as bad. What this pilot couldn't explain is being interpreted as aliens or some out of this world experience. How come when the government can't explain something they are hiding something or denying something but when this pilot also has no idea what he was seeing it gives merit to all these crazy ideas that anybody can come up with?
@@maurem if it was the government why would they risk flying around other aircraft that could spot them? There was definitely something out there but what that was we don’t fully know. The way the crafts move defy physics. At those speeds how do the crafts not burn up in our atmosphere as well as anything inside die from over G induced on the body.
When I see that the Japanese pilot had 10,000 hours flight time and keep in mind what Japanese Airlines and the FAA put this guy through, I can almost cry. This man was frightened and maintained his cool and they punished him for doing his job and then some. I don't know who John C. is but I do know that an FAA official named Calahan backed this pilot to the hilt. I've seen the official at a lecture speaking. The very picture of a man you would want on your side in a situation like that. It's obvious to me that the FAA and everyone else is lying. It's not fair to what they're doing to the pilots. Thank God these craft aren't hostile, but they are curious and they've been known to fly to close causing an aeronautical effect on aircraft. They should think of the safety of the flying public.

I can't lie by saying I wouldn't think ET wasn't hostile if they treated me abusively. Whether aboard their craft or anywhere. I think there's a variety of ETs and some are either hostile or apathetic to our complaints of discomfort. Remember that some people are injured by accident such as Travis in Arizona. And some medical procedures could be percieved as hostile. I can't help it.I want to believe they don't want to be hostile.
The pilot was having a conversation about aircraft in the vicinity with flight control. Why would anyone doubt that? Eventually it was confirmed on radar. I can't imagine why the pilot was treated the way he was. You can bet it had a chilling effect on other reports.
Ah yes excellent point! Although taking 90 degree turns at 1k plus MPH and what was described as apparent anti-gravity tech seems like a stretch for the B2. It could still have been a black project with undisclosed advances but ah who knows...
Why would a B-2 (secret at the time) be flying next to a civilian 747? They wouldn't be anywhere near that plane. B-2s also don't just disappear that fast. They are in fact sub-sonic aircraft.
It’s extremely difficult to estimate the speed of a matte black object of any sort in the dark. Also, the pilots were undoubtedly curious - even concerned - but they’d still act like professionals and keep their eyes on their own plane’s instruments too. Thus, an anti-gravity move was more than likely the result of a surprise course change by the “UFO” that was noticed a bit after it commenced. Seriously, if you find this story interesting, check out the book ‘Skunkworks’ (Non-fiction. Or, at least as non-fiction as, say, Feynman’s books.). It’s a great read.
Yeah I’d want them grounded to check their mental state and possible substance abuse history. If they’re clear that’s fine and back to normal, no airline would want someone with hallucinations or substance abuse in their cockpit.

LEMMiNO isn't exactly a paranormal channel but there's a lot of stuff on there that's kind of spooky, same goes for Dark Docs. There was another extremely creepy but pretty obscure one I was a big fan of called "Deathby Meme" (with that exact spacing and capitalization). Sadly his channel was taken down without explanation many months back now, though two of his videos were reuploaded to the channel Press F, they're worth your time. I saw a doc about this encounter and the pilots specifically described it as a gigantic acorn shaped craft, not this seemingly conventional “flying wing” shape that humans have had for almost 70 years. is this a different Japan airlines encounter over Alaska?
6:50 for a second I thought ATC asked the pilot to do a "360 degree" turn. I was like damn! ATC suddenly wants these guys to do an air show in mid flight while aliens are trailing them WTH? then I realized... oh heading 360... haha.
On a related note...in 2020 the US government requested that all National Forest Service offices in Alaska submit all reports of "large, hairy, unidentified primates." UFO sightings are more common in Northern Alaska than elsewhere. I know an Eskimo woman from the Russian side who says they used to see them a lot and always assumed they were American secret aircraft. But then she moved to Alaska and rural Alaskans were seeing the same UFOs. I know a former Aeroflot pilot, now living in Alaska, who had some hair raising experiences with them.
When I was in the navy in the 90s on some training exercise in the Atlantic, I was standing starboard aft lookout on the mid or 4-7 watch when I saw an aerial contact at about 290 relative bearing about 200ft high. I was sleepy and didn’t see it appear but it was bright white. At first I thought it was a surface contact and I was dumbfounded and embarrassed how it got this close without me reporting it. I was worried about getting in trouble for not reporting it sooner. Then I reported it to the bridge and CIC saw nothing on their screens. As I was talking to them and assuring them there was definitely a contact somewhere a mile or more out ( hard to judge distances at night even for experienced lookouts) when it suddenly streaked of to our stern and was gone in an instant. No one much cared. Everyone was tired but I know I saw a contact that streaked off in a way no military aircraft I ever saw could even come close to doing. True story and told exactly as it occurred. The whole thing only took a few minutes at most.
oh yes there are aircraft that can do 0-3000 mph in a half second. one was recently caught on a slow motion 1000 fps camera and it was still a blur. no idea what they are but they are around and people have been calling them out for a few decades.
Seen extraordinary things in the sky over London: one scenario was a pair of chrome spheres one of which darted down looked at the London Eye, erected the previous day, which joined its mate once it did its checking and manoevred around the Eye then both sped off ... this was 2 decades before drones. Shortly after saw doc on UFOs in Brazil, the spotters said " these (metal) orbs always travel in pairs." There was footage. I was dumbfounded. Couple of years after that a friend said come look at this: a pair of white (metal?) orbs very high in the sky a long distance from each other... it's all very very interesting.
I was laying in my hammock in the summer 15 years ago and 2 orbs the size of VW Beetle flew low over my house without a sound, sudden acceleration they were gone. I have small planes fly over all the time and they make a lot of noise. These were low, silent and fast!

