Normally after this kind of exercise it's take effort to hold in your stomach but with your exercise my stomach simply keep it in. Though it can feel kind of weird in a good way. I found my breathing is also more smooth. Thank you for your kind video. Love it everyday.
I really appreciate your great exercises . I completely understand that eating protein after 6 in the evening is correct as carbs you dont need as no exercises are being used . I fast 18 /6 hours 3 times per month which controles my weight as well. Can you do some exercises for loosing up the back muscles on swinging a golf club? I'm 72 years old and haven't a lot of twist of lower back. Thank you for a very beneficial video .

Eat walnuts, sesame seeds, cashews, almonds, tomatoes, olive oil and green leafy vegetables WHILE you exercise! I started eating sesame seeds, Brazil nuts, almonds and my shoulder stopped clicking! (It popped just now when I checked, but I have a Big change in my joints! Look it up online! Nuts have magnesium etc and relieve arthritis pain. Can't eat many Brazil nuts per day though... ❤️😍

I heard there is no exercise on earth that can reduce belly fat. You can strengthen your stomach muscles but can't lose belly fat. I don't know if it's true but that's what I heard.
You cannot spot train away belly fat, that's true. Belly fat is usually from stress, high cortisol, too much processed sugar, etc. Training the core is ideal, do it daily, but belly fat melts off via lifestyle shifts.
