      Problem is Nick has NO real support he has people looking to publicize his problems along with their opinions and add immeasurably more stress to him - enough to make someone want to use 🤷‍♀️ or off himself. Everything is public and they do not really care about effects on children even. Damn vampires ALL.

    I am from MN and I never seen anyone do this. Usually the parents play ball and you may sit a month or two in jail and after 6 months to a year or so you get your kids back.He is going about all this the wrong way. But never had a lawyer in this mess so maybe his law license are at risk?

    The lady who asked why Kayla doesn't have an attorney or there's no movement on her case. Kayla does have an attorney, or did, and there probably is movement on her case but the Internet does not care.

      Nick said to direct the online stuff at him, not his wife or kids. The Internet might care, we just aren't seeing any of it because Nick is the target here, not her. Anything evidence wise that Nick gets, he'll likely provide to her (and her attourney) also, which will reduce over-all costs between them.

    Nick will never take accountability for what he has done. Nick, in his alcohol/drug induced rants has destroyed life as he knew it. It wasn't the "government" that dirtied his life, it was Nick and Kayla that made those poor decisions.

      The test they used isn't testing what's on the hair, its what is inside the hair. Cocaine is know to leave the urinary tract in 24 or 48 hours( not sure which one), but some of the residue remains inside the hair and lasts for months.

    • @kristinfrostlazerbeams
      @kristinfrostlazerbeams 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +18

      A hair folical test is looking in the hair, kind of like tree rings. Certain molecules or chemicals like the white stuff and even Mary J grows into the hair. That's simplistic but that means the stuff has been taken into the body and left its mark in hair which is read by the test people.

      Im not a Nick fan but I was trying to understand this and this is what I came up w so don’t come for me lol, is it possible that 9 yr old is just the right height to have her/his head patted alot or for the parents to rest their hand on the head or touch the hair alot because they’re that perfect height you know what I mean, and w all the cocaine seeping out their pores it transferred to the hair? Isn’t that a possibility maybe? Idk its the only plausible thing I could come up w….🤔 ;)

      @missvickimae1150 no honey with a hair follicle test, they aren't testing the surface of the hair. They are more looking INSIDE a strand of hair. With a hair follicle test, depending on how long your hair is, they can go back many months on one strand of hair. That being said, I loved your question and your theory. Unfortunately, that's just not how it works.......

    Unfortunately I don’t believe that Nick nor his wife are going to remotely come around to the reality that they need to play by the Rules with CPS. Yes, the kids will suffer but honestly there is a possibility that maybe Foster Care could be good for the kids too. Not all Foster parents are bad. Based off of the charges for Nick & his wife there is reason to believe that life in that home has not been so great for these kids for a very long time. Even before the drug…likely other just stupid behaviors had been going on.

    Hey tug. I don't know if you got words yet, but John Cook is on the run from the law in Florida. They were a family with. children stopped. off at Tube town to visit. John went out to them and pulled a gun on them. He and Lynette have been acting very stupid the last. several days. playing loud music with big speakers pouring at Jeremy's property. Then the other day he got out in the road, and they were taking pictures of a visitor's car. They had permission to go through the gates and play several games with Travis. and as they were leaving. Lynette and Cook was taken. pictures. and threatening them. Now this happens today. Travis was not there. And I think he's lucky he wasn't. He had left earlier. I'd have been telling Travis to watch his back' cause. I feel like things are fixing the get worse. Jeremy had set a short film announcing this this afternoon. This took place around 4 something this evening. I'm praying that George and the rest. and the rest of the group are safe. and I'm praying for that family that got terrorized by John. Cook. I hope they arrest both of them. and get that child away from there. I am trying to stay up as long as I can. Hoping that we're going to get updates that he has been arrested. But so far nothing.

    CPS investigations of foster parents are very common. Almost every injury of your placement gets investigated by the state. As a foster parent you self-report all of them. The investigation is done out of an abundance of caution by the state. How this gets documented depends on the state agency involved.

      @@KPetty not saying that some foster parents are POSs. I am saying most foster parents are doing the hard work. Every time your kid is injured you have to self-report and then they decide whether or not there is an official investigation. I had one placement that burned his finger. It blistered. We reported. Case was opened and then closed because it was obvious an accident occurred. Every injury gets reported. Significant bruises, scrapes, anything….esp broken bones. All are cases with documentation.
      Just like there are POS parents, which is why foster parents exist for the most part, there are POS foster parents. But just like MOST parents are good, MOST foster parents are good. You only hear about the bad ones in both cases.

Its the world according to CPS now and they have rules everyone follows or loses their kids and thats that! You’re absolutely correct they better smarten up, the kids wouldn’t even be in foster care if they would’ve only cooperated enough to give them names and numbers of family to take them they really do not want to separate kids from family when possible but they have to be told by the parents, just enough cooperation to make sure kids stay out of foster care but that was too much, shame on you Nick and wife! Clearly Nick is delusional. Substance abuse causes brain impairment. The brain has an amazing capacity to heal, but it doesn’t happen overnight. It also takes effort and a willingness to change one’s behaviors.

      Most creators are only 'friends' in the loosest sense and don't lose any sleep over others troubles. They're all trying to make money and all have different motives, and Nick has hammered EVERYBODY 'friend' or not - he can't complain for one second about being in the news himself.

      It's a matter of public record. It's sad that the kids have been so affected by this and I think any minor as part of a case deserves to have their names redacted. Unfortunately, there are counties/states that have different laws regarding kids that are victims. It shouldn't be that way, but sometimes it's the way things are.