@@bloq6758 alright dude if there were a sonic boom like you claim there was then a lot of people would have heard it, if you ever actually experiment one you’d know that not a sound you can ignore or mistake for something else. Hence why the concord was discontinued: a sonic boom is ridiculously loud, so much so it interferes with whatever you would be doing.
I saw something exactly like this over 30 years ago in the desert in Calif. We were on a dirt bike weekend and sitting at our campfire. In the desert, without the glow of city lights you can see for miles. As we sat you could see commercial aircraft as they flew by appearing to move slowly because of the distance between us and them traveling in and out of our entire field of view, which was as far as the eye could see. Suddenly, I/we saw a bright light appear above one these aircraft. While it looked close it was probably a good distance from the plane. The object then moved closer to the plane made like a 90° turn and began to parallel the plane. It did this for about five minutes then made another 90° turn and sped off. Who knows how fast that thing was going because it made the jet look like it was standing still. The moves all happened without the object changing speed at all. The only speed change happened when it left.

I saw one of those in real life once. I noticed two planes looking like they were going to collide... up in the sky at night... And when they got close... the one on the left suddenly circled around it really fast and just flew off super fast... like someone holding a pen light just drawing a circle and moving away so weird.

I agree. I have one minor quibble, though. At one point ATC tells the captain to make a right 360 degree turn, not to turn right to a heading of 360. This account differs from others in significant ways. The captain described the large UFO as being like a squashed ball with a ridge running around its circumference and maneuvers not shown in this video.
@@paulmartos7730 not to mention that when the huge mothership left there was a weird effect seen by the pilot in the wake of the UFO. The wake showed a bright daytime sky that the UFO disappeared into while the sky here was much darker, suggesting possible time travel, warping of space or maybe moving through another dimension.

It's well known that these ufo 🛸 crafts operate with some kind of gravity propulsion rather than a jet engine, they're don't leave streaks or trails of any kind behind.
When the JAL pilot nixed the request for a military intervention, he referenced the "Mantell flight of 1948". This was a seminal event during the UFO flap of 1948-1950. Pilot Captain Mantell was one of three P-51s that had been scrambled to investigate a sighting of a a large UFO. I think the UFO was confirmed on radar, but the point of the reference by the JAL pilot was, Captain Mantell saw the object and said, "It's gigantic and right above me", after which comment he proceeded to climb to try to close with it. The other two fighters fell back. What happened next is legendary in the annals of UFO sightings and attempted intercepts by manned aircraft. Mantell climbed upward, but, the details released by the USAF about what followed. are very sketchy. Captain Mantell's P-51 crashed, killing him. It has been speculated he flew above his safe oxygen level, passed out and crashed. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't... The glib official explanation was this, "Captain Mantell was killed trying to reach the planet Venus", which they stated could have been visible, even though the flight took place during the afternoon on a clear, sunny day. Mantell was also a decorated WW2 combat pilot. This incident has spawned at least one science fiction movie and also several individual scenes replicating it, some of which included the twist of the plane disappearing from the sky, never to be seen again. There HAVE been several actual strange events of private planes disappearing and/or crashing without good explanation as to the cause. These have been reported with varying details peculiar to the individual incidents. Apparently the pilot didn't want any harm to come to anyone he may draw into the incident with him. I doubt very much at that point, the JAL pilot himself had any doubts, but what he had been interacting with for so long above the Northern skies was NOT an aircraft of Earthly origin, due to its massive size and its flight behavior. More details of the JAL flight are available in other sightings compilations, as is the classic case involving Captain Mantell. Check it out with some competent DD...
@@adrian102 Yeah, it does, and I believe there are other, lesser known incidents, that are very similar, as well as one or two involvements with small planes considered classic cases. I'll bet there are many more planes that have simply vanished, but never found crashed, these being cases with no accompanying details at all. I think M flight 370 was a case of pilot suicide, myself.
One thing to keep in mind: "UFO" is not synonymous with "alien space craft". UFO simply means the object could not be identified.....i.e. has not been determined as to what it was. Many years ago, I was outside my home, at night, and saw three, pale-white objects fly over me in a delta formation. "UFO's" I thought! I ran inside and retrieved my dad's 10 power telescope and returned to my front yard. A few minutes later another flight of pale objects flew over on the same path. The telescope revealed a group of ducks, with light from the town reflecting off their white bellies. Yes, the first flight was rightfully categorized as "unidentified flying objects" (if only for a few minutes), but they certainly weren't spaceships.
Once on an evening saw three orange lights flying in close variable formation at low altitude, I took my binoculars to identify what I assumed being flying lanterns, and they were. An other time, something very shiny at high altitude by sunset, checked flight radar24, TAP flight Lisbon to London. There's always logical explanations. Nav lights, low or unexistant radar sight, able to fly in our atmosphere, close to American territory, and with wish of secrecy from the USAF... Let me give a try. B2 prototypes or F117!
i remember watching a UFO fly over my house when i was 7 yrs old. it was flying low, absurdly fast, and made NO sound! i was with friends and yelled at them to look, but it had vanished in the clouds and they didn't see it. i ran home and told my dad about it. he said describe it, so i did. he said to draw it out on paper... i perfectly drew the b-2. and my dad, a former military brat who still keeps up with this sort of thing, told me what it was. i was mildly disappointed it wasn't aliens, but seeing that thing fly the way it did so silently is a favorite memory of mine that is still vivid more than 25 years later.
I know I’m late to this, but I believe I saw the same object as these pilots did. I’m only referencing the first two, not the mothership (darn it). I hadn’t heard of this case until after my experience, and it’s the only one similar. I saw what looked like a HUGE bay of stadium lights (rectangular grid with individual, circular white bulbs) flying in the sky. I won’t go further if this is a dead comment section, but I was amazed. I absolutely believe Captain Terauchi. I saw it too
I know of this UFO story it is always been one of my most fascinating UFO stories because it was confirmed by the radar and the eyewitness testimony and description by the pilot
My late father worked in aerospace. He developed programs, at the end of his career his security clearance was higher than anyone in “security “ and worked on black programs inside a vault (now declassified) Earlier on he was testing a product that was being trailed by Air Force pilots. They saw “something “ and it appeared on radar where Dad could verify it. It took off and disappeared (not like anything possible with our technology. They all reported the incident and moved on with life.

