    Rly thanks for the rto trick to put pressure on biceps just start my journey and start checking form of the exercice cuz i feel that i put to much pressure on my elbow probably because i wasn't in rto position. You save me from potential injury 👍

    That's great! I have a question: Can I mix this training with my classic rings dips training? I usually do 5 - 6 sets of dips on the rings & I want to do these exercises right after. Is it too much for the tendons and muscles? What do you guys think?
