Look at harmony’s case she was taken from a great home given To her dad who was a criminal and ended up dying. Cps is good in some things but I feel like they fail the kids 99% of the time. I am yet to hear someone that’s been in Forster care say that it was good I am sure there is people like that but very small amount vs 99% of the kids that grew up in foster care that have major trauma due to their up bringing. Agency that’s suppose to help them and be their advocate fails them day in and day out I have had 32 foster kids go through my home and all go them attend every party gathering I have and I promised all of them when they left to reunite they can always count on this being their home and they can come and always ask for anything they may need . It’s sad that so little people truly care for these kids most of the foster parents it’s just a check to them and it’s sad life when kids don’t get to eat or live a good life normal life instead they go from one bad home into another and another and another and it’s a vicious never ends by cycles for kids that are in a long term foster care

@@beautyaddictsanonymous I've heard some terrible things about that in America, I'm from Scotland and we work with addicts and people with mental health problems to keep them with the kids keep up visitation and get them the help they need so they're kept with the family if possible. Foster care is literally a last option. Our "social workers" or "childcare workers" number one step is to try to help the parents to get on track to have the kids in their care and have ongoing meetings of support. In Scotland we all care about our children we have a different outlook to many people I've seen online and our local kids become everyones responsibility. If we see a parent struggling a community or charity will help. Listen, I had a rather short lived but bad cocaine addiction following a traumatic time in my life and I came through it, the people who were kind to me and lifted me up are the only ones who matter to me now. It was a terrible thing at the time but it literally made who I am today. My struggles who I am today. Sorry about the really long rant 😂💛🙏🏼♥️
CPS has a bad habit of lying to foster families and that’s what leads to a lot of the issues. They’re not trained or prepared to deal with some of the issues especially if they have their own kids. I know two foster families, both are incredibly good people, both had been wanting to foster for years and went through a lot of training for it. One had a kid for a year, sharing custody with his homeless mom who was an addict and he had a history of severe abuse. I don’t know everything but whenever I interacted with him they ended up having to call his therapist every couple of hours because of bad behavior. It was heartbreaking because he was otherwise a very good kid. The other had a child for just a weekend for respite care and they ended up being an abuse victim and taught their children bad “behavior”. This apparently is common and they don’t filter for it because no one would otherwise foster. 😢
Why did he pick this particular person to tell the story to and interview him, is it because he’s the type of guy that w believe bs another person might not, idk js?
No, he does not have custody at this time. His minor childen are in the care of the State.. His children were placed in emergency foster care with family. Family earns the ability to be emergency placement. There is a hearing to make this more permanent. Most children are placed with family fosters. When children are placed in foster , every effort is made to keep the siblings together. The next step is a hearing with a judge.Nick is min̈king words.
The amount of hate towards Nick in every chat is crazy! He made some big mistakes, but haven’t we all. It’s a matter of degree, but we’ve all made them. If you haven’t yet, you will. I see the remarks on the fentanyl vids where people have died and 99% of the people are very supportive and say oh those poor people, they had an addiction. But here you have someone alive and they say the opposite…why are people like this? I guess the old saying is true about building people up just to tear them down. A wise person knows that there is something to be learned from everyone.
The fact that this guy still gets support even tho he neglected his kids in so many ways. Anyone that supports this guy deserves no support and to lose their platform
I've been away from all these chanels for a few years, since the AH case. I can't believe what I'm seeing. Nick is far from the person I thought he was. It's as if I had stepped through a portal to an alternate universe.

Nick doesn't want to get slaughtered by his friends who are gonna ask the questions that need answering. So he goes on to be interviewed by Ethan Ralph. A guy who's a Joe Biden impressionist by this point.
Question, when it comes to the positive drug test on the 9 yr old, wouldn't that be a probable cause that they would have the children long term placement stay with family, versus a short term temporary placement? I don't see any judge taking that lightly during the custody hearing. (Serious question, so I would appreciate it if anyone familiar with how they work would answer this.)