Reading the Wiki article of this incident does change perspective as the objects were perceived by the pilots as enormous. I’m no physicist but as I understand it, any alien craft from a planet with intelligent life would have to have technology that defies anything we know about physics as it would have to travel distances across space that would be inconceivable for anything we know about space travel. If an alien race with such technology existed, they may have viewed observing the JAL Cargo flight the same way that a human scientist might observe a plant or animal- that is they might not be concerned that the aircraft or its crew would be able to conceive or have an abstract awareness of what it is.

There is so much information now about the many ET's around and their contact with humans ! Some are more advanced than others but they are all, thousands of years ahead of us. It is, thanks to them we have laser technologies, microprocessors and reverse engineering on crafts. Many great people have come forward and talked about their experiences with the MIC and the space program. Bob Lazar is another whistle blower who worked on reverse engineering. He is alive but no longer in any program. He talks about the crashed crafts and the efforts humans made to duplicate them, with materials, available on earth. The only problem with this representation is the stated size and shape of the UFO. The pilot even drew a picture of a large sphere about the size of an aircraft carrier. No contrail was mentioned as UFOs use a different form of propulsion and apparently cancel inertia/drag. I remember this case very well. He was initially dismissed because he dared mention his encounter.
My grandfather was a pilot and very honest, straight laced type and swears he's seen one flying and called it in to the control tower. Of course everyone doubts it but knowing him, I 100% believe it.
My uncle was going to see his cows in a plateau and he also said that he saw a white/grayish human figure in the distance and he believed it was somebody, but it was getting closer and realized that it was about the size of a little kid and he got out of there right away.
Out of all these close encounters in the sky this one seems the most intriguing to me, cuz there's no plausible reason the Japanese crew and the ground crew and the radar would be making this up it's not that they were hallucinating or anything like that

Remember reading this account on a TIME Magazine, the story also stated NORAD picking up on radar the object. The pilots account described the craft which was huge and not of a shape like most aircraft. Present technology in Physics does not fly an aircraft the size of ocean going ships
John C, (I believe could be John Callahan) the regional head of the FAA at the time, stood before the American Congress many years later with the original data and swore the object was completely unidentified. Triangulated data from both Anchorage airport and a US military airport plus the 747s own radar picked up the enormous object. It was not the shape of a stealth bomber according to the crew, it was the shape of a very large elliptical craft.

Grounded, as per usual, meaning that pilots generally fear reporting sightings, and you cannot blame them. It really effected these pilots in such a way that they were compelled to report what they saw, which makes it more than credibal. SpaceX has covered up sightings, though too late because captured by other on their live stream
While your video of this November 1986 UFO/UAP encounter over Alaska is good graphically.....it is inaccurate. If you check the story from the pilot the first two UFOs shone their lights into the cockpit of the 747. They were small UFOs. Later when the JAL encountered the large UFO.....it was huge. It was the shape of a walnut. The pilot stated that this craft was as large as two or three modern aircraft carriers. If there were people on board it could carry 30,000. It was not as depicted in this video a flat wing shaped craft. It was a large globe type craft.....resembling a walnut. Check the drawings that the captain made. You will see what I am talking about. This incident made worldwide news at the time. But as always in these cases they are soon forgotten to history. Not many people today know about this event.

