    Got some great tips from this, thanks! What is the advantage of using individual moulds over using a square cake tin and cutting into smaller cubes?

      Glad i could help! The main advantage is you get much neater looking cakes, if you cut them the sides will be crumblier and harder to get a clean finish :)

    When you cover in frosting, did you remove from the tray with your fingers or use tongs etc? Just to avoid messing up the frosting while it's still wet

    hey just ran across your channel, just wanted to give some advice for growth on youtube and building an audience. There are plenty cooking channels doing the same thing as you the difference between the big channels is their personality and the charisma they give off. You need to separate from a typical cooking channel and come up with original ideas and be yourself. Be unique. This needs to be your passion.
