Hi everyone! Cement All is generally used at a 4:1 ratio of Cement All to Water--I said it backwards in the video but I think you all could have easily figured out what I meant!!
Your voice along with watching you create is a whole vibe!
aww thank you!!!
@@earthglow How many vessels can you make with one bag of cement all?
@@angelartistic3056Good question! I’ve never calculated it but it depends on the mold. With these 3” tulips, they require about 260g cement all and I believe the bags are 55lb.
55lb x 454g/lb = 24,970g.
24970g x 1 vessel/260g = approx 96 vessels.
Now obviously, there is some that spills, breaks, doesn’t turn out the way I would like etc. But under theoretical circumstances, 96 of these would be made.
@@earthglow So impressed with you and your channel AND you do good math!!! Love it! Your vessels are the best I've seen thus far.
I love No. 7 wax from 16/17. It's so luxurious!
Vessels turned out great!
Me too!! Thank you :)
Beautiful
Loving your videos. Do you have a video on sealing the vessels?
Great job! Could you do a video of your setup sanding the vessels - and when you sand them please!
Thanks!! I’ll definitely consider this.
Hi Allen, thankyou soooooo much for the time you take to show us your experiences, i love love your videos even though i dont have access to some of your ingredients but i do learn. Please dont stop making them. Lots of love, luck and blessings to you. 🥰💙

Very good thank you 😊😊
No problem 😊
Hi Allen! Those are soooooo beautiful 😍. Have you switched to #7 wax totally or are you just changing up for that particular style? Have you made a video of you sanding and sealing your vessels? Thanks for sharing ❤
Hi! Thank you!!! I do not currently have a video sanding but possibly in the future. I do have a really old video on how I seal my jars and this is still the same technique I use today :)
@@earthglow thank you! I’ll look back further to find it. Peace, love and blessings to you 🙏🏽
Hi Allen! Really love your videos. Just wanted to give you a quick warning to check the SDS of Hydrostone which says that it contains silica. Not sure what amount it contains vs what is dangerous, but given that you mentioned a concern for safety, I just want to make sure you’re aware.
Hi there! Hydrostone does contain a small amount of silica, however it is negligible as it is under 1% (for reference Cement All contains over 30%.)
Thank you Allen,
These are Beautiful, I love the colors and no two is alike😊
Allen do you know if the machine on Amazon that shakes the mold to get the Air bubbles out, is any good ?
PeAcE
Hi Val! I have that machine but scarcely ever use it. I do not notice it helps much. Thanks for your kind words!
@@earthglow thank you Allen,
My Wrist is weak. I have had all the equipment for months now except the machine. Was hoping it would work. Allen, you are a Master at everything you do❤️
@@val-bm3so Thank you! I recommend a thicker batter if possible to minimize bubbles but just have fun with it!
@@earthglow Thank you!! I have not decided to give it a try yet😃 But I love what you're doing. 💕
Gorgeous vessels, I ordered my molds and respirator but I'm questioning where I could safely do this? I feel if I'm indoors the dust will make its way throughout the house and affect others idk, what do you suggest? Love your videos 😊
I totally agree. I used to do them in the house but stopped for the same reason. I make mine in the garage now with the door open and that’s what I’d recommend.
Hi, Allen what is the name of the pottery wheel you use?
I just use a basic Vevor wheel.
Hiiiii I’m not sure if you mentioned but how many oz’s do these vessels typically hold?
These came out just absolutely fabulous. I so love them!!! And I so love You for sharing. Wow!
Hello Allen, what measurements I would use for just one of the silicone molds?
Hi! This video made a little more than 3 vessels, so you’d need to divide everything by 3 to make one.
@@earthglow thank you so much Allen
What silicone vessels are you using?
I made these vessels.