I live in Holland, when I was about 34 years old, I was in my appartment laying on a couch relaxed. There was a big window in this living room and I stared outside. Because I was laying (like on a bed) I stared to the sky. Because I saw that also, and also because of the strange speed and strange angle it came in the beginning, I was sure it was an ufo. Befor that I never believed anything like that. Later I read there are other civilication in our universe that check us all the time to ensure people on earth dont do foolish things that will harm the universe and also their world. Actually, the other large object was described by the captain as looking like a giant Acorn much bigger than his 747....Stealth bombers are big but not that big, and they aren't very agile or fast.
Engineer here. I know the Government want to control all of the narrative. I saw a 'silent' UFO (around the size of a mid-size 'orbital' hotel) doing what they were doing in 1985 over Boscome, Bournemouth (UK) BUT, the UFO was lit up like a Bright light, and had mass but no gravity, and when it changed direction there was no deceleration nor acceleration as it appeared to move at 'a constant' immediate velocity. The one I saw was spherical. When it went directly away into space it was maybe approaching half the speed of light. Pretty fast. Not much like that around Earth usually. Apart from family & a buddy or so, I never publicly mentioned it to anyone until maybe 20 years later.
Sadly your interesting videos are being overtake with ads. I counted 9 in the 14 minute presentation. That's one ad every two minutes approximately. A few of the ads are popups which cover your captions. A great job, totally destroyed by the greed of TH-cam.
You need to seek out adblockers they are free and installed easily. Ghostery for example works on mine. ( windows 10) Go to google or similar punch in Adblockers pertaining to your operation system and browse . Take your time as some are trial and error.
All planes should have 1 or more simple cameras recording video at all times to the black box or something similar. It would also help to analize crashes and incidents
Rendering looks nothing like what the pilot actually described, and drew a picture of. What he described, he said, was much larger than the 747 and shaped like an egg.
There are limitations in Microsoft Flight Simulator sadly. This is probably the only UFO mod in the game, so he had to make due with what he had available.

These sightings are interesting - I saw the phoenix lights up close and real personal... my room mate at the time saw them with me. It was pretty cloudy but even when it's cloudy in Phoenix there are still breaks every where... whatever this thing was it was flipping huge. You could feel it displace the air above us... that was how we both described it and why we both looked up. I wasn't moving fast, but it wasn't slow or hovering - it just made a pass above us at I would say maybe 1500 feet. It was silent. Completely silent just floating on by - at first there were two lights shining down towards the ground, round, reddish orange spaced apart from each other and then a third came out from behind the cloud - then you could just barely see the faint outline of a triangle that encompassed the three lights... it turned right in comparison to us and you could see it banking right then it hit a cloud and it was gone. Just disappeared behind the cloud, no more lights, no sound, the air lost that pressurized feeling and we couldn't find it again anywhere in the sky. We never really made a big deal out of it and told a few of our friends - and then like two days later they were on the local news and he and I both just about shit our pants. We just happened to be watching the news and what other people described was almost exactly the same as what we saw... it was freaky. The thing is - these "aliens" don't have to be from another planet - our oceans are large enough for any number of beings to live and thrive well outside our ability to find them. The Oceans are HUGE compared to the amount of land on the planet - and there are plenty of food sources, enough water to make hydrogen as a fuel source - I mean I don't know any more than anyone else but I do know they could be here, have been here for millions of years and we would never know unless they want us to find them
USO (unidentified SUBMERGED objects) have been a thing for a long long time. Christopher Columbus has an account in his journal about some "cigar shaped" rising out of the sea and just observing their ship, but as he describes it, it was VERY close, like almost adjacent to their boat. They had no concept of electricity so he describes it as "several burning candles" rather than saying "lights" but it's a textbook sighting. And of course there's Commander David Fravor that saw a very large dark shadow creeping up from the depths of the ocean, as well as water violently bubbly and shifting around with the faint shape of a cross underneath the surface of the water. If another civilization made a journey to our planet, they could have easily set up FOBs under the water and we'd never know they were there. Even in the Epic of Gilgamesh it talks about a "Large god at the bottom of the sea" and even references its oxygen supply being cut off by another "god" and dying.
I honestly don't know what to say about these sightings, it could be top secret military crafts or it could truly be something out of this world.... My girlfriend and I recently saw something very strange outside the window on our flight to Seattle from Maui. We were about 300 miles off the coast of Washington over the Pacific ocean. My girlfriend had window seat. It was a pretty empty flight maybe less than half capacity. We had 2 rows in front of us empty and 1 row in the back empty (due to the corona virus outbreak). It was Dark out and most people's window shades were down. My girlfriend likes to look out the window and as we were casually talking she takes a glance at the window and she says "hey look i think its a helicopter " (she didn't know any better) I was very puzzled as I thought there is no way a helicopter can be this high up (37,000 ft in the air to be exact). So i take a look out the window and I freeze with shock as to what I am seeing. I see an object emitting a very white beam of light, the beam of light almost looked like a spotlight but weird thing is that the beam of light was pointing up and it slowly started pointing left almost as if it was turning, it then sped off out of sight we quickly open the windows behind us to get another view but it was gone. No trace, no light..nothing it was just gone. I even to the other empty seats to see if I can see anything but nothing..... Thats what I saw, I can't speak for what my girlfriend saw but i recall her saying that she saw a black mass with red lights in the middle and a light shooting out of it, of course she didn't know what it was and she assumed it was a helicopter by the look of the beam of light. Plane windows are only so big so when she saw it first she saw the light pointing down and then it moved to the right but when i took a look it was already pointing up and then to the left were it darted off...After witnessing this I keep explaining to her that it is impossible for it to be a helicopter, another plane, a drone anything that we know human made aircraft are capable of..... for it to be so close to the plane and maintain speed with us as it is turning and to just dart away in the opposite direction to me seems like nothing our current tech can do but hey who knows what this planet is hides. Could it be some kind of natural phenomenon? Military? or extraterrestrials? who knows. I don't know if we'll ever know what we saw.

