    Ciao Andrea sei un grande!!!
    Potresti fare diversi video, in cui spieghi cosa mangi:
    1) durante tutta una giornata di allenamento
    2) durante una giornata di riposo
    3) durante una giornata di sgarro.
    Poi potresti fare dei video anche in di come ci si può organizzare i pasti (quanti carboidrati assumere, quante proteine ecc...)
    E secondo me una serie nei migliori cibi per chi fa attività fisica.
    Es. burro di arachidi perché ha queste qualità....
    Pollo perché ha queste qualità...
    Salmone perché ha queste qualità...
    Ecc....
    Comunque sei un esempio per tutti quelli che vogliono iniziare a fare attività fisica.
    PS. Io ho appena iniziato a fare attività fisica secondo me potresti spiegare anche dove hai imparato/studiato come farsi una dieta da soli.
