Thank you for doing this dude! You have no idea how helpful you are in buying gear, giving us vital information on the usability & functionality of each glove and context of each brand/model ! Can you PLEASE do one for boxing training gloves (gloves that are good for both bags & sparing) next ? Keep it up man!❤
Nice video! Would love to see a review of shadow m 2.0 mma gloves from Fly if possible. I have superloop x gloves from Fly and love them but would be nice to know if their MMA gloves are any good :)
Boxing sparring gloves aren't that different from each other, boxing has had over a hundred years to figure out what works and what doesn't. Now in MMA a lot of companies that sell great boxing gloves, make total garbage mma gloves.
Nice video. Good to have you back making content. You seem a lot more sanguine about the Fairtex fgv18 here, than in your previous review. Based on your individual reviews, I would think that Isami pounding gloves belong in a higher tier than the fgv18s. The Isami gloves are only $95 USD for the ready made PU version or $120 for the made to order leather ones direct from Isami (+shipping).
I would say it is because I have used them so much more since the last review. Sometimes, these things happen but thank you for bringing this to my attention.
hey man love your content! being an audio engineer, your mic is harsh around the 5k hz range. If you run your audio through a EQ, you can fix that easy. Keep up the good work and can’t wait to see more in the future.
Good point! Funny enough I also have two AAS degrees in acoustic engineering and audio technology (fun fact nobody probably knows I went to school for music) but I just never got comments about it. The program I use goes has EQs I can use but it has been a minute. There were a few early videos where I almost used Protools to edit the audio and was like "LOL nooooo" idek if I still have my ilok to do that. But thank you, I'll start doing it now that someone called it out
Was just thinking when is an elite MMA glove tier list video going to come out and bam! Thank you sir for always delivering! Any chance we get an elbow/ knee-pads tier list next?
Oof elbow and knee pads might be out of my wheelhouse. When it comes to things like that I usually stick to one thing. Items like shin guards, headgear, cups, and other accessories I don't really collect. I like the combat sports ones the best though if that helps ya. Thank you for your kind words I hope the video helped!
My combat CRNR have been the most comfortable but yes they have completely fallen apart, but lasted 100 of hours, probably 6 months of hard training. Used them throughout a fight camp.
Shin guards are tough because I don't really collect them. In the 13 years I've done MMA I have really only owned 5 and realistically used 3 of them. Revgear defenders, danger equipment shins, Windy pro shins for a brief period, and now Sanabul Lab Series are my favorite I've ever used
Hopefully people realize you are only recommending the Isami gloves that are made in Japan not there ones that are mass produced in China. Night and day difference for only $15 saving. I made the mistake of buying the cheaper ones. They suck in comparison to ones from Japan. Much stiffer and harder
That's good to know. I've got an order in for the made in Japan version. I was going to get the made in China version, so as not to have to wait. I'm glad I didn't.
So update on this already, it slipped my mind that this brand reached out to me right after my knee surgery. Now that my recovery is going well and I am getting cleared to do stand up stuff, I reached back out to them! I hope I can try all of their gloves because they look great!
@@combat_corp Definitely looking forwards to the review! Although Id note its specifically the black and white versions of gloves that are similarish to gold strikes. THe ones with gold are half the padding
Hey, man. Thanks for the great video! Small question: Which would you consider the best and most durable for hitting bags? Would I be better off training against bags with boxing gloves? I'm a beginner and just want to get strong, accurate and fast in less time.
I'll definitely get the Isami whenever I'm ready for sparring (also not ready yet due to leg injury). Cost is not a concern, although cost-benefit kind of is.
I recently got a pair of star pro as it seems to be a rebranded version of the combat sport ones at the beginning but at a super cheap price, could you check them out and do a review between them as I really think they are best gloves on the market especially being £35 which is around same as the sanabul ones
Had one gloves with metal band in it, and after few months stitches fell of and band poped and when I block the punches that band like hurt my forehead so have you got that expirience with combat sports max strike gloves or know somebody who had
This might just be the best video I have ever seen on TH-cam. We all have needed this video for so long
Wow dude! Thank you so much!
You're the GOAT for this man. Speedy recovery!!! 😊
Thank you so much for your kind words!

This is awesome. You reviewed just about every shelly glove on the market in-depth. The tier list was a nice touch also. This was very helpful 🥊
I am so happy you thought so!

@elijah where can I find isamis for 100? I see them online 160
@@HOECrew only retailer is isami themselves or chokesports. i think they went up in price.

Ay! It is what I'm here for! I hope you liked it
Love the vid, I was wondering what size you would recommend for the reyes gloves

Great vid! See if you can get your hands on the original PrimeTime Fight Gear MMA gloves (circa early 2000s). Still some of the best gloves IMO!
Thank you, Al!
No! Thank you!

Great job mate 👏👏👏
Thank you!
Brand tier list next
I love this idea!
He is back finally😂 let’s go
Needed to hit the reset button for a bit! More videos coming soon bro!
Great video 💯👊🏻
Thank you!
We missed you bud!
I missed you all too! Just needed to step to the side for a minute and hit the reset button! New videos coming soon
Bro can you please review the fly MMA gloves, thanks.
14:20 I have those same gloves they are very soft and comfortable but after two months of use the vinyl was ripping but for $30 you can’t complain
We’re do you buy them
Thanks for the list , can you do shin guards ? And coaching equipment ?? Thanks bro

I didn't even know there was a Chinese version!
would love to see you review some playerz gear. their mma gloves feel a lot like sanabul gold strikes for half the money
I shall look into it!

I am humbled by your words!
Can you review the new Danger Equipment 10oz MMA sparring gloves?
good vid
Thank yoU!
Does anyone have experience with mma bag gloves that have a grip bar?
Yes! I would say they are ok but they will hinder your grabbing of the bag a little bit

Cant decide between the combat sports and the isamis
That does it! Glove vs Glove episode coming soon!
What about the empire mma sparring gloves ?
I have tried empire tape and gauze but need to try their boxing glove lineup! Soon!
Great video but if the glove is more to the left the more better it is right?
Can you elaborate?
So im assuming that combat pro is the best then 2nd sanabul then 3rd fairfex then 4th isami. Right?
@@Skippy1910-u2p Oh like from left to right on the list? Nope! It just means they are on the same tier list. They are all great in their own ways