It seems they were doing more than that. It appears they were trying to determine how far back the wake of the wings extended. It appears they were also trying to sample the exhaust of the jet engines to see the makeup of their particles and how far back they would dissipate. It's funny in a way, but they may have done the research for us. It appears the test showed that the UFOs that sampled the exhaust or wake determined when back about six miles or so. I'm going by the radar reports as stated by John Callahan of the FAA who led the investigation. That seems about right from what I've read from some NASA report on wake turbulence. They were testing a 747s flight performance, in a way.

One of the reasons he got reinstated was that an FAA official named John Callahan hung onto copies of documentation, when the CIA confiscated everything. Callahan had tapes of the radio chatter, photos of the radar at Elmendorf, lots. He's commented several times since: "Who are you going to believe? Your lying eyes, or the government?" They responded "No, its actually quite rare" A little later, they called the plane to say "when you land the military desk wants you to call them" and the pilot said "Is this regarding those lights",......."Affirmative" They got a lid on this. @@johnnolan33177 Yah James is a good guy, he did some good work with Leslie Kean on that one. Richard is a real gent, I have not met him but have read a lot of his work. I actually met several of the Phoenix Lights folks at the annual festival in McMinnville a couple years back now.
He got grounded for making unapproved statements to the press. That was pretty common in commercial flying at the time as the companies needed to be out in front of anything, don't forget, this is around the same time that a JAL passenger plane had flown into a mountain with heavy loss of life. The pilot talked to the press before the company had had a chance to interview him and prepare a sensible statement, which would also be an absolute no-no in Japanese society. It also didn't help that the statements he made to the press made him look at the very least slightly unhinged and possibly that he may have been rather impaired during the flight. It was probably only his flying record and record with JAL that stopped him being fired and becoming persona non grata in the aviation world...

I saw a UFO doing what they were doing in 1985 over Boscome, Bournemouth (UK) BUT, the UFO was lit up like a Bright light, and had mass but no gravity and when it changed direction there was no deceleration nor acceleration as it appears to move at a constant. When it went directly away into space it was maybe approaching half the speed of light.

About 1886 I saw my first UFO when walking with a friend in the evening.

There are more details of this incident that can be found online. The pilot, who has an impeccable background, stated the unknown craft was the size of an aircraft carrier. It was enormous.

The main object was reported, by the experienced crew, to be the shape of a walnut and 2 football fields wide. You do not even mention it??? This is a well known case with lots of extra info out there, including the images drawn by the captain.

From the pilots perspective that's just as bad. What this pilot couldn't explain is being interpreted as aliens or some out of this world experience. How come when the government can't explain something they are hiding something or denying something but when this pilot also has no idea what he was seeing it gives merit to all these crazy ideas that anybody can come up with?

The way the crafts move defy physics. At those speeds how do the crafts not burn up in our atmosphere as well as anything inside die from over G induced on the body.
When I see that the Japanese pilot had 10,000 hours flight time and keep in mind what Japanese Airlines and the FAA put this guy through, I can almost cry. This man was frightened and maintained his cool and they punished him for doing his job and then some.
I don't know who John C. is but I do know that an FAA official named Calahan backed this pilot to the hilt. I've seen the official at a lecture speaking. The very picture of a man you would want on your side in a situation like that.
It's obvious to me that the FAA and everyone else is lying. It's not fair to what they're doing to the pilots. Thank God these craft aren't hostile, but they are curious and they've been known to fly to close causing an aeronautical effect on aircraft. They should think of the safety of the flying public.

The pilot was having a conversation about aircraft in the vicinity with flight control. Why would anyone doubt that? Eventually it was confirmed on radar. I can't imagine why the pilot was treated the way he was. You can bet it had a chilling effect on other reports.

Why would a B-2 (secret at the time) be flying next to a civilian 747? They wouldn't be anywhere near that plane. B-2s also don't just disappear that fast. They are in fact sub-sonic aircraft.
It’s extremely difficult to estimate the speed of a matte black object of any sort in the dark. Also, the pilots were undoubtedly curious - even concerned - but they’d still act like professionals and keep their eyes on their own plane’s instruments too. Thus, an anti-gravity move was more than likely the result of a surprise course change by the “UFO” that was noticed a bit after it commenced. Seriously, if you find this story interesting, check out the book ‘Skunkworks’ (Non-fiction. Or, at least as non-fiction as, say, Feynman’s books.). It’s a great read.

