    When using Earth Safe finishes, put THIN coats and you won’t have the wax pulling away or bubbling

    This is AWESOME, Malena! A couple of months ago, I mixed Plaster of Paris with paint and painted some concrete vessels and it gave the vessels AMAZING texture.

    I love that you include the wildflowers dust cover with your candles. That seems like a bonus for the buyer. What an awesome way to reuse the vessel.

    If you use a firm, foam squeegee it will help press the vinyl and minimize any bubbles. Very cute!

    I clean my funnel by setting it on the base, heat gun the outside and use a paper towel to wipe it out. I’ve never taken it apart, but the truck is to open the plunger and put a paper towel in the hole and then let the plunger go back in, I do this a few times

    • @MalenasCreations
      @MalenasCreations  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the tip on cleaning that funnel. I wasn't sure what how to put it back together after taking it apart. What a mess that was... I will try this going forward. Thank you so much!

      Hi @corrinecullen from another Australian. You’ll likely need to source in Australia as the seed paper would be a biohazard if sent in from overseas. As for this video, Malena this is my fav❤ love the wood look so much. Thanks

    How do you clean your wax out, to use the vessel for a plant so a customer can clean them

    • @MalenasCreations
      @MalenasCreations  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I use a knife and then spoon out the leftover wax or if they have a heat gun, that works even better.

    • @karenatkinson4778

    • @MalenasCreations

      It shouldn't. Besides they are just wild flowers. I wouldn't recommend planting veggies, herbs or fruit unless you get the mold completely cleaned out.