Here's my honest take, Rekieta is going through a mid-life crisis, made some silly decisions, making more silly decisions and finally realizing the gravity of the situation. That being said, I don't think we need to cook him anymore than he's already cooked. The guy made a mistake. The problem with youtube fame and internet sensation is that, it'll get to anyone no matter who they are. That being said, my prayers are with his kids and I hope they are doing okay.
I agree he’s made some really stupid decisions. Life is about making mistakes and coming out the other side as a better person. Lessons learned. Hopefully he comes out the other side and has a great life! His family too!
He neglected his kids. Mistakes that only affected his career and reputation is one thing but his kids were hungry. With all his money and both parents working at home there is no excuse for that let alone one of them having coke in their system. I only hope he straightens out for the kid's sake. Not his
@@LynnnnnnnnnN I think you forget that there are millions of kids who go without food hungry. I used to go to school with an african kid who always smelt bad and often hungry. It wasn't until later in life that I understood that this african kid came from a poor background, sometimes not even affording daily showers. Now I'm not saying that Rekieta's are in that same position, and there's no excuse for neglect at any level. I'm one of the biggest proponents for the welfare of any kid, they come first before anything. We don't know if the daughter had that in her system or if it was a false positive, because it shares resemblance in terms of molecular structure. So I would advise against making assumptions like that. There's probably more the story than what we've been told or seen. I do hope that those children will be okay.
Tug is right. SMALL towns are great for kids. And teen age years we parents had a spy network. There gossiping. Consider and view the source. The worst gossip was our horseshoer.
That doesn't make sense--if CPS didn't substantiate or investigate any abuse or neglect and the only reason the kids are out is because of the search warrant stuff--which the cops have collected as evidence, then the kids should be back home, and they wouldn't need to do any drug screens or have supervised visits, as has been reported...
The report indicates the children complained of not being taken care of, not having clean clothes or food. I think that's where the neglect charge is coming from.
@@CatalinaFOIA Well the endangerment charge probably has more to do with the drugs in the house. But I’m saying, CPS IS investigating, which is contrary to what he said in this interview. Otherwise the kids would be back now. That the kids are staying with family because they CAN’T come home means CPS is doing SOMETHING.

I miss sitting outside and looking at the stars and just enjoying the quiet. I learned to drive at 13 yrs old and drove out through the field to bring or pick something up. We burned our trash in a large pit. We had out door living areas for hanging out and or eating. I really miss all of it alot. 😊❤

Irregardless of the crappy connection, this Guy interviewing Rekieta, is awful at this. I think that if Nick was Hell Bent on speaking right now, he should have chosen someone far more polished and knowledgeable about interviewing techniques.
How can he say there was no Neglect, I thought that was just one of the reasons. I just can’t understand anyone putting a child at risk ! Wow this guy is so lost in his drug and alcohol induced mind. I want to say I can’t believe he’s a lawyer, but unfortunately I can, he thinks he’s above the law. This other guy sounds out of it , which I guess is fitting for this interview.
Nick has fallen so far. Or maybe this is what he always was? Pathetic. Only person he could think of to interview him was someone he hated for years. Making fun of him, trashing him. To Ethan being so messed up from whatever substances he’s on during the interview. This is bizarre and Nick hasn’t hit bottom yet given that he thought this specific situation was a great idea. Bet that interview gets used in court for some reason, as an example of Nicks decission making currently.
I've had several stupid CPS reports filed on me. The last one that happened, the guy actually called and asked permission to come over. He came, and he said, "Look, this is completely unfounded. You guys are doing a great job. Keep doing what you're doing. If they call again, we might give you a call, but we're not going to come and bother you again." Also, if you have a working relationship with them through foster care, they already have you in their system as a verified safe home, and they can just do that.
At first, I didn’t understand why Nick would grant this YTer an interview. He sounds drunk AF and it is not a good look. With all the “friends” Nick has in LawTube, you would think one of them would interview him. LawTube should be ashamed of themselves about how they are treating Nick. If someone is your friend, you stand by them the best you can. Nick put so many of the LawTubers on the map and they all just abandoned him. He’s content for them now.
Sometimes you don't talk about things online but do them behind the scenes. So we don't know if everyone of LawTube abandoned Nick or not, they might simply support him privately. And some have explicitly said they won't talk about anything regarding Nick online.
I agree, and the worst part is watching them read super chats every second to make money off of him as they trash him. They’re worse than him if you ask me.

It is a bit sad that Ralph was doing ok with substances and booze the past few months, but obviously the chance in venue isn't working in his favor.
Ralph is so hammered
Right luckily his kids are with his parents so they're not in the system.
@@NicolaMaxwell thank god for that thank god someone stepped up how many kids go into the system and they have family that doesn’t want them or they never even step up to the plate breaks my heart every freaking time I would get a kid and family always got some excuse I work I this I that I have animals I do all those things too common any kid rather be with family then people they don’t even know I am glad most of my bonus kids grew up to be great kids some of them in college some of them married with their own I will say thanks to all the family that never wanted them because what they missed I gained some wonderful kids that had it rough just needed some guidance and support and someone to say you can do it just try even if you fail it’s ok we try again life is short what do we have if we can’t help someone especially a child
Ethan Ralph gets the first opportunity to be semi relevant again and decides to get sh-tfaced drunk before he does the interview.