On a related note...in 2020 the US government requested that all National Forest Service offices in Alaska submit all reports of "large, hairy, unidentified primates." UFO sightings are more common in Northern Alaska than elsewhere. I know an Eskimo woman from the Russian side who says they used to see them a lot and always assumed they were American secret aircraft. But then she moved to Alaska and rural Alaskans were seeing the same UFOs. I know a former Aeroflot pilot, now living in Alaska, who had some hair raising experiences with them.
When I was in the navy in the 90s on some training exercise in the Atlantic, I was standing starboard aft lookout on the mid or 4-7 watch when I saw an aerial contact at about 290 relative bearing about 200ft high. I was sleepy and didn’t see it appear but it was bright white. At first I thought it was a surface contact and I was dumbfounded and embarrassed how it got this close without me reporting it.
I was worried about getting in trouble for not reporting it sooner. Then I reported it to the bridge and CIC saw nothing on their screens. As I was talking to them and assuring them there was definitely a contact somewhere a mile or more out ( hard to judge distances at night even for experienced lookouts) when it suddenly streaked of to our stern and was gone in an instant.
No one much cared. Everyone was tired but I know I saw a contact that streaked off in a way no military aircraft I ever saw could even come close to doing. True story and told exactly as it occurred. The whole thing only took a few minutes at most.

oh yes there are aircraft that can do 0-3000 mph in a half second. one was recently caught on a slow motion 1000 fps camera and it was still a blur. no idea what they are but they are around and people have been calling them out for a few decades.
Seen extraordinary things in the sky over London: one scenario was a pair of chrome spheres one of which darted down looked at the London Eye, erected the previous day, which joined its mate once it did its checking and manoevred around the Eye then both sped off ... this was 2 decades before drones.
Shortly after saw doc on UFOs in Brazil, the spotters said " these (metal) orbs always travel in pairs." There was footage. I was dumbfounded.
Couple of years after that a friend said come look at this: a pair of white (metal?) orbs very high in the sky a long distance from each other... it's all very very interesting.

I saw something exactly like this over 30 years ago in the desert in Calif. We were on a dirt bike weekend and sitting at our campfire. In the desert, without the glow of city lights you can see for miles. As we sat you could see commercial aircraft as they flew by appearing to move slowly because of the distance between us and them traveling in and out of our entire field of view, which was as far as the eye could see. Suddenly, I/we saw a bright light appear above one these aircraft. While it looked close it was probably a good distance from the plane. The object then moved closer to the plane made like a 90° turn and began to parallel the plane. It did this for about five minutes then made another 90° turn and sped off. Who knows how fast that thing was going because it made the jet look like it was standing still. The moves all happened without the object changing speed at all. The only speed change happened when it left.
That would drive me nuts. I’d think about it every day

This account differs from others in significant ways. The captain described the large UFO as being like a squashed ball with a ridge running around its circumference and maneuvers not shown in this video.

It's well known that these ufo 🛸 crafts operate with some kind of gravity propulsion rather than a jet engine, they're don't leave streaks or trails of any kind behind.
When the JAL pilot nixed the request for a military intervention, he referenced the "Mantell flight of 1948". This was a seminal event during the UFO flap of 1948-1950. Pilot Captain Mantell was one of three P-51s that had been scrambled to investigate a sighting of a a large UFO. I think the UFO was confirmed on radar, but the point of the reference by the JAL pilot was, Captain Mantell saw the object and said, "It's gigantic and right above me", after which comment he proceeded to climb to try to close with it. The other two fighters fell back.
What happened next is legendary in the annals of UFO sightings and attempted intercepts by manned aircraft. Mantell climbed upward, but, the details released by the USAF about what followed. are very sketchy. Captain Mantell's P-51 crashed, killing him. It has been speculated he flew above his safe oxygen level, passed out and crashed. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't...
The glib official explanation was this, "Captain Mantell was killed trying to reach the planet Venus", which they stated could have been visible, even though the flight took place during the afternoon on a clear, sunny day. Mantell was also a decorated WW2 combat pilot.
This incident has spawned at least one science fiction movie and also several individual scenes replicating it, some of which included the twist of the plane disappearing from the sky, never to be seen again.
There HAVE been several actual strange events of private planes disappearing and/or crashing without good explanation as to the cause. These have been reported with varying details peculiar to the individual incidents.
Apparently the pilot didn't want any harm to come to anyone he may draw into the incident with him. I doubt very much at that point, the JAL pilot himself had any doubts, but what he had been interacting with for so long above the Northern skies was NOT an aircraft of Earthly origin, due to its massive size and its flight behavior.
More details of the JAL flight are available in other sightings compilations, as is the classic case involving Captain Mantell. Check it out with some competent DD...

One thing to keep in mind: "UFO" is not synonymous with "alien space craft". UFO simply means the object could not be identified.....i.e. has not been determined as to what it was.
Many years ago, I was outside my home, at night, and saw three, pale-white objects fly over me in a delta formation. "UFO's" I thought! I ran inside and retrieved my dad's 10 power telescope and returned to my front yard. A few minutes later another flight of pale objects flew over on the same path. The telescope revealed a group of ducks, with light from the town reflecting off their white bellies. Yes, the first flight was rightfully categorized as "unidentified flying objects" (if only for a few minutes), but they certainly weren't spaceships.

Once on an evening saw three orange lights flying in close variable formation at low altitude, I took my binoculars to identify what I assumed being flying lanterns, and they were. An other time, something very shiny at high altitude by sunset, checked flight radar24, TAP flight Lisbon to London. There's always logical explanations.
Nav lights, low or unexistant radar sight, able to fly in our atmosphere, close to American territory, and with wish of secrecy from the USAF... Let me give a try. B2 prototypes or F117!
i remember watching a UFO fly over my house when i was 7 yrs old. it was flying low, absurdly fast, and made NO sound! i was with friends and yelled at them to look, but it had vanished in the clouds and they didn't see it. i ran home and told my dad about it. he said describe it, so i did. he said to draw it out on paper... i perfectly drew the b-2. and my dad, a former military brat who still keeps up with this sort of thing, told me what it was. i was mildly disappointed it wasn't aliens, but seeing that thing fly the way it did so silently is a favorite memory of mine that is still vivid more than 25 years later.

I hadn’t heard of this case until after my experience, and it’s the only one similar. I saw what looked like a HUGE bay of stadium lights (rectangular grid with individual, circular white bulbs) flying in the sky. I won’t go further if this is a dead comment section, but I was amazed. I know of this UFO story it is always been one of my most fascinating UFO stories because it was confirmed by the radar and the eyewitness testimony and description by the pilot
My late father worked in aerospace. He developed programs, at the end of his career his security clearance was higher than anyone in “security “ and worked on black programs inside a vault (now declassified) Earlier on he was testing a product that was being trailed by Air Force pilots. They saw “something “ and it appeared on radar where Dad could verify it. It took off and disappeared (not like anything possible with our technology. They all reported the incident and moved on with life.

I saw a 'silent' UFO doing what they were doing in 1985 over Boscome, Bournemouth (UK) BUT, the UFO was lit up like a Bright light, and had mass but no gravity, and when it changed direction there was no deceleration nor acceleration as it appeared to move at 'a constant' immediate velocity. When it went directly away into space it was maybe approaching half the speed of light. Not much like that around Earth usually.

Reading the Wiki article of this incident does change perspective as the objects were perceived by the pilots as enormous.
I’m no physicist but as I understand it, any alien craft from a planet with intelligent life would have to have technology that defies anything we know about physics as it would have to travel distances across space that would be inconceivable for anything we know about space travel.
If an alien race with such technology existed, they may have viewed observing the JAL Cargo flight the same way that a human scientist might observe a plant or animal- that is they might not be concerned that the aircraft or its crew would be able to conceive or have an abstract awareness of what it is.

There is so much information now about the many ET's around and their contact with humans ! Some are more advanced than others but they are all, thousands of years ahead of us. It is, thanks to them we have laser technologies, microprocessors and reverse engineering on crafts. He was a geologist, in charge of these drilling programs. He has been dead a while and the video is not really clear, but it is old. Many great people have come forward and talked about their experiences with the MIC and the space program. Bob Lazar is another whistle blower who worked on reverse engineering. He is alive but no longer in any program. He talks about the crashed crafts and the efforts humans made to duplicate them, with materials, available on earth. JFK was also about the disclose these programs when he got his brains blown by the CIA. It was not Oswald.

The only problem with this representation is the stated size and shape of the UFO.
The pilot even drew a picture of a large sphere about the size of an aircraft carrier.
No contrail was mentioned as UFOs use a different form of propulsion and apparently cancel inertia/drag.

My grandfather was a pilot and very honest, straight laced type and swears he's seen one flying and called it in to the control tower. Of course everyone doubts it but knowing him, I 100% believe it.
My uncle was going to see his cows in a plateau and he also said that he saw a white/grayish human figure in the distance and he believed it was somebody, but it was getting closer and realized that it was about the size of a little kid and he got out of there right away.

Remember reading this account on a TIME Magazine, the story also stated NORAD picking up on radar the object. The pilots account described the craft which was huge and not of a shape like most aircraft. Present technology in Physics does not fly an aircraft the size of ocean going ships

John C, (I believe could be John Callahan) the regional head of the FAA at the time, stood before the American Congress many years later with the original data and swore the object was completely unidentified. Triangulated data from both Anchorage airport and a US military airport plus the 747s own radar picked up the enormous object. It was not the shape of a stealth bomber according to the crew, it was the shape of a very large elliptical craft.

Grounded, as per usual, meaning that pilots generally fear reporting sightings, and you cannot blame them. It really effected these pilots in such a way that they were compelled to report what they saw, which makes it more than credibal. SpaceX has covered up sightings, though too late because captured by other on their live stream
While your video of this November 1986 UFO/UAP encounter over Alaska is good graphically.....it is inaccurate. If you check the story from the pilot the first two UFOs shone their lights into the cockpit of the 747. They were small UFOs. Later when the JAL encountered the large UFO.....it was huge. It was the shape of a walnut. The pilot stated that this craft was as large as two or three modern aircraft carriers. If there were people on board it could carry 30,000. It was not as depicted in this video a flat wing shaped craft. It was a large globe type craft.....resembling a walnut. Check the drawings that the captain made. You will see what I am talking about. This incident made worldwide news at the time. But as always in these cases they are soon forgotten to history. Not many people today know about this event.