Is the interviewer mimiking Rikieta by beeing completly stone?
You can see Rikieta not appréciating it at the beginning
He had a relapse, he has been keeping sober, bizare he chose this moment to go off the rails again.
I lasted *like* 30 seconds what the hell kind of interview style was that!?
23 minutes....I'm done lol
I'm amazed I'm putting up with it. The first 15 min I had to acclimate. And TUG pauses just enough for getting breaks.

Sounded like a stoned out surfer dude ...that couldn't shut up! 🏄
Why did he pick this particular person to tell the story to and interview him, is it because he’s the type of guy that w believe bs another person might not, idk js?
He did it to troll people. He knows this guy well and knows how much of a useless interview it would be.
He was never going to tell the story or talk about the case he said that loads of times. This guy click baited folks.
I am thinking ralphamale keeping his mouth shut on some things, soft blackmail on rackets.
They used to be friends and had a falling out, Mr metokur and warsky was also a part of this "crew" btw

It was a slow digression into the abyss. At first it was sprinkled in but it slowly got more & more dark. I didn't stay long at all after the Depp trial
@@nalublackwater9729 addiction is a horrible thing and if you've never experienced it or been through it with someone you simply can't understand.

Nick's channel got me through some rough times, I'm not gonna give up on him now. I hope all the positivity he's brought to other people karma's back around on him and brings more cheerful events for him & his family.
Nick doesn't want to get slaughtered by his friends who are gonna ask the questions that need answering. So he goes on to be interviewed by Ethan Ralph. A guy who's a Joe Biden impressionist by this point.
If I’m Nick in this interview I’m thinking “how the heck are the cops raiding me and not Ralph?”
I mean, I like Nick, but in that particular stream, he was just the same as Ralph here, if not worse.
Mexico.
Someone on the chanel commented a few days ago that it was unlikely that the kids would be returned if the drvg test came out positive.
False positive
@@NicolaMaxwell how do you know this? And if it indeed comes out that the child had drugs in her system what will you think about the situation then?

Oh yikes. What an absolute debacle.
Debacle part II.
Does CPS still have a lot of power after the Supreme Court Ruling?
I think they're state or local, so they're probably less affected than the ATF or EPA.

That result isn’t impossible you’re house had a felony’s worth of coke in it accidents happen

@@keelsmac01 💯My struggles have been my biggest learning experiences and made me the person I am today.
@1:32:55 this was the most perplexing sound i've ever heard come out of a persons mouth
That curling iron, though! Wtf!
Oh man this was hard to listen to and that was just the crap interviewer who seemed out of his mind and also out of his league

I was born in a small town and grew up there. We moved to the City and it was totally culture shock. Things we could do in the country and run free on your own land is priceless. In the City there is so many things you can't just walk out your door and do whatever you want. We had a working farm and everyone had things to take care of. I miss sitting outside and looking at the stars and just enjoying the quiet. I learned to drive at 13 yrs old and drove out through the field to bring or pick something up. We burned our trash in a large pit. We had out door living areas for hanging out and or eating. I really miss all of it alot. 😊❤

Christians are not perfect or gods by any means. We make mistakes some people think we never should have or could have. This other guy sounds out of it , which I guess is fitting for this interview.
Disturbing Tug.
Dude needs to get off the internet. He’s digging his hole deeper.
That interview was painful to listen to. From the slurred/slow speech to cringe answers by Nick, my ears are fucking bleeding 😳 What a joke
Who is this guy doing the Interview? He’s definitely on something! What a joke !
Ethan Ralph; he's on a lot of Xanax while down in Mexico City.
@CatalinaFOIA and yet,he's living a better life than you ever will lol
At first, I didn’t understand why Nick would grant this YTer an interview. He sounds drunk AF and it is not a good look. With all the “friends” Nick has in LawTube, you would think one of them would interview him. LawTube should be ashamed of themselves about how they are treating Nick. If someone is your friend, you stand by them the best you can. Nick put so many of the LawTubers on the map and they all just abandoned him. He’s content for them now.
You're kidding right? He is the one burning bridges.
The great thing about struggles is they highlight the real friends in your life when you come through the other side.
@@keelsmac01 I agree, they monetize streams just to discuss someone who probably boosted their channel numbers and subs. I know I subbed here and to most through Nick Rekieta.

Because attacking someone is Christian. Also Christians sin. Leave the judgment to God and as good Christians what can you do to guide him? Doesn't mean free pass.
Can't watch this. Reikada blames the government and takes no responsibility. He chose the drugs over his kids. Also, hate his use of the "R" word. My sister is intellectually disabled and very offended by the term.
The term has taken on a different meaning than it did 40 yrs ago. In a modern sense, it refers to someone that should know better, but does dumb things anyways.