I live in Holland, when I was about 34 years old, I was in my appartment laying on a couch relaxed. There was a big window in this living room and I stared outside. Because I was laying (like on a bed) I stared to the sky. Suddenly there was a light in the sky wich came in the direction of the place I was, It had a remarkable angle in wich it flew and a remarkable speed, that told it couldnt be a normal plane or helikopter. That is why it took my attention. In the end when it was not far away, it stopped moving, it was hanging in the air some time. My apartment was in a flat in the middle of a small city near a big water, called IJsselmeer. Then suddenly with a remarkable speed and in a remarkable angel the light went tot the right and it was gone. In the same way you see the object dissapearing in this video, with a super speed! Because I saw that also, and also because of the strange speed and strange angle it came in the beginning, I was sure it was an ufo. Befor that I never believed anything like that. Since then I know it is real. Later I read there are other civilication in our universe that check us all the time to ensure people on earth dont do foolish things that will harm the universe and also their world. Like a atom bomb, but also wrong thinking and feelings of us, because we are all connected, and our thought influence other worlds, we dont know of. Actually, the other large object was described by the captain as looking like a giant Acorn much bigger than his 747....Stealth bombers are big but not that big, and they aren't very agile or fast.

Rendering looks nothing like what the pilot actually described, and drew a picture of. What he described, he said, was much larger than the 747 and shaped like an egg.
There are limitations in Microsoft Flight Simulator sadly. This is probably the only UFO mod in the game, so he had to make due with what he had available.
A shape like a Tic Tac mint is another description reported by people who have seen UFOs.

Really great vids, but I swear I've never felt as much anxiety than by watching them and imagining myself in the shoes of the pilots.
These sightings are interesting - I saw the phoenix lights up close and real personal... my room mate at the time saw them with me. It was pretty cloudy but even when it's cloudy in Phoenix there are still breaks every where... whatever this thing was it was flipping huge. You could feel it displace the air above us... that was how we both described it and why we both looked up. I wasn't moving fast, but it wasn't slow or hovering - it just made a pass above us at I would say maybe 1500 feet. It was silent. Completely silent just floating on by - at first there were two lights shining down towards the ground, round, reddish orange spaced apart from each other and then a third came out from behind the cloud - then you could just barely see the faint outline of a triangle that encompassed the three lights... it turned right in comparison to us and you could see it banking right then it hit a cloud and it was gone. Just disappeared behind the cloud, no more lights, no sound, the air lost that pressurized feeling and we couldn't find it again anywhere in the sky. We never really made a big deal out of it and told a few of our friends - and then like two days later they were on the local news and he and I both just about shit our pants. We just happened to be watching the news and what other people described was almost exactly the same as what we saw... it was freaky.
The thing is - these "aliens" don't have to be from another planet - our oceans are large enough for any number of beings to live and thrive well outside our ability to find them. The Oceans are HUGE compared to the amount of land on the planet - and there are plenty of food sources, enough water to make hydrogen as a fuel source - I mean I don't know any more than anyone else but I do know they could be here, have been here for millions of years and we would never know unless they want us to find them
The Phoenix lights were flares dropped from a military aircraft. This was proven years ago.

USO (unidentified SUBMERGED objects) have been a thing for a long long time. Christopher Columbus has an account in his journal about some "cigar shaped" rising out of the sea and just observing their ship, but as he describes it, it was VERY close, like almost adjacent to their boat.
They had no concept of electricity so he describes it as "several burning candles" rather than saying "lights" but it's a textbook sighting. And of course there's Commander David Fravor that saw a very large dark shadow creeping up from the depths of the ocean, as well as water violently bubbly and shifting around with the faint shape of a cross underneath the surface of the water.
If another civilization made a journey to our planet, they could have easily set up FOBs under the water and we'd never know they were there. Even in the Epic of Gilgamesh it talks about a "Large god at the bottom of the sea" and even references its oxygen supply being cut off by another "god" and dying.

I honestly don't know what to say about these sightings, it could be top secret military crafts or it could truly be something out of this world.... My girlfriend and I recently saw something very strange outside the window on our flight to Seattle from Maui. We were about 300 miles off the coast of Washington over the Pacific ocean. My girlfriend had window seat. It was a pretty empty flight maybe less than half capacity. We had 2 rows in front of us empty and 1 row in the back empty (due to the corona virus outbreak). It was Dark out and most people's window shades were down. My girlfriend likes to look out the window and as we were casually talking she takes a glance at the window and she says "hey look i think its a helicopter " (she didn't know any better) I was very puzzled as I thought there is no way a helicopter can be this high up (37,000 ft in the air to be exact). So i take a look out the window and I freeze with shock as to what I am seeing. I see an object emitting a very white beam of light, the beam of light almost looked like a spotlight but weird thing is that the beam of light was pointing up and it slowly started pointing left almost as if it was turning, it then sped off out of sight we quickly open the windows behind us to get another view but it was gone. No trace, no light..nothing it was just gone. I even to the other empty seats to see if I can see anything but nothing..... Thats what I saw, I can't speak for what my girlfriend saw but i recall her saying that she saw a black mass with red lights in the middle and a light shooting out of it, of course she didn't know what it was and she assumed it was a helicopter by the look of the beam of light. Plane windows are only so big so when she saw it first she saw the light pointing down and then it moved to the right but when i took a look it was already pointing up and then to the left were it darted off...After witnessing this I keep explaining to her that it is impossible for it to be a helicopter, another plane, a drone anything that we know human made aircraft are capable of..... for it to be so close to the plane and maintain speed with us as it is turning and to just dart away in the opposite direction to me seems like nothing our current tech can do but hey who knows what this planet is hides. Could it be some kind of natural phenomenon? Military? or extraterrestrials? who knows. I don't know if we'll ever know what we saw.
